The Mizukage's personal office, and corporate building with staff and the majority of the high-ranked officials. It is a collection of buildings, on the highest point of Kirigakure. From each place in the building, you can see the whole of Kirigakure, and beyond. The highest point of the building is where the Mizukage's office resides. In these buildings are the meeting room for the officials, the Hunter-Nin HQ, and the Seven Ninja Swordsmen HQ. This building is where the most powerful people of Kiri reside.
An elevator will take you up to the Mizukage's floor, with meeting rooms and stairs to his office. Missions will be posted on the bulletin outside of his office when he is not present, otherwise it is advised to ask him directly for missions when he is.

On the outside of the building, stood a lean, curvaceous woman who had recently turned of legal age, her arms wrapped around her waist as she contemplated whether to enter now or just leave and come back later when she felt like it. However she couldn't just get up and leave when she was in need of her ninja headband. With a sigh she placed her hand on the doors and pushed inwards as she walked up the the receptionist's table and dinged the little bell, waiting for her to appear. "Is there something you needed Himawari-san?" a voice had said behind her. Jumping at the sound she turned around and stared at the receptionist who held a stack of paper in her hands as she wobbled her way to the desk, placing the papers on the table. Dusting her hand off, she look back at Cheiri. Cheiri snapped back into reality as she stared at the receptionist before remembering to why she was here in the first place.
Right, I was heading towards the Mizukage's office but I don't quite know where it is, this is the first time I've even been in this building," she admitted, cheeks flushed in embarrassment as she heard the receptionist chuckle softly at her. "Well, come right this way," she said, leaving Cheiri down a hall where eventually stood an elevator. The Receptionist had pressed the up button and waited as it arrived. "When you go inside, there should be a button that says 'Mizukage's Office', press that and you should be fine," she stated, and with that, she turned to leave. Cheiri waited near the elevator for five minutes before it arrived. Watching the door open, she noticed people walk out and turn in different directions. Soon there was no one in the elevator. Stepping inside, she looked at the buttons to find at the top of the categories, there was one which was labeled just as the receptionist had said.
Pressing the button, strange music flooded her ears as it began to lift off, giving her a funny nauseous feeling to her stomach as she was lifted from the ground floor all the way to the top. I should have taken the stairs.. she thought to herself as she grasped onto the railings, scared of falling over. Though now she had time to truly think about things. Ever since that incident, Chomei hadn't showed herself or spoken to her since. It was strange, as if she were laying dormant and watching the show as it happened. Many times had she tried to return to that inner world to speak to Chomei, but she was unable to. She had stressed many days attempting to return only to end up with a piercing headache. It was as if Chomei didn't want to awaken from her slumber as of yet. Cheiri ran her sleek fingers through her long pink locks as she stared blankly at the doors of the elevator as she thought about Chomei.
"You promised you would never leave me alone. ." she said to herself bitterly as she thought about what Chomei had said to her the night of her parent's death. She didn't blame Chomei, she was only doing what she could to protect her from harm, she didn't know that they weren't going to harm her. " I guess those were all lies weren't they?" she questioned to no one particular as she stared at the ceiling of the elevator. Cheiri noticed the sound of a ding, looking at the door she saw it was beginning to open, leaving into a hall way with only one door at the end. Stepping from the elevator, she was so glad she didn't have to spend another moment in that machine. The heels of her heeled ninja shoes clicked against the ground as she made her way towards the door. Curling her fingers into a fist, she knocked firmly on the door.
The gas form of water circulated around the village that was now newly renovated and revolutionized by the young and ambitious Mizukage. Including Lord Yagura, Raine Uchiha was the youngest of all the Mizukage to this day. The young man stood atop the roof of his office, it was a small yet big enough area for a few people to stand. It was the highest point in the Land of Water, aside from the mountains that laid in the distance, that lead to Kirigakure. The works and ambitions of this young man were always much different than any other Kage, for he literally completely changed Kiri. The mist itself that once created an ominous feeling in the village, was now pushed to the outskirts of the village and is utilized for security and sensory purposes. The village is now more clear, and is much more comfortable and presentable as a place to live. His goals and works were always questioned, but Raine Uchiha never failed to deliver to his people. Except for once.
Raine's hands clenched the metal safety bars at the edge of the roof and his jaw tightened. Memories began to flow in his head. He remembered how the black mist appeared so suddenly, and how his village fought off the Akatsuki for a whole year, before Kiri eventually fell to the evil force. This was the closest Raine ever had gotten to losing himself, and succumbing to his darker side. He knew he had failed his people, and out of shame and disgust he tried to exile himself for his failure. However, the people of Kiri demanded that he stayed, and with the shock of the hope that his people still had in him, Raine knew that the Akatsuki had made a grave mistake. Now, Kirigakure has never been so successful, booming with life and economic succession. The repairs took little over a month, and the ambitions that Raine had grew even higher, and now Kiri is a village that has technology and infrastructures that the shinobi world has never seen before. Raine used the hope that his people still had, and promised a brighter and revolutionized future. He did that, and now he is waiting for the day for the Akatsuki to return, so he can strike them down. He stands up on this high point once a day, eagerly waiting for the black cloaks to be visible through the mist once more. Raine has a thirst to strike back with a boiling fury.
His hands released the metal bars and he relaxed his muscles. He sighed, and the door to the stairs behind him opened. "Excuse me Mizukage-Sama!" Came a loud, attentive, and respectful high voice. Raine turned around to see one of his secretaries standing in front of him, not his main one, however. "Ah, yes Kira?" He said, in a velvety, and smooth voice to the attractive young secretary. The secretary blushed, and fiddled with her pen. "Oh! Um. Yes! I've received notice from the reception that you have a visitor coming!" Said the young, nervous woman. "I'll be down shortly." Raine said plainly. "Right!" She said, before disappearing with haste. Raine sighed, and ran a hand through his dark hair. He headed down the stairs and walked through his hallway, his dark brown eyes trailed to the elevator, where he saw the elevator almost to his floor. He continued walking, and stepped into his office before shutting the door behind him. He looked at his office, the large modernized office with enormous glass walls. He headed over to his desk where he sat down and began to look through the list of Genin that were newly promoted.
His head perked up as he heard a strong knock on his door. He leaned back in his chair and placed his chin on his fist, while his elbow was rested on the arm of the chair. "Enter." He said sternly, as he always did with first-timers.

It was times like these, when Kiteko's hatred for the Akatsuki was stronger than normal. A figure shrouded in red traveled casually through the mist of Kirigakure, his feet tapping softly against the earthen ground beneath him. It was time, finally, to receive his headband, the true make of a shinobi. Oh how proud his parents would have been, if only they could see him sporting a brand new headband. He could hear their voices deep within his mind, praising him as he walked alone down the streets of Kirigakure. Still, even after all of these years, he never understood why the Akatsuki did it. Why his family? Why? His body hidden with the Crimson cloak draped over his body, he clenched his fists, anger slowly rising within his being, like the start of an erupting volcano. Does it have something to do with this beast inside of me? Do they hate me too? Everyone does... except... An image of his parents clouded his mind, his body slowly starting to relax, releasing his balled up fist, and returning his hands to his pocket.
You guys... you really know how to keep your son's temper under control don't you? Deep within his thoughts, it made him feel safe, believing that he could actually interact with his parents through thoughts. He never received any response, but somehow, he knew that they were responding. I promise it won't happen again... The memory was slowly fading, and he hadn't even witnessed the own terror he caused, the first time he transformed. The stories he was told by witnesses was enough for him to come to the decision of taking his own life. But, as usual, his parents... they always popped in his mind during his time of need. They were still there for him, in a way, but he wanted them here physically. The walk was long, though drastically decreased thanks to the amount of time Kiteko has spent within his thoughts. A single Crimson orb glanced up beyond the mountains, to see a large, intricate building. The Mizkage's building. He had only been there twice before, once with his father, and the second time after his first transformation. Deep down, he was a little nervous meeting with the Mizukage again, but this time, it would be different.
Kiteko made his way to the entrance, only to be met with the receptionist at the front counter. "In trouble again, Kiteko?" She asked, laying her hands on her hips. Yea, his reputation here in Kirigakure was well known, and honestly, he hated it. He didn't want to be remembered as the 'one who caused turmoil in the village'. A pink hue coloring his pail-fair cheeks, he walked passed her, and headed up the steps. Unlike most, who chose to take the elevator, Kiteko had always chosen the steps over them. His first experience on that damned elevator when he was younger, scarred him for life. He was still frightened by it, and would prefer to take the stairs, and save himself a heart-attack. Taking the stairs wasn't so bad to him, it was much quieter and peaceful. Reaching into the pocket within his cloak, he took a banana, peeling it effortlessly with one hand. He had been eating bananas since he was out of the womb, literally. One could only find so many ways to peel a banana, and he has discovered them all. Taking a bite out of the banana, he stopped ascending the stairs, to savor the moment. The first sensations of flavors from a nicely ripened banana, it was something one should always take time to enjoy.
After finishing the rest of his banana, he placed the peel in a side pocket within the cloak, and he would be sure to dispose of it later. It it was one thing his parents were firm on, it was manners. On his way up the stairs, he found a trashcan, and disposed of the peel, before heading up again. Despite this being only his second time going up the stairs, he knew this was much longer than taking the elevator, and very tiresome. Training non-stop for three months would beat taking the stairs to the Mizukage's office any day. He noticed many other Genin coming down the steps, looking at him with weird scowls, hearing snickers escaping past their stupid lips. Level two has already begun, and I'm not even officially a Genin yet. Lovely. He rolled his single Crimson eye, ignoring the fools, and continued up the steps. After what seemed like hours, he finally made it to the door to the Mizukage's office. The door was closed, and he could see a figure before it, the sound of knocking against a wooden surface filled the surrounding area. He could make out the figure of a female, but was too far away to tell for sure. Moving a bit closer, but far enough to remain unnoticed, his guess was confirmed. A female with pink hair, similar to the color of cherry blossoms stood before the door. Kiteko assumed that she must of been a Genin as well, and remained quiet.
Cheiri closed her eyes and allowed a shudder to run down her spine as she heard the Mizukage's voice, it was so deep and smooth, it was nice to listen to, though this didn't stop her from noticing the stern tone in his voice as he spoke one word to her. Living in Kirigakure for well over a year now, she could honestly say that she'd never met the Mizukage, nor her to him, though she knew he would have files on her and what she was. Feeling her hands begin to build up sweat she closed her eyes and took a deep breath, remembering she wasn't alone in the village, she had heard a rumor that there was a Jinchuriki living here. She honestly hoped that they weren't just rumors and truth, she figured it'd be nice to meet another Jinchuriki beside herself, she felt less alone and vulnerable that way, not that she'd shoe her vulnerability to anyone. Gulping she rose her hand to the door onto to stop mid-way, drawing her hand back. Cheiri paced in a straight line in front of her door, biting her bottom lip when she noticed she must have been a strange sight to see, and looked up to see if anyone was watching.
She had noticed she had walked back down the hall, her neon green orbs connected with crimson orbs. Biting her bottom lip in embarrassment she ran back down the hall and turned the knob on the door, walking in to avoid the weird looks she was sure to have if that boy had been watching her pace and freak out. Running her sleek fingers through her pale pink hair that cascaded down the curve of her back in loose, effortless curls. Noticing what she was doing she removed her hand from her hair and looked at the Mizukage. His hair, jet black, styled in an messily as if he had just woke up and brushed his fringe to the side, though untidy as it was, it suited his youthful features, complimenting the maroon hues of his eyes. Cheiri noticed the shiver that had gone down her spine the moment their eyes had connected with each other and ignored it, choosing to look as if she had not shivered in the first place. He wore his kage cloak which suited him really well and showed how broad his shoulders were, not only that, but it really suited him.
"I'm here to collect my Headband, Mizukage-dono," she stated with a soft smile. Her mind wandering back to the boy outside who had seen her freak out before she had run away. Now that she thought about it, that was incredibly rude, she knew how she would feel if he had done that to her and she had just done it to him. Cheiri swore to herself that she would apologize for running away the next time she saw him. Why was he here in the first place? she had thought to herself, she then came to the conclusion he too had come to collect his ninja headband, maybe she should have asked him to come inside with her, but she knew he would come in soon, since he was here already. Turning her attention to the Mizukage she noticed how young he was. It was amazing how skilled he was to become the Mizukage if he was so young, he looked older than her, but it didn't seem like he was much old then herself. She had also heard the rumors about the Mizukage being young, but she hadn't thought that there were any truth until now that is.
He looked no older than three or four years older than herself, however she could have been wrong, many ninja look different to their actual age. That wasn't the case for this lean, curvaceous female as she look just her age and that was fine with her. I wonder who will be on my team. . will I know them? she had thought to herself as she awaited the Mizukage to hand her, her headband and tell her what squad she was put in. Thinking about squads and other people, she wondered if she may be put in a squad with him. There was something off about him, the moment her eyes connected with his she could feel something weird inside of him, it was so strange yet familiar to her, that kind of feeling reminded her of one thing. Aha it couldn't be possible could it? I mean he looks really normal, but then again I shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, she thought to herself, though she was unsure about it all, she figured that she would ask the Mizukage at some point if there were any other Jinchuriki beside herself.

I feel sympathy for who ever has to face me Lord Mizukage... I... Uh... I mean... Like... uh... I... uh... Please don't kill me...
▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
Rin wasn’t the normal person to have hatred in her eyes but with what the Akatsuki had done, what they had caused, she could never forgive. They were the reason savages visited her village and murdered her father and the people of the village and now her ice was strained with the color of their blood. Perhaps this was for the best, perhaps it was something that Kirigakure needed, to wake the sleeping civilization that it was. She had two things to do when she got to the Mizukages office. She needed to get the head band and attach it to her clothing and she needed to sign up for the Chuunin exams. This would help her and knowing the rules, you would also need a team of three unless they had changed these delicate rules this year. I will hunt each and every Akatsuki member down and slaughter them where they stand. Their blood will run in my ice... she thought as she walked into the building, her posture as straight as her back would allow. Her father was always on her case about her leaning forward and for once, she would listen to his advice, a soft smile forming on her lips. ”Excuse me? Are you looking to go to the Mizukages office?” a female said, Rin instantly turning around, the slight shock that she hadn’t noticed her as soon as she walked in. How did I over look her? I have never over looked something and my analytical skills are supreme. I don’t understand... Did she just appear? Rin thought before the woman pointed to an elevator. She walked over to it and pressed the button, softly placing her hands on her hips, her foot tapping as she waiting patiently. ”Nice weather we’re having” the woman said. Rin now understood who she was, she was the Mizukages receptionist. ”Indeed it is... It’s beautiful weather” she said before her attention was brought to the soft ting of a elevator door opening. She stepped in and looked at the buttons and pressed the one that would take her to the Mizukages office.
As she stood there, her eyes watching the small screen that displayed the level on it, she found herself wishing for her father. His dying breath as he exhaled telling her to run away, the fear that she could feel in her body was tremendous. The anxiety that she felt was beyond comprehension. Things were perfect, why would it happen to him. He didn’t need to do anything, she was able to take them all out without having much issues, if he had just helped escort people out of the village he would still be alive and she wouldn’t have been in the elevator. That god damned elevator. Ting the elevator made the sound, her eyes shooting back to it. It had risen one level. Father... I miss you... I promise you... I will kill the Akatsuki for letting this happen... she thought as she began to ponder on the thought. The Akatsuki were very powerful ninja, to have destroyed an entire village, to have been able to overcome the Mizukage, the mere thought of that sent shivers down her spine as she shook slightly. ”I don’t even know who is in the Akatsuki... How do I expect to kill them... she said the ting going again. The elevator had picked up in speed she thought as it continued to make the same ting sound. Whoa, this is moving too fast... I feel dizzy... haha she thought as she began to let small laughs escape from her mouth and then finally, it stopped and the doors opened.
Rin walked through the doors, her laugh still present before she glanced over to see someone she had never seen before. Mind you, she was new to the actual village, she lived out in a small village just outside of kirigakures walls. Her lovely brown iris locked onto the boy, analyzing what she could from his posture, his clothing, his pupil dilation. She made sure that she could keep her analysis to herself and if it was correct then she would be happy that she could tell someone by the way they looked. He’s in his teens I would assume, perhaps a good guy... no, a bad guy, the clothing of good guys are different but there’s also something different about him. He exerts a large amount of chakra to be a normal ninja and by the looks of it, he doesn’t have his head band either, in conclusion, I think he’s a jinchuriki, but of what tailed beast... further investigation will have to be done she thought as she walked towards the door. She could hear voices coming from inside and her analysis began again. Female, teens, by the sounds of it, a new genin and male, teens... no... Voice is to developed, twenties perhaps... I assume Mizukage she thought as she tried looking through the small gap between the screw and the door frame. Sure enough she was correct but it was to a scary degree of correct. If she could analyse something she couldn’t see, that would make her something of a deadly threat for most ninja but she never revealed her thinking. She liked to think two to four steps ahead of her opponent and exploit their weak points. She sat down on a chair and waited, her eyes reverting to the door handle but this was the perfect opportunity. She needed a team for the chuunin exam and there just so happened to be, two other genin she could use to further herself in the ninja world. Excellent... she thought as she began to calculate the outcome of there endeavours.

Location: Mizukages office. Chakra Pool: / 90 Out Of Cookies : sorry i'm not as literate as everyone else but I liked this post.
Raine sighed and adjusted his black Mizukage robe. It was the first robe of any Kage that was a different color than white. He had custom-made for him, because he thought that darker colors matched his hair, eyes, and they looked more stylish. Plus, it made Raine feel like a badass to be the only Kage with a black and red robe. Raine's eyes trailed up to the door as he heard a footstep in a different direction. Did he not just invite this character in? His face, now shifted to his cheek resting on his palm, looked bored as usual. He hated being in the office, but he loved it at times too. However, he also loved acting this way in front of nervous Genin. Raine closed his eyes, and he slowly opened them. His corneas became dyed with a bloodshot red, and his irises expanded, but thinned into a circular line that surrounded his dilated pupils. His irises then formed 3 tomoes on top of themselves, and Raine's sharingan was active. He nonchalantly looked at the door, in which he picked up two chakra patterns. A light, sweet pink chakra, and an intense crimson chakra. Raine raised an eyebrow, admiring the resemblance in chakra color between the crimson kid and Raine. Raine chuckled at the movements of the pink chakra, and as she ran back down the hall, Raine's sharingan dissipated. He also noticed how the pink chakra and crimson chakra both contained much more chakra than normal genin. No doubt they were Raine's two jinchuuriki.
Raine didn't move a muscle in his body as the girl walked into his office. He exhaled and kept his eyes locked onto hers, waiting for her to speak. He watched her play with her hair, and he raised an eyebrow. He let his eyes examine the attractive female in front of him, but he didn't mean it in an unsettling way. She was no doubt an attractive girl, her lush pink hair had such an intense color, and her icy eyes matched her face with an immense contrast. She was a good-looking girl, but, she was off-limits until she moved up the ranks. He simply eyed her as she spoke, and then released his face from his hand and sat back in his chair. "It's a pleasure to meet you too." He said to her, again in a smooth, chocalately voice. "Nevertheless, as you probably know, I don't exactly agree with the fundamental system that the villages partake in. So I don't have thousands of identical boring headbands at my disposal. However, if you would like I have a few for those who don't enjoy my style." He said. "Your headband is meant to portray your adulation for your village, and your allegiance to it." He said, trailing his index finger along his bottom lip. "People do that in different ways, therefore I allow people to exhibit it in different ways." He said, his demeanor not matching his body. He lifted his hands, and he turned them to show the top of his black gloves. Both of the gloves have the three silver waves that represent Kiri. "Every punch I throw is for Kirigakure." He said, before putting his hands back down on the arms of the chair. "So, now tell me, would you like a headband, or would you like your individuality?" He asked, locked onto her eyes. "Oh, and your name please?" He asked, immediately disrupting the intense mood with a friendly tone.
Raine picked up another presence, and he sighed again. He wondered how in what world that Genin could spy on the Mizukage successfully. "Enter you two." He said sternly, waiting for the other two Genin to enter as well. "And one of you close the door behind you please." He said. It would appear that he would not have an option but to put these three in a squad. However, it would all depend on the impression they all made first. It was one thing to put a bunch of very skilled shinobi in a squad together, but it meant nothing if they had low chemistry. "I don't appreciate the sly behavior, but I admire your need to assess the situation." He said, biting his lip. "Although it is slightly impolite." He said, talking through the door. He then redirected his attention back to the girl. "You have interesting friends my dear." He said, before sitting back in his chair again.

Rin was shot into a panic when she and the other were called in. She wasn’t so much afraid of what he was going to do but what he was going to offer Three Genin in one area that had no team, the chances were high that they would be placed together as a team. Sure she would love being in a team but with a Jinchuriki? She didn’t think that chances were very likely for her to even be thought of as being strong enough to be placed in a team and she didn’t take to kindly to being ordered around by people that were on her level as a ninja, but Jinchuriki were people she gave her respect to, they were able to tame creatures others couldn’t. She had always envied the Jinchuriki and perhaps a slight admiration for them but that was natural, people wanted power and with a tailed beast in you came knowledge. Knowledge was true power in Rins eyes. It was a way people could beat an opponent without trying and Rin had studied long and hard for such knowledge. She had procrastinated long enough; it was time to walk in wasn’t it? It would be rude for her to stay outside after being told to enter and she began formulation her apology as she turned the handle and walked in.
Her mind began analyzing the room as if it was first nature to her, finding blind spots in the room but her eyes diverted back to Mizukage and a female, pink hair. My analysis was correct. Female, teens but something is different about her, she has the same type of feel that the boy outside has, is she a jinchuriki as well? Two Jinchuriki in one village? This is certainly difficult to understand but no matter, I know why I am here. she thought as she stopped next to the female. ”I’m sorry Mizukage, I didn’t mean to offend, but I was curious as to who was inside, isn’t that understandable?” she asked politely, her tone filled win sincerity. The odds were lowering, they wouldn’t be paired up, well at least in Rins eyes they wouldn’t. Two Jinchuriki being placed in a team with a normal ninja... that was unheard of but she wanted it to be true. She made another analysis. By the looks of it, this may be a team that I am assigned to but why? Every team had a reason for being together. One would learn to be more observant of others while that person would learn to relax a little from the last member on the team who in turn would learn from the first member. Surely if we were put into a squad there would be measurements made to make sure that they could work well and learn from eachother. she thought as she began to speak.
”My name is Rin Yuki from the Yuki clan. It’s a pleasure to meet you all.” she said politely to them all. She had the standard mannerism and polite mannerism that made her both formal and informal but she always preferred formal. It had a more serious tone to it, made her seem like an intellectual that need mental stimulation at times.

Kiteko instantly registered the female's nervousness, shortly after the Mizukage had invited her in, she began pacing in front of the door. Is she going to be alright...? He asked himself, not finding the scene amusing one bit, actually he felt bad for her. Wait. Feeling bad for someone wasn't like Kiteko, was something wrong with him too? Ever since he reached the top of the stairs, he began to feel a similar aura about the girl to his own. It could be possible, that she could also be a Jinchuriki, but he hadn't heard anything about a second Jinchuriki being within the village. He wasn't seeing anyone else getting beat mercilessly in the alleyways, or being laughed at, or- Instinctively, Kiteko took a single step back, as he noticed the curvaceous female making her way towards him. There eyes met, his single crimson eye suddenly drowned in a pool of neon green. There was something about her eyes, full of tenderness and care, that reminded him so much of his mother. He wouldn't dare say anything, and it was good thing that he didn't. In a flash, she turned away, and headed back to the door. He must of scared her, like he did everyone who looked into his eyes. You could see nothing but a beast. Literally. All his hatred, his anger, his pain... no matter how he tried to conceal it, one could always find it in his eyes. Hn. They say the eyes are the windows do the soul, yet my soul was ripped from my being long ago. What exactly do they see now, when they look into my eyes?
With the door now being opened, it was probably a good idea to get inside now. There was probably much the Mizukage wanted to discuss, and Kiteko did not want to keep him waiting. Taking a few steps forward, he paused again, a unfamiliar presence approaching him from behind. He stood there, his figure hidden beneath the cloak, and a hood that covered the majority of his hair. He could feel her icy cold eyes scanning over him, observing him, studying him. He didn't like it at all, he was always getting these weird stares from people, but there was something about her eyes that made him feel a little tense. Tension eased shortly after she passed by, after what felt like hours of her eyes searching around his features. The female approached the door, only to sit down in a chair nearby, seemingly deep in thought. Kiteko too the time to make himself present to the Mizukage, approaching the door. A stern voice escape past the opening of the door, and rang within Kiteko's ears. The Mizukage invited the two inside, watching as the girl got up, and made her entrance. He too, making his entrance, stopped within the frame of the door, and took a look around. Other than the Mizukage, there were the two females he encountered just moments ago. The crowd wasn't too large, so Kiteko took his position in front of the Mizukage's desk along with the others. Apparently, from the small talk between the Mizukage and the female who was just outside the door with him, she had been spying. Kiteko didn't pay much attention to it, her response was reasonable enough for him.
The girl introduced herself as Rin Yuki, from the Yuki clan. Her voice was polite, too polite for someone of the Yuki clan. He wasn't being judgmental, but he has heard a decent amount of information about them to know that that being polite was something out of the ordinary for a Yuki clan member. Nonetheless, the were a feared and powerful clan, and respect was mandatory. There was an awkward silence in the air for a while, as Kiteko's single Crimson eyes traveled around the room, until it met with the Mizukage. They must have been waiting for him to introduce himself, and coming in here draped in a cloak and hood wasn't making anything better. How rude of him to stand before the Mizukage like this. Raising a single hand to the top of his head, he removed the hood, his Porcelain striped Crimson hair flowing from atop his head. With a simple shake of his head, his hair was managed, and tame in appearance. Yet the hair that covered his right eye still remained. Kiteko's hair was constantly growing, and was capable of completely covering his head if he didn't keep it under control. His hands reached for the top button on his cloak, undoing it, letting it fall from his frame and settle upon his back like a cape, revealing his lithe, yet muscular frame, covered in a crimson hoodie. Red. If anyone could wear so much of it, it would be Kiteko. Looking around once more, he cleared his throat, preparing to speak. "My name is Kiteko Nakamura. I'm here to receive the mark of the Shinobi." His voice was slightly deep, much similar to that of the Mizukage's, his tone calm, yet distant.

Cheiri had listened closely to what the Mizukage had said to her. She had already known what she wished to have in the first place, after all the choker around her neck which connected to her ear as a chain and piercing had a space where she had decided that she would end up putting the metal part of the head band. Though it didn't hurt to hear the lecture he gave her about how with the symbols of the Mist on his fists, that every punch he threw at his opponent was a for Kirigakure, which in all honesty seemed a little bit self-righteous to her, however she wasn't about to deny that each ninja were different and should be able to have their individually with the way they represented their village. "I'd prefer my individuality above all else, so just the metal plate of the band will do for me," she had stated, her voice was soft and velvety, it was deep and alluring however in an entirely feminine point of view. A soft smile littered on her soft, plump lips as she awaited him to give her the metal plate.
When he had spoke up, again requesting for her name, she had opened her mouth to reply, only to be interrupted by the Mizukage himself, telling the other two outside to come inside. Two? I thought there was only one before.. she had thought to herself, however it was true, she seemed to sense another person, that and well she also walked into the room to apologize about spying on them. Cheiri was confused to why she would spy in the first place, it wasn't was if she were going to get different kind of treatment compared to the other shinobi of Kirigakure. Then the girl had merely said she was curious about who was inside and immediately felt herself becoming less tense around the girl. After all girls were naturally curious so she didn't really blame the girl for wanting to know who was becoming a genin, after all, they may even be placed on the same squad as well. Rin Yuki? It's funny, her name means Cold Snow, how cute, she had thought to herself as Rin had introduced herself.
Cheiri could already feel like she was warming up to her. She liked her attitude overall, but then again, how would she react if she knew shew was on of the top three Bijuu? she didn't want to think about it, but still, the image of the times she had been pushed into a ditch or beat up til she couldn't move had flashed through her mind. It had only gotten worse when she had killed her parents, she had been kicked out from the small village itself and told never to return again. Cheiri then had no choice to go to Kirigakure where she felt more at home than she did the old village and the hospital. However later on a group organization called "Akatsuki" had appeared, those people. She could never forgive them for killing the innocent lives of Kirigakure. She was among the survivors when it had occurred, she had witnessed first hand how cruel and ruthless they were and most of all, they had warned her of one thing. That they were coming for her, but now, Kirigakure was thriving more and more lately and so she felt she had no need to worry anymore.
Snapping from her thoughts she felt a familiar chakra presence. Though she couldn't quite put her hand on it, she knew she felt a lot closer to this person than she did others, they were special, they were like her. It had turned out to be the crimson eyed boy from before she had run off from in embarrassment. Her cheeks flushed as she stared at him. He was the one she felt so comfortable around, she didn't know but she felt he connected with her in ways that others weren't able to. Shrugging it off for the time being he had introduced himself. Cheiri liked the way his name sounded and the fact that his last name meant comrade. noticing that she had been the only one not to introduce herself, she tried to calm herself down drastically, taking a deep breath. "Cheiri Himawari, pleased to meet you," she had said with a small bow towards them all.
Raine nodded before a fire clone appeared to the left of him. A small fiery combustion formed into a living, breathing, copy of Raine. The flames didn't stain the environment, maybe some heat could be felt at the most. The clone disappeared out of the room, passing the two other Genin as they walked in. Raine didn't take time to examine or analyze any of the small gestures or movements this girl made. It was clear that even though he doesn't work like the other Kages, he still acted like one. Fraternizing with a Genin was not on his to-do list today.
He was then greeted by another attractive female, and he mentally sighed. We need more Jounin.. Raine thought to himself. This girl was slightly different than the other one. They had two different shifts in personality, it was intriguing to Raine. This new Genin seemed to be more deadly in a silent way, it was fitting for her to be from Kirigakure. "Quite understandable indeed." His analysis seemed to be correct as well. These two together might be very good, or not so well. He has seen too many instances when a silent striker and a not so silent striker, had personalities clashed. This caused turmoil within the mission because nobody would be on the same page and everyone would have their own agenda instead of working together. On the same note, Raine couldn't tell if the other two were Jinchuuriki or not, but it certainly seemed like it. Now a days there were so many weird ways to have more chakra, it could be a million things. As the girl introduced herself, Raine made swift, and flawless movements, using his hands. Every time his hands moved it was to either move something else, grab something, pull something, so it looked like one fluent motion when he placed her folder in front of him. "Rin Yuki. The pleasure is mine." He said, as his eyes scanned and absorbed every detail that the academy had written about her. "Hm." He said, before closing the folder again and sliding it to the right. Top of her classes, flawless performance record, hyoton user.. and an interesting past. She sounds like an Uchiha more than anything else.
As the boy walked in, Raine was immediately intrigued by his appearance. If he was a little younger Raine would have the glory of calling him Little Red Riding-Hood. He raised an eyebrow, and waited, as this red fellow had is attention. He watched his movements, and he studies the way the tissue in his muscles moved as his arm moved. The kid had potential. He had not even said a word yet, and Raine was already pleased. He could be wrong however, but then again, when was Raine wrong? Raine smiled as the boy spoke. The first smile that had been visible since the Genin had arrived. Raine took out Kiteko's file, and placed it on the center of his desk, to left of Rin's. He opened it, and his eyes absorbed the information. So, I'm in the presence of Son.. A dark smile curled in the corner of Raine's mouth as he read. He would not speak of the history between himself and Son-Goku until later. Perhaps when they are alone. He closed the folder and looked at the boy. He picked up his pen and opened the folder again, making a note at the top of one of the papers. He found it very, very interesting how Kiteko said "mark of the Shinobi" rather than headband. "Well, Kiteko Nakamura.. It's a pleasure to meet you." He said.
"Ms. Yuki. I assume that you're here for the same reason that Mr. Nakamura and Ms. Himawari is?" He asked. "If that's the case, please, Ms. Himawari. Could you explain how the quote: 'mark of the shinobi' is different in Kirigakure? If you aren't too embarrassed in front of Mr. Nakamura already." He said, chuckling, then looking back at the crimson fellow.

Rin smiled at his polite mannerism. She smiled at him, the red fade in her lips supporting her normal attire. He seemed to pull a file out which she assumed would be her file. Not even Rin knew what her marks were in her folder, her curiosity leaping to fruition but she cut it back down. She understood what he was doing, there was no need to try and convince him to not look at it, and she had been an excellent student excelling at almost anything. She was the perfect shinobi, stern, cold but kind to a certain degree. Perhaps this was his way of finding out if she was capable of leading a team in the future, for when she passed the Chunnin exams. She knew she would pass them, she had to, it was her only way of finding out information. She had hoped that she would be like one of the ninja’s from Konoha, when they passed the chuunin exam or made it to the finals and had shown great strategy and prowess, they were also placed as a chuunin but she wanted to be a jonin. They had classified information that she would need to fulfil her lifelong mission, her lifelong goal, her mission to slaughter the Akatsuki no matter what.
Rin listened to Mizukage welcome the boy, but her eyes remained on him and soon enough she was addressed first. Why me... Did I do something wrong... she thought as she listened to him. Mizukage was asking about Kirigakures individuality and she looked at him. He didn’t seem to wear a head band but more or so cloves that had the Kirigakure symbol on them. ”There is no need Lord Mizukage, I think I understand. As I can see you don’t seem to wear the traditional head band which gave me my first indication as to what you meant by individuality. The second indication was that your wear our symbol on your gloves, perhaps for something that gives irony... like throwing a punch for Kirigakure, blocking something from affecting Kiri. I can’t label what it is but I have a fair idea. I would like to have to plates, one for each glove, not for the same reason as you though. It just goes with the look.” she said, her eyes scanning over the Mizukage and the other two in the room.
They seemed like a good team, they seemed to not argue which was a great sign but they didn’t seem to talk to each other on their entrance into the room. This was to be expected though, they were in the presence of the Mizukage, to talk to each other would be rude and she wasn’t the kind of person. I wonder who will be our team captain, I haven’t seen any Jonin around... and what if we don’t get to have one? Who will lead us? I will volunteer if that’s the case.
Rin seemingly smiled at the Mizukage as she reached over and grabbed two kirigakure symbol’s that were used for head bands. She smiled before placing them on her gloves and turned around. Hopefully the Mizukage would understand her need for leaving at such a short notice seeing as how the chuunin exams were coming up and she needed to be there soon. She raised her hand up above her head and waved at him as she walked out, her back to him. She then went into the elevator and departed the mizukage’s office and the tower.

I needed to get the head band before the chuunin exams started. This was the only way that I could do it and I was getting tired of waiting.
A brown haired Genin was walking forward to the Mizukages office. He didnt like to take Elevators so he was walking quietly up the stairs, he was not looking forward to meeting the Mizukage, people in power usually scared him. He didn't know what to expect, Ethan had never been real good with remembering alot of things. Well, mostly the important things, the teen had forgotten who the it was. Only remembered that he was a Powerful Ninja and a Uchiha which only made him slightly more afraid seeing how Uchihas are known for powerful Genjutsu." Just don't say anything stupid, and maybe you won't embarrass yourself when you get your first mission on your own." Easy for your brain to say, it wasn't the one feeling like you were gonna get to the top of the stairs and fall back down them because your nerves got the better of you.
Ethan eventually got to the top of the stairs. "Man, thats alot of stairs." Wheres his office at....Or should I go to a waiting room." he stepped back down to the stairs and began to mess with his hair. He was a nervous wreck, this is what happens when he runs off alone.
Raine was writing down a few notes about the coming and going of Genins in Kirigakure when he sense an unknown chakra patter in the hallway. He simply sat in his chair, however next to him, a small combustion of fire formed a humanoid identical copy of him. The fire clone walked over to the door and opened it, making it easier for the Genin to locate the office.
