This is the Captain's Office and Abode. Within his home is his Office, which is really convenient when work needs to be done and he needs to rest afterwards. His home provides not only his Office, but a kitchen, a fancy backyard, his Bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a workout room. The workout room consists of a personal small dojo that he could train himself for the next day. He's usually seen sleeping here, however.
