The place where most people have their homes and apartments, there are still portions of housing areas that are undergoing reconstruction but other than that this is pretty much a large area of Kiri dedicated for people to just relax in their homes without the hustle and bustle of the main area of Kiri. This is a very calm area where people can hang out and walk around.

 Ethans First Mission: Lost Pet Search! Find the Sneaky Feline! The brown haired Genin was sitting outside a house starring down the stray feline that had been causing so much trouble. Ethan was frowning, he said slowly," How come something so small has been causing so much trouble?" He tiptoed over to it quietly, or tried too he tripped on a trash can lid and the sound that came was a loud metallic screech. And the Cat turned its head its back arching and it let out a hiss before it dashed away."No! Kitty get back here!" He pushed himself up onto his feet and took off after it. He kept tripping, he was just so clumsy today!

Ethans First Mission: Lost Pet Search! Find the Sneaky Feline! "Yikes!" The cat had climbed up a tree and jumped onto a roof, the genin frowned. He wasnt that big of a fan of heights, he looked around trying to find a Ladder to climb up. The Cat began to knock over some of the pots people had up there, which was kinda random. Why keep pots on the roof! Seriously!? Ethan ran over to catch them with wide eyes. He said," Stupid Cat! Now I know why the flier said you were trouble!" one of the jars landed on his head and got stuck," Grahhh!" He wobbled around and another fell onto it shattering and the brown haired teen collapsed onto the ground rubbing his forehead,"Ow!" He frowned up as he watched the Cat vanish from his view.

Ethans First Mission: Lost Pet Search! Find the Sneaky Feline! "Get back here!" Ethan mumbled as he tried to stand, he wobbled a bit and then looked up before turning around and jumping onto the tree walls and running up it. Then he kicked off onto the roof and grabbed the ledge landing on the other side," Okay. Now, come here kitty." It hissed at him and jumped off the ledge across a wooden plank to another roof, a building being rebuilt. The teen followed it, he didnt wanna use too much of his Chakra without restraint. And he dashed forward saying,"Come here!" He landed on the plank and it fell as he landed on it eyes widening."Ah! And he fell into the alleyway there. The Cat crouched over the ledge and meowed down at him.

Ethans First Mission: Lost Pet Search! Find the Sneaky Feline! He was laying on the ground starring up at the Cat, it was like he was taunting him and just starring down at him." I am going to catch you Cat. I swear...." he leaned up now pushing himself off the ground yet again and jumped onto his feet. And looked up pointing at the brown tabby cat, " Here I come." And he jumped kicking from wall to wall and to the top climbing up beside the Cat who hissed at him and began to run off again," Oh no you dont!" He lunged tackling the Cat forcing the cat to stop using his D Rank Stop Wind Jutsu."I got you!" It suddenly latched onto his hand," OW!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He screamed suddenly and loudly, but he kept tight to it. He tried to remember what he was supposed to do next. Was he supposed to take the Cat to its owner?

Ethans First Mission: Lost Pet Search! Find the Sneaky Feline! " I guess I'll return you to your Owner then report to the Mizukage that I finished the mission. " He was petting the cat now with a kind look, " I wonder where your owner is anyway?" He frowned thinking back to the paper. He didnt seem to know who owned it, he walked around asking "Is this your Cat?" a few times and noone seemed to really know whos it was. One little kid did and he shook his head saying," I no want kitty. It bit me..." He sniffled and Ethan frowned messing with the kids hair."its fine. At least I found it right?" The kid nodded and headed inside his house. It was rebuilt already it seemed, he watched and then turned looking at the Cat," I'm not releasing you. I'll just keep you." He petted the Cat. Which slowly began to let go as he did. He would take it to the Mizukages office and then take it home if the Mizukage gave permission. Mission Success?
