hi.
i wanted to know if anyone else knew of more community or activity type of websites that give you an avatar to express your self and interact with users.

pro. pixel you walking around a huge hotel. many many places to explore. connection speed doesn't seem to matter. avatars can sit, walk, do a little dance, wave, smile, drink, swim, have interactive furniture to turn on/off, open/close, lay/sit on. lol way ahead of gaiatowns

con. in order for you to have furniture aka furni- you must use real money to buy credits (i got 7 credits from an admin i never used them lol). lacks ability to buy more clothing or really give your ava a unique look.

habbo hotel has REALLY expanded from when i first signed up to it, there are now different versions of the hotel by different countries. there is a forum to see what i'm talking about...the ones i posted are for UK and USA. so just typing habbohotel.com will take you to whatever country you are in.
there are a lot of rooms to admire. and (i haven't been there in years lol) some games. the word filter is (i must say) funny, typing in a cuss or anything that seems like it will replace the said bad word with "babbo"
i'm usually not a person to goof with a word filter but it is funny what words are "Habbo'd"
you can go into other peoples rooms if you want to interacte with the furni. there are juice bars and food courts that require you to type to the NPC running it in order to get something for your little habbo to eat or drink...Hamburger for example, or simply TRY to talk to the NPC using basic words...or have fun arguing with them lol

pro. create a little furrie avatar to roam and chat with. dream creator allows users to make their own chatroom, in a sense your own little world to place and draw things how ever you want.
walking into a user created dream (depending on what they did) will change your avatar to whatever the world is. example a Cabbit or Ryoki ala tenchi muyo. or even a horse!
there are different furry avatars to choose from, and you are allowed to have more then one if you want them all, cause sometimes created dreams change certain furry to certain things depending on what you are. like if you are a feline in a dream you would be a tiger, if you are a equine you may become a unicorn.
mostly this is used for RPG typing. i use it to walk around into dreams. there is a big Harry Potter one that looks really good.
you can give other users cookies that brake open to say...really weird fortunes. the client is on 24/7 as far as i can tell.

con. unless you are a anti furry you may not like it. seems like a large majority of users are Elite RolePlayers, so you might want to avoid them if you have no interest in RP or seem to lack in the RP department. mini games are kind of boring.
in order for you to get wings or blow fire it you need to donate a good amount of money (around 36 bucks if i remember) which is understandable.

pro. pixel avatar you create to walk around and chat with. some places to visit and you can create a room. unlike habbo you do not need to buy credits with real money, all the money or decibals as its called on coke- come from you simply having your ava drink, or create music and have people vote if they liked it.
the music mixer is there for you to make a short tune using pre recorded sounds, you can do some good ones if you are know what you are doing. vote or taking a survey will also increase your decibals easily, and you can fill your room with furni.
the avatars can sit, dance, i think lay down and turn on/off lights.
if you are lucky they hold contest where you can win unique one of kind furni, i think you can use your decibals to enter contest to get real stuff also.

con. like habbo lacks some clothing style. lags come if there are a lot of users in one part of the coke world, the capacity hold for each world is low compared to how many users are on.
at times when your music mix sounds great while you created it and saved it and listened to it in your room, it may skip, lag, or sound jagged when played for an audience in the coke clubs.

pro. i haven't been there in a while. a site where you adopt and take care of little virtual pets, buy stuff for them and feed them etc a lot of different ones to adopt. there are many many games to require points, there are story quest when the whole user base can take part in.
free to use, no real money required. unique drawing style for the site is colorful and eye catching.
the site overall is easy to navigate, and nicely set up.
never seem to lose your account regardless of how long you didn't sign on lol

con. many people dislike the many advertisments, the lack of interacting with other users, forum is not that great.

pro. just a little site to create a trollz avatar. very girly and cute.
dress up your troll. nice wallpaper downloads.

con. also need to check back into it some more lol. seems to lack intereaction with users, but i think you can phone mail each other using this little magic cellphone. avatar colors for the trollz can look unattractive, its very solid colored and bright.
little use of games. clothing is there but like i said the colors kind of make it look weird.

con. there is a pre set way of typing so if they think anything is bad or a certain word is in slang, it won't get it and won't let you enter what you typed until you change it. and if you have a slow connection its very sluggish.

there are codes you get from watching CN to get more points or a special collect.
off the site there are many users who create communities where you can get old codes you missed.

con. no real user interaction or chatting, you may get bored with it.

The avatars are cute bunnies, it isn't a big forum but a really cute one.

Wow I haven't been on Mokitown in forever, cause it doesn't work on my computer now or something. Last time I was there though people kept asking for sex. gonk Coke Music, I don't go on anymore. They pissed me off by changing their rules and then getting mad at my boyfriend for not knowing the rules, and I was afraid we'd get banned so I gave my stuff away and left so it wouldn't go to waste. But I go on Flashbunny, same name as here, and Neopets, with the name laprasluver, though I don't do much over there. And I go on Furcadia once in a while, with the name Starlight Softpaws, my character is a blue cat.

What is Furcidia? Why woulden't your mom approve?

Oh. I downloaded it and made a character, but got bored really easily and deleted the program redface .

i haven't really had any bad experiences with Furcadia, except just ignoring people who don't like my bio...which only happened twice a LONG time ago.
also didn't have any bad experience with Coke Music...lol i didn't even read the new rules

there is only one R/Mature/Adult whatever you want to call it- part in Furcadia, and even then its pretty friendly.

currently i'm on my cousins computer and he has cable.
on my comp i have dial up and the sites seem to load up fine for me. except the Disney one which needs a fast connection. coke music and habbo will lag regardless of how fast you are.

to the question. yeah you have to pay aka donate (i can imagine the cost it takes to run Furcadia) to get wings or breath fire/magic
other then that there are some dreams were people edit wings on to your avatar. though only in the dream not outside of it or to keep them
