Moon Clearing
The Moon Clearing lies in the middle of all 5 clan territories. It is where the cats hold their monthly gatherings. In fact it is a large cavern that has 5 entrances. From CloudClan the entrance is a wide tunnel that is marked with a large pure white boulder. The tunnel is level for a run and then dips down for a slow decent into the cavern. From SunkenClan there is a dirt trail at the bottom of one of the cracks in the Cracked Field that winds its way into the cavern. From PuddleClan there is a shallow stream that the cats follow from their camp to the Moon Clearing, jumping down a rocky path into the cavern. From DarkClan the cavern is reached through a series of caves and tunnels underground that finally lead to a tall dark stone pillar that marks the entrance to the cavern. From HollowClan its a simple downward slope from the edge of the Pine Forest to the wide opening of the Moon Clearing. Once inside the cavern, it is a large open space made of red rock. At on end of the space is a large, tall ledge that the leaders climb up to speak from. In the ceiling of the cavern high above in the center of the cavern is an opening where every month the moon shines through to mark to start of the meeting.
