This is the entrance way into the Thirteenth Division. It's surrounded by trees and beautiful flowers and bushes to accommodate the acceptance of new Squad members. Walking through will reveal the Division inside The statue to the left is of the famous Captain that had once been Captain of this very Squad. His motto is:
"Let the rain pour upon the poor, for they can have water to drink. Let the sun boil the rich, for they can not understand the power of work."
