A few days after his first run in with the dragons of Ayrala Eyphah was back on his feet and ready to go! They had blindsided him the last time but he wasn't about to let them throw him off his guard in such a way a second time he thought to himself, making sure everything in his cave was in order before heading out. He was going to get an Ayrala dragon's orb today no matter what! He would just have to keep after them until one of the silvery bastards finally slipped up was all and given how determined the Diabi was added to the fact that he had no where to be made it so that repeated hunts were a viable option. What he wanted most though was to find the two of them that blind sided him so that he could get a second shot at them... or however many shots it would take for him to turn those things into orbs and dust he thought to himself. To be flattened so completely, it wasn't something that cared for even in the least bit and meant to have his revenge for it.
It took a bit of tracking and far more time then he would like but he was finally able to find where it was that the pair had settled down for the night. So they thought that they would be able to rest up and enjoy themselves after the attack, huh? Not something that amused him, not in the least bit, and it his tail set to lashing behind him. No matter, he knew where they were now and he would show them what happened to those foolish enough to attack him unawares! Drawing in a deep breath he rushed forward, lunging forward, and landed on the back of one of the two Ayrala. The moment that he landed there the game began as the bigger of the two Ayrala set to trying to buck Eyphah off of its back. There was a bit of a schuffle, a lot of unhappy, snarling sounds from the dragon he was attacking, and a good amount of blood which made everything all that much amazing in the mind of the scarred up Drakein. The fun ended to quickly for him though as, much to Eyphah's displeasure the second Ayrala slammed into his side, sending him flying to the ground to land in a heap, before the two of them were flying off at high speeds away from where he'd found them.
It took the Diabi a moment to right himself, checking all of his limbs to make sure that nothing was broken, before he gave a rather colorful string of curses under his breath. So, they thought to escape, huh? Not like he was going to allow it end like that. Their orbs already belonged to Eyphah, they were just to stupid to realize it was all he thought to himself in a cross manner before he started forward once more after the foolish pair of dragons. All he had to do at this point was to follow the trail of blood that they had left behind. It really was the best part about injured prey, that they basically led you right to wherever it was that they were going with the trail that their wounds left behind. It was an invitation to the hungry Diabi who was at this very moment licking his maw, comparing the flavor of an Ayrala to that of a Ysali. He wasn't quite sure which one he preferred but he supposed that he would know after he was able to get his claws on the bones of one of the silvery air dragons.
