Kamiki ((*throws random Soquili in the thread*))

Zee came racing down the meadow, the cool stream firmly in her sights. She came around the bend at breakneck speed, finally jumping and landing in the shallow, quick-moving waters. Her hooves promptly slid off the slick, rounded stones of the creek, sending her front-first into the water and slid a good few meters on her belly like some kind of waterslide. If she hurt herself in the process she didn't show it, instead throwing her thick, rainbow mane behind her with a whoop of triumph and spray of water. She eventually got back to her feet and shook her fur out like a bathing bird, sending spraylets of waterdrops and various bits of stream-bottom mud and her own glittery fur around before stopping to look around.

Thamin Dusk, who had been grazing on his own not very far off, jumped in surprise as a blur of rainbow and silver streaked past. For a moment his head whipped about, searching for some sort of predator, fear coursing through his veins for a moment as the worst thoughts possible flitted through his mind as to a reason why someone would be running at such speeds. Then there came a splash from the stream near by. Dusk knew that the stream was not that deep, he knew that if one tried they could cross it soundlessly, but for such a large commotion to come from the stream surely an accident had to have happened. Without hesitation Dusk bolted to the streams edge, just in time to see the mare that had been racing through shaking the water from her pelt. "What happened?" Dusk blurted out, more concerned than curious.

Kamiki "Hahaha!" she laughed triumphantly, trotting back up to the bank of the stream. It seemed to take her a moment to realize the stallion had rushed over, and was addressing her. "I am practicing my sea-faring skills," she a-matter-of-factly. "I'd figure I'd start with the raging rivers before jumping right into the ocean," she said, though, the tiny little brook that snaked its way through the meadow was hardly some 'raging river.' "Didn't do too bad if I do say so myself," she added with a puff of her chest.
She met the stallions eyes and seemed to really 'see' him for the first time. "Oh hey!" she exclaimed. "I like your hair, it looks like gold. Actually you kind of look like the sky with the yellow stars and your spots," she said, indicating the pattern on his pelt. "I love stars, they are magical you know?"

Mewsings of An Angel Quiet, that had been the mare's first thoughts as she approached the water's edge. Serene. But in the moments of those thoughts, it seemed that serenity would be short-lived. First there was a mare who slid into the water not far from where Aurora was standing, then there was a stallion who approached to check out the water-logged slipper. Aurora couldn't help but giggle a bit at the bedraggled mare - she was a sight to see - yet pretty, all shimmery. "Is she alright?" The small rainbow mare murmured, her voice quiet as she moved closer. As she did so, she heard the shiny mare go on about sea-faring and such. Oh my, had she hit her head?

Kamiki The pretty rainbow mare caught Zee's eye and she openly gawked. "WOW!" she exclaimed, you're beautiful! I love all your rainbows and your mask...so pretty! Are you a rainbow goddess or something? Maybe a phoenix? You know usually they are flame colored but sometimes they are blue or rainbow or such. So I've heard, they can be quite friendly. Did you know that phoenixes don't die? They just burn up in a fire and a baby phoenix comes out! But you have to be super-duper careful because you wouldn't want to burn up just a regular bird or something, because they can't survive that," she added with a serious nod.
