Bio: Much like her brother, Jessica's place of origin and early history are completely unknown. The first records of her appearance are in a small rural village within the South Eastern territories. Her age was estimated to be 10 or 11. While there, she discovered her meister abilities and took it upon herself to become the unofficial protector and guardian of the village. Over several years she developed her own fighting style and abilities as a Meister. As was her personality, she pushed herself as far as she could on a daily basis. At the age of 14 she began to travel, focusing on learning about the world and the people in it. Early in her travels she heard about the DWMA. Although she was interested, she decided instead to focus on her travels. That is, until she heard a rumor that her long lost brother, James Jetter, had enrolled in the DWMA. Curious, she traveled to the DWMA and enrolled as well, eager to find out more about her brother and the school in general.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+Flash Fighting: A style of fighting Jessica developed herself. She is able to focus her resonance force throughout her body, increasing the agility, speed and power of her physical attacks to the point where an aura surrounds every attack she makes which causes extra damage
+Area Denial: Jessica holds her hand out palm-upwards and faces the opponent. She focuses her resonance force into a single, devastating beam of energy that shoots forward from her palm. At the same time and explosion of resonance force surrounds her, causing minor damage but disorienting and pushing back any opponents in her immediate vicinity
+Weapon Blood: Due to one of her parents having been a Weapon, Jessica is able to channel her Weapon blood by extending blades from her body as well as firing bullets of yellow resonance force
+Resonance Rush: Jessica is able to focus her resonance force into a single, powerful dash forward that causes heavy damage to an opponent directly hit by it as well as throwing back or disorienting any opponents in the near vicinity
+Revelation: By resonating with another Meister, Jessica can share one of her abilities with them at a time, as well as using one of their own abilities.

Personality: Jessica is extremely intelligent and is usually at the top of her class. Despite this, she doesn't look down on others and is generally very friendly with everyone. This doesn't stop her from enjoying a good fight, even if it is to the death. In everything she does, Jessica strives to be the best in everything she does and to bring out the full potential in her partner and teammates. She never brags or boasts about her accomplishments.

Soul Charade: Jessica has a secret. The truth is that the soul she gives off isn't her real soul; it's an illusion created by the gold bracelet she wears. If she removes her bracelet, the fake soul fades and nothing takes its place. While this bracelet is effective in fooling people, it also suppresses some of Jessica's power, meaning when she removes the bracelet all her abilities increase. In addition, her lack of a soul prevents her from being influenced by emotion-changing abilities, specifically madness, but other emotional abilities whether positive or negative are negated.
