Personality – Taras is a complex individual with his own twisted sense of pride and honor, an eerie charisma, cold but calculating demeanor, and a brutal loyalty to his teammates.
Biography - F.C. 450 within the confines of a research facility on the moon, a wealthy aristocrat known as Arkady Kazakov finally cracks the Human Genome. Following his discovery he believes that if the Earth Federal Forces gets ahold of the information, they will use it for their own selfish agenda, therefore, Arkady sets forth a plan to create genetically altered humans who will lead the charge into a new world order that will topple the Federation.
Being a wealthy aristocrat, Kazakov uses his company Kazakov Corporation to begin a top secret project known as the Human Advancement Program (H.A.P.) in which several test tube babies were created, each of them having their genes altered for specific purposes. One such child was bred for two purposes: combat and engineering, he would essentially be a soldier and scientist. Kazakov took the child, a boy, as his own, naming him Taras.
Taras was brought up like a nobleman, unaware of his true heritage. He was brought up receiving only the best schooling which included several languages (primarily European ones to coincide with his heritage), fencing, Chinese kenpo, Wushu, Piloting starships, and various sciences. His memory had been described as Eidetic due to the fact he can remember everything seen, heard, or read.
Biology was not his forte, from a young age, Taras developed a love for different kinds of science: engineering, robotics, and military. Arkady was all-too-proud to indulge his son and supported his interests and passions. He completed high school at the age of 14 and had graduated with a two master degrees (one in mechanical engineering and the other in military science) by the time he was 19. Shortly after this, the Federation learned of Arkady’s discoveries and moved to seize his research and all of his assets. Arkady refused and was executed for his trouble, Taras responded in true form, killing several Feddies with his sword alone in vengeance. Eventually he was subdued, framed for his Father’s death and imprisoned at the dread Black Beach in Equatorial Guinea.
It was during his prison term that he met who would become his bestfriend, Rayce Irving. After Rayce’s release, Taras put into play his plan to escape the prison which involved him burrowing through the wall (this had go on for several years even before Rayce's release, Taras hid his progress behind a plaster duplicate made to look like six bricks).
Upon escaping, Taras was confronted by Vladimir Gulskii, a man directly linked to his past that he'd never known. It was Vladimir who told Taras of his true origins. Following this meeting, Taras convinced Vladimir to track down Rayce with him and begin a new life as a mercenaries. Killing for hire, Taras now secretly plots his revenge against the Federation, awaiting the greatest opportunity to do so.
