the one thing I dislike the most about being enlisted are MRE's...nastiest thing ever created on earth and people wonder how I lose so much weight during my weekend trainings. razz 2 more days until real food heart

My cousin's girlfriend is a nurse in the Army, and she and her dad (a general) sent us MRE's, because we were curious. I had this bread, it was like really chalky, but tolerable. I tried a few more things, I think there was tuna and a milk shake or something like that, so I sort of understand. Sorry love! If we were neighbors or something, I'd cook you a welcome home meal!
