I really enjoyed Oresama Teacher and Akagami no Shirayukihime (I hope I spelt those right! >.<)
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun is also an anime, I love it! heart
Nisekoi is okay, it does have harem but I don't think ecchi was in the description... hmm...
I recently caught up with Ao Haru Ride (if that's how you spell it...) I enjoy that, too!
Hibi Chouchou, Hachimitsu ni Hatsukoi, Dengeki Daisy, Hiyokoi, Sono Omokage o Shitteru
