 Carme grinned as she walked through a field. She loved seeing things growing. All things! Well, maybe not weeds, because those can hurt the crops. Crops are more important the weeds for the most part. Crops feed people. Carme shook her head to clear it. Distractions are taking away from this lovely day! She twirled around before flopping down and laying out, arms streached wide. Her grinned was large as she sighed happily. Beautiful days like this made life worth living. All the beauty that is revealed; all the life that's thriving. You can feel it in the air. Carme closed her eyes and just felt the life around her.

 Jim was on a stroll in the field. He loved watching the crops. They could grow so tall that he could get lost in them! And on several occasions he did, but he didn't mind. He never felt lonely because of his stuffed crow Max, that he seemed to take everywhere with him. "Such a nice day, huh Max?" He smiled as the wind played through the crops. "But if it gets any windier, I might lose all my straw!" He giggled to himself, skipping a bit as he walked. vampire werewolf fangirl2

Carme say movement out of the corner of her eye and rolled over to see what it was. She spotted a straw scarecrow-type pockettu. She heard him talk to what looked like a crow and grinned at what he was saying. It really was a nice day and well worth the trip out. She was pleased to see another pockettu out enjoying the weather. The other pockettu also seemed to be admiring the crops, which is a good sign. More should appreciate the beauty and importance of crops. The blonde pockettu laughed softly at his wind comment. "I don' think you'd lose yer straw. It looks like it's pretty stuck to ya." She commented, smiling.

Jim jumped at the comment, not expecting anyone to be around, let alone listening to him talk to Max. He held the stuffed crow toy to his chest, looking at the girl with wide eyes. "O-oh! I-it's happened before! I just hope it's all in by now!" He rubbed the back of his head. "It wasn't fun at all. It took them days to find most of the straw and piece me back together.... But that's what I get for being out in stormy weather." He laughed a little as he babbled on at the stranger. vampire werewolf fangirl2

"Sorry, didn' mean ta startle ya." Carme smiled at the straw pockettu. "It has happened before? That's rough. I bet it took awhile." She stood up and walked over to Jim. "If yer straw does get blown away again, I'll help ya find it and put ya back tagether. And I hope ya don' go out in storms still. Wouldn' want ya ta get hurt. I like yer little crow." She held out her hand. "Call me Carme. What's yer name?"

"Oh no! I-it's ok!" Jim smiled at the girl. "That would be very nice of you! But I do my best not to let it happen... A lot." He chuckled, rubbing the back of his head. He looked down at his plush crow and handed it to the stranger. "You do? His name's Max! You can hold him. He's really nice." He smile just got wider as he talked to the girl. "Oh! I'm Jim! "I'm glad ya don' let it happen a lot." She grinned at Jim. "Tha's a cool name fer a crow." Carme took the crow carefully and petted it. "He is really nice. Thank ya fer lettin' me hold him." She grinned again. "It's nice ta meetcha as well, Jim!" Jim seemed like a really sweet guy. She was glad to have run into him out here. "So, what brings ya out an' about taday?"

"I'm glad you like him! He's real good and quiet." He leaned in to whisper to her. "He doesn't know that he's a stuffed animal though, isn't that cute?" He laughed and pulled at some of his loose hanging straw. "Other than such a nice day... I forgot. I think someone asked me to look after a field, but I found myself walking around with Max instead. I'll look after everyone's field!" He pumped a fist into the air with a smile. vampire werewolf fangirl2

"Tha is cute. I'll make sure not ta tell him." She whispered back. "Hello, Max. I'm Carme." She introduced herself to the crow. Carme laughed softly. "Well, ya are in a field, so maybe ya are doin' what they asked? It is a nice day. Good reasons ta be out." Jim was adorable. Carme hadn't met any so adorable before. "I'll help ya look after the fields, if ya'd like mah help."

"I think he likes you!" His smile grew even wider. "Yeah, maybe! I'm enjoying the sunshine so I'm fine." He laughed and twirled around a little. Carme grinned. "Tha's good, 'cause I like 'im too!" She nodded and laughed along with Jim. "The sunshine is perfect today! It's hard not ta enjoy it." Carme shook her head. "It's not a bother at all! I'd love ta help ya out and keep Max in check."
