A slave of the demons, he considered his days to go one of two ways. There were the Rotten Egg days, and then there was the Broken Rotten Egg days. Today was definitely heading toward the second option. Ashta sighed and rested his head between his paws in what he hoped this time was an out of the way place. No matter what he'd done today it always seemed to be under the feet of some demons. He tried to shift and winced at a bruise on his back left leg twinged. The white male heaved a sigh and a small whirlwind formed up in front of his muzzle. The dust blew back up his nose.
"Ah... Ah.... ACHOOOO!" Ashta shook his head, eyes watering.

Now she'd not been in these lands long, but long enough that visions had begun to echo into her mind of others secrets in this Pride. It was so full of darkness and hidden words...and it was stunning. Her cubs pelt shifted against her back, a constant reminder of those pathetic mewls, and those weak noises that had driven her to the brink of insanity. Flashes of dark wings haunted her Vision, and even now, walking through the earth, all she saw were the visions flashing over and over in front of her eyes, hearing Niire's newfound voice remind her of who she was. Those ears flicked as the sound of a sneeze echoed in her auditory sense. A smirk curved her wicked maw, and she trotted over to where Ashtaroth'sha stood. So pale...so light...and those red eyes shining out only gave her further reason to laugh when the Na'artu graced her presence, "So unlucky, little slave~. Lost his heart and lost his way~." It was obvious that not all of Anayejua's mind was present....that something was off about this dark lioness....but what it was...she would never tell.

Those words. At the very first of those words he knew today was going to be a very, very bad day. He felt a shiver run from his nose to his tail. There was nothing he could do about it. He'd learned that running only made the demons chase him and what came after twice as bad. There was nothing he could. Ashta kept his eyes down on the toes of the female and said nothing. She hadn't asked a direct question, so he wouldn't say anything.
Whatever she wanted, he would do. With any luck he'd survive this encounter. Without any luck perhaps he wouldn't. Either way, he knew now to steer well clear of this demon.
