"Tell me not, Sweet, I am unkind, That from the nunnery Of thy chaste breast and quiet mind To war and arms I fly.
True, a new mistress now I chase, The first foe in the field; And with a stronger faith embrace A sword, a horse, a shield.
Yet this inconstancy is such As you too shall adore; I could not love thee, Dear, so much, Lov’d I not Honour more."

Name: Lucasta From the Latin lux casta meaning “pure light.”
Nicknames: “Casta” is acceptable. “Luca” is not.
Breed: Somali
Attached to: Ganymede. Fairly loyal to the Jovians by extension.
Alignment: Senshi
Blood Type: AB
Fav. Food: Yogurt. Poultry is also quite tasty, and she has a fondness for rabbit.
Hated Food: Kibble
Hobbies:
Guardianship – Though recently awakened from stasis, Lucasta has never believed that she is anything less than extraordinary. She may be unaware of her origins, but it has nevertheless dawned on Lucasta that she is far more than your normal house cat, and she places her duties above such menial pursuits as hobbies. One thing is for sure, Lucasta has her priorities in a strict order. Guardianship first, personal maintenance second, and comfort and leisure only when the war allows for it. Always on the lookout for a new face or soon-to-be-awakened Senshi, Lucasta takes herself and her objectives very seriously. Being a Guardian Cat, guiding Senshi, and thwarting Chaos is her life. A duty without end, and for now Lucasta is fine with that—proof as it is that she is not just your typical feline. Her pride would not allow her to accept anything less.
Hunting Memories – Perhaps the greatest frustration in Lucasta's life is that she has little to no memories of that mysterious before. She doesn't know how she came to be, or why, she simply knows that she is and that she has a duty to uphold. But she is not always content to leave it at that. Rather, she has every intention of uncovering the mystery of her origins. If this means taking a trip to the moon ruins, she will do so. If jaunts across the many worlds that populate space are in order, she will harass anyone with the power and even the slightest interest of taking her. Her passion for memories (and her insistence that they must exist, that there are even memories out there to uncover) may seem to be a byproduct of her inflated sense of self-worth, but in reality it shows that she carries a small shred of insecurity. Lucasta needs to believe there's more, and as long as she believes that she needs to seek it, otherwise she'd have to accept herself as little more than an ordinary cat in extraordinary circumstances.
Hunting Prey – Though she projects quite an elegant and sophisticated image and strives always to prove her superiority over the average domesticated animal, Lucasta enjoys the hunt as much as the next feline. In her opinion, allowing oneself to be pampered and well-fed by doting humans is an insult and a waste of one's innate skills, and certainly against her nature. Lucasta strives to improve upon her abilities with each hunt. She may accept the occasional treat and pre-prepared meal, but for the most part her sustenance comes from what she's able to catch outdoors. Instinct compels her to act when she sees any manner of small critter scampering across the yard. Rodents are by far her favorite (particularly rabbits), although birds offer an exhilarating challenge. Lucasta is rarely wasteful with her prey, though there are instances in which she leaves an impressive catch as a gift for those humans she deems worthy, especially those who could use a little feeding. Eat up, darling, she went through the trouble of fetching it for you. You look half-starved.
The Grand Outdoors – Lucasta is dutiful, but as far as her sense of adventure is concerned she is only as adventurous as duty necessitates. She does, however, enjoy her time outdoors. Indeed, too much time inside can lead to her feeling quite claustrophobic; she is by no means your typical pampered house-cat. Nowadays, Lucasta prefers a gentle breeze and the sounds of garden life to stifling quiet and inactivity. This does not mean she has any sort of fondness for rolling around in the dirt like some common pet. She prefers to watch and observe and take comfort from the scenery rather than become one with all the nasty things that could mat her luxurious coat and cause her to smell like some mangy street cat. The great outdoors is hardly suitable for a lady such as herself, but the grand outdoors (lush, carefully cultivated gardens; a warm, sun-soaked cabana; a comfortable gazebo near a gently trickling stream) call to her like a moth to a flame.
Virtues:
Sincere – Lucasta means well. Really, she does. And even if it doesn't seem that way all the time, she is at least sincere in her words and efforts and would never utter even a hint of a lie. Even if it served her well for a while she knows that lies very often have a way of coming back to haunt you. Since her often finicky behavior has a way of causing others to shy away from her, Lucasta has come to rely on her forthrightness to ease the way into companionship. She keeps no secrets and sees no point in evasiveness, and expresses herself, her thoughts, and her opinions with honesty. Pretending and sugar-coating are by no means her style; rather, she responds with an openness and frankness that suits her sophisticated demeanor. This sincerity and straightforwardness has served her well in life so far, and though she is not always a predictable cat (she does like to keep people on their toes), she has an air of candidness about her that can be quite likable when unencumbered by her often purposefully antagonistic pawing.
Dauntless – Lucasta is not your common scared-y cat. Oh, she has her moments in which she finds herself being startled out of comfortable sleep, hackles raised as she scopes out the area for those who might bring mischief and disharmony into her once tranquil world, but she is quite bold in the face of fear and discomfort. She might not like the filthy streets she prowls, cluttered with all manner of people and vermin, but that does not mean she is incapable. Lucasta does what she must, and she does it with courage and energy. Does she laugh in the face of danger? Of course not; she would never be so foolish. Does she purposefully place herself into situations she is ill-equipped to handle? No, darling, she does value her life quite a bit. But she is daring and has no intention of running away from a problem or a danger until she's had her chance to prove herself, or discover on her own that it might be best to back away. She tests her limits, sees how far she can go, how much she can withstand, and backs down only if and when she feels she's done her best to overcome the obstacles in her path.
Industrious – Some might expect Lucasta to be just another pampered, lazy cat. Pampered, maybe. She has no memories to corroborate anything to the contrary, after all. But lazy? No, never lazy. Of course she enjoys her naps (there's no denying that), just as she enjoys the peace and harmony of an uneventful day or the quiet corner of a lovely garden in springtime, but when duty calls (and it is always calling) she is ready and willing to do her part—"and do it well, if I do say so myself." In Lucasta's not so humble opinion, when there's work to be done there's no greater travesty than good time gone to waste. Each new day comes with new opportunities, and each new opportunity should be thoroughly explored. Lucasta is diligent, hard-working, and makes good use of her time and is sure to see that the hours are filled with worthy pursuits; then, when as much has been accomplished as can be, comes the reward.
Flaws:
Destructive – Lucasta insists that she is, above all else, a lady—to be pleased and coddled and treated with diligence and respect. Unfortunately, the only thing truly "lady-like" about her these days is her fondness for some of the finer things in life. Oh, she puts on the act of a "proper lady," and often it's very convincing, to the point where she's come to believe it herself, but the truth is that she is little more than a very pretty brute. When she plays, she plays hard; when she works, she works hard. And when she wants your attention, well... she certainly makes sure she gets it. Lucasta scratches, she bites, and she acts out on purpose. If you asked her she'd claim to have some honorable and/or faux "lady-like" reason for doing so, but really she finds some entertainment value in the shock of it, and has behaved in this way for so long that its become like a bad habit. She knows she should control herself, she knows she can react in ways that are viewed as a bit violent and extreme, but she's getting up there in years (or so she says) so things like that can be forgiven, can't they?
Abrasive – Though her penchant for sincerity is admirable, it can often lead Lucasta to be a bit too truthful. She says what she means and means what she says, even if what she means and says is offensive or hurtful. She doesn't have much of a filter, though sometimes she manages to soften the blows beneath her lady-like behavior. She'll give compliments and support when they're warranted, of course, but when she's unimpressed or you've found yourself on her bad side, Lucasta will let you know it. She has nothing against cutting someone down when she thinks they deserve it, whether they be friend, enemy, or bonded. Often her behavior comes off as rude to those just getting to know her, and it has prevented her from establishing very many meaningful relationships in the past. She knows she has likable qualities, but she also has very unlikable ones, and she's never quite known how to turn those off long enough for the likable ones to show through the way they should. Occasionally she doesn't even realize something she's said or done is hurtful, and if she does she's only done or said it because she thinks you need to know. It will help you in the end, darling; really, it will!
Controlling – Lucasta likes to have her way, not because her way is necessarily the best, but because she likes to be in control of any given situation. She doesn't like to feel out of place, or out of sorts, nor does she like guess-work or the wastefulness that occurs by taking one's time or approaching a situation without the proper information. She can come across as very over-bearing, bossy, insistent, and she doesn't tend to care if that's the case because she's convinced herself she's doing it for your own good. She's simply taking care of you, and if you can't see that, well... that's your problem, isn't it? She can twist words and situations to make her seem like the good guy in her eyes, and really it's what she thinks that's important, right? Somehow she can find a reason or an excuse as to why her way is best, or why she's really not as bad as you think she is. She does what is necessary, and she's does what's necessary because it's right, and she does what's right because it's her duty. It all translates to "support" to her, but really it's just arrogance and domination.

Challenge: Don't be foolish, darling... PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : CAT FORM Face/Ears: A rounded face with slightly larger-than-average, tufted ears. Darker skin around the lids makes them appear as if they've been lined. Her forehead star is gold. Body: Lucasta is of medium-size for an adult cat, weighing in at about 11 or 12 pounds—quite lithe, with lean, gently developed muscle. Slender but sturdy, she can hold her own in a cat fight when necessary. Fur: Her fur is medium length and ruddy colored, ticked with black, and she has a fluffy, plumed tail that gives her that fox-like look. [x]Eyes: Round and a brilliant copper color. Accessories: A big bow collar, tied off to the side. And an antique bracelet like this: [x]PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : HUMAN FORM Eyes: Lucasta has large, round, copper colored eyes that are fringed with dark, full lashes. There's a wise, sophisticated look to them to contrast with her clear, youthful face. Hair: Long, ombre hair, fading from a dark auburn up top to a lighter copper toward the bottom. (Very similar to her cat fur.) It streams down to her mid-back in gentle waves and lovely tamed curls: [x]Face: Lucasta's face is a bit on the rounder side. She has a clear complexion with a medium skin tone, and though her face remains youthful her expressions tend to be mature and sophisticated. She looks to be in her mid-twenties at the latest, but could pull of a more mature look with some effort. Clothes: Something that might look obviously Ganymedean/Moulin Rouge-y. Like so, with a corset similar to this. Colors should be black and a pale champagne gold, maybe with red accents. Include the accessories from her cat art.

Lucasta looks great. I think her profile read and flows well. I don't see anything that needs changing. I will say though that her hair image didn't work. Have fun playing her!
