Fuinjutsu Requirements Due to the amount of Charaka needed to provide such seals, lower ranking ninja are unable to preform such jutsu. These seals are difficult to master, and messing them up could result in disaster.
T-Jonin and Above are able to create proper seals and can fully master them to their full potential. There is only Two Chunin level Seal.
Genin can begin to study Fuinjutsu, but they cannot grasp the concept of it, so they are not able to learn any fuinjutsu, only those that study hard may learn Fuinjutsu.

You may not Auto Learn any Fuinjutsu.
When you become a Jounin and choose to begin learning Fuinjutsu, the post requirements are a little different.
- Learning -
C Ranked Techniques, will cost 700 word post to learn.
B Ranked Techniques, will cost 800 word post to learn.
A Ranked Techniques, will cost 900 word post to learn.
S Ranked Techniques require two post combination of 1000 words.
S+ Ranked technique will require at least a 2000 word post split into 3 different post.

 T-Jonin/Chunin Level
This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice.
(Summoning scroll required)(Limited to 2 Other weapons)
B-Rank -- Bakuryūgeki: Exploding Dragon Strike
Bringing out one of her scrolls, the user will summon a large flame dragon that will explode whenever it will come into physical contact with the target, or any other object.

Jonin/Higher Level B-Rank -- Memory Erasing Seal
This technique erases certain memories of all those who are in the seal, including the caster, with the command "wipe out" (滅, metsu). However, it is possible that the target may once again remember what was erased as a vague dream.
(Seal area 12 feet)
A-Rank -- Gogyō Fūin: Five Elements Seal
This technique produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target.
The target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time.
(1 Post until the target can start fighting again.) (The target is unable to preform jutsu of a certain charaka nature, until they can find a way to unseal the seal.)
A-Rank -- Fūjutsu Kyūin: Blocking Technique Absorption Seal
(Charaka Control Required)
A highly advanced sealing technique, the user can absorb any ninjutsu regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique, regardless of power, without harming the user.
(Usable once during a battle)(User absorbs the amount of charaka it took to preform the jutsu.)
S-Rank -- Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu: Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique
This technique is a fūinjutsu that the user places across their chest, and sets it to activate upon their death. The technique releases four symbols from the user's body that then forms a large, black sphere around them. Anything caught inside the sphere's area is then drawn in and sealed within the user's corpse.

Kage Level A-Rank -- Gogyō Kaiin: Five Elements Unseal
This technique can be used to remove fūinjutsu of up to equal power, like its counterpart, the Five Elements Seal.
The target gain access back to the lock charaka in his/her body and is able to preform jutsu without being hindered.
(Kage level or Higher required)
A-Rank -- Beast Sealing Technique
After creating the necessary seals, the seal formula rises up in the form of multiple chakra chains and binds the target.
The user then must remain completely still and focus their charaka into the chains that bind the target. If the user moves and strains their selves the chains are broken and the target is released. But due to the chains being made of charaka any disturbance to the chains causes them to disappear.
(Target released after 2 post)(Usable again tailed beast)
A-Rank -- Sealing Technique: Spirit Sealing
This technique requires a scroll to be performed. It allows the user to seal a soul from a human inside the scroll. The target must be approaching death to seal.
(For now max number of souls you may have is 2)
S-Rank -- Shiki Fūjin: Dead Demon Consuming Seal
The Dead Demon Consuming Seal is a seal developed by the Uzumaki clan. It invokes the power of a spectral entity known as the Shinigami that can only be seen when it grasps one's soul. Once called upon, the Shinigami hovers behind the user and wraps its left arm with prayer beads, uttering some unintelligible chanting, and after some time a cursed seal appears on its arm. The soul of the summoner is then partially separated from the body and restrained by the Shinigami's hair as it thrusts its arm into the user's chest to grab the soul of its target. At the user's command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing by dragging the target's soul into the user whose stomach is branded with the seal's mark. However, the sealing is double-edged as the user's soul is devoured by the Shinigami along with the target's, both souls trapped for all eternity within the fiend's stomach.
(Results in death of Character)(User gets 3 post after summoning the Shinigami before it takes your soul and life)

Sannin Level S+-Rank -- Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei: Summoning Impure world Reincarnation
The User summons a coffin where, using a living person as a vessel, a deceased person's soul can be called back to the world of the living and bound to it. The vessel will then take on the form that person had in life, thereby reincarnating them to do their summoner's bidding.
(The Summon is only active for 4 post)(Must have/know Sealing Technique: Spirit Sealing, and must have the targets Body, a RPC, no NPC reincarnates.)
(Better have a good reason for having this)
