Bio: Wolfgang grew up with a relatively poor family. They lived in the red light district in new york. Didn't bother him at all. once he was old enough he found out he was a weapon. He and his friends were already a group of thugs so having a weapon around only made their jobs easier to do. They worked for a larger group who loaned money to people and these teens were the ones to collect what was owed when the time came. His father, being an ex student of the DWMA didn't like his son doing this anymore and decided to send him to the school to set him straight.
Abilities:
+ bullet wings- allows him to fire small bullet-like feathers at his target
+ soul perception- , this unique ability allows a person to perceive the souls of living people, and is much more of a rare skill.
+ burst shot -allows him to focus soul energy into his finger tips and fire them like bullets
