Interesting modfication. ran away from the piper draw engine and creature swap plays. the xyz's are good but i find synchroing meshes better with most decks when it comes to tag dueling. shared field and what not, i was even debating putting quasar dragon in my list as it IS possible for me. you seem to focus heavily on just getting relinquished lock, and the only other control plays you have are the tourguide into xyz plays, no hand traps at all o.o. plus tsukuyomi is kinda bad in the deck, relinquished gets no atk boost from grabbing face down monsters.... I can't even count how many times i screw fields over by dropping kinka get piper, get the draw, drop a relinquish, snatch their biggest monster and then creature swap using kinka to end turn with them having -2 or better especially if nabbing an xyz

then again, this kinda play style you built is aggressive and more geared toward single duels so im kinda over reaching
