So I was helping a friend because she had to do a crapload of yard work for this lady to pay of some debt.
And pretty much everyone got poison ivy xD
So!
Here are some random facts and remedies. If you know any more, feel free to add them in order to help keep our fellow Gaians comfortable and not itchy even when encountering this annoying plant.

Not everyone can get poison ivy, actually. I didn't get it at all and neither did my friend's boyfriend despite her angrily rubbing her infected arms on me in some sort of attempt to pass it on.

Calamine lotion is a good remedy, but not recommended if your poison ivy is particularly bad because it's purpose is to dry out the infected area as well as the poison but if it's really bad, then it'll only do so much to help and just end up drying out your skin and making it crack really bad.

Cucumbers are a great way to relieve the itching. You can use regular cucumber slices or mash them and spread it over the area and let it dry and then rinse it.
Salt and baking soda mixed with water are a great way to help dry out the infected area.
I've heard that watermelon rinds are also a good home remedy, and you get to eat all that watermelon!
Any more home remedies that you guys know of? C:
