So this is where I will be keeping a list of the floating co-hosts. Please use this list as a reference if you are wanting or needing assistance in your rooms.
Remember: the floating co-hosts are willing and able to help all of the rooms whenever they need it! They will act in place of cast members, aid in plot progression, answer guest questions, and generally RP where it is needed.
All you need to do is ask!
It is preferred that the chatango room is used for contacting the floating co-hosts, but if you are having difficulty getting ahold of one of them then PM them.
For the purpose of our plot, ALL floating co-hosts are assistant/librarians who are moving from room to room trying to figure out why the characters are out of their books and, depending on the room, trying to figure out how to get them back in. This role will utilize guest involvement as much as room plots, so try to coordinate with the hosts before you enter a room.

Woo! Librarians!
I'm probably being too loud to be a librarian right now, but it might be a good idea to put what we think our availabilities are going to be during the ball, or at least our time zones. Just so that way hosts aren't like "WHY AREN'T YOU ANSWERING ME? LOVE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
Anyways, I'm Eastern Time, and I think this is how that weekend will go.
Friday: 7 PM - 8 PM, 11 PM(ish) - ???
Saturday: 6:30 AM-7:30 AM, 7 PM-8 PM, 10 PM-???
Sunday: 6:30-8 AM, 9 PM-???
Times are all tentative because I'm working around the schedule I have for orientation, and some of the things are weird (like my ensemble audition that nobody knows the requirements for). Plus, I might end up doing some stuff with the other people in my quad. Who knows what I'll be doing?

Hey guys! The ball is three weeks away! If you haven't finalized what you're wearing yet and run it by me, you might want to do that. Also, in the efforts of helping out our non-floating friends, I'd like each of you to post your timezone, and when you think you'll be on during the course of the ball. I understand if you aren't exactly sure how your schedule will be. I'm not even entirely sure, and for the most part my schedule's been made for me! Oh, and if you have any ideas about anything awesome we could do. Cause we are awesome, and we deserve awesome stuff. Keep in mind that we have no budget, so if you have an idea, you better have the funds for it, the know-how to get the funds for it, or the skills to get it done.

not 100% sure of my times as I don't know what's happening that weekend...plus right now I'm on the job hunt...so anyway...right now it's any time I'm awake according to GMT+1 (British Summer Time)...so for me that's probably... 11am-3am each day...for now...knowing me I might even end up awake for about 48hrs+ so...I'm pretty flexible wink

I have a request of all of you! The Treehouse room is in need of cats (well, avatars that look like cats) to attack on Saturday! We won't be playing as our librarians, so you might want a mule for this, but as floating co-hosts we should help them out! I will be a kitty, and you should be a kitty too! And give your kitty mule a cool kitty-like name! Like Mr. Fluffykins or something like that.

I'm new to the guild and I saw The Treehouse needed cats. I have RP'd since '07 and grew in experience over time, so I'm pretty familiar with RP'ing. If it's not too late already, may I join? cat_razz I went ahead and feline-ified one of my mules (give an idea), and I'll be changing its name soon. Still trying to come up with a name. xDAldon Amdis

I actually applied with Violet the Maestro to be one of her co-hosts, she informed she wasn't hosting anymore and that she was in charge of the floating co-hosts. I asked if she needed help with those and I wouldn't mind being a floating co-host. I would love to apply since I am active enough. I was reading about the games, it is something very feasible for me that I can do and something all the rooms will need help with. biggrin

My time zones are: (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)
I will be on from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. That is twelve hours of floating and helping you all out. biggrin
When my cat mule is done I will link it here.
