T a l e n t s:: I have a bit of a talent for causing a scene, if my second cousin is to be believed. It wasn't my fault that satyr was so easily distracted! I enjoy playing the harp, as a matter of fact, and have a bit of a green thumb, my hothouse always in bloom.
Q u i r k s:: Oh dear...do I have to list all of them? I'm afraid I'm rather...well...I tend not to care what people think of me, if that gives you an idea as to how I can behave? I'm very spontaneous, easily distracted. I detest romance movies and sappy teenage couples. The last ones I saw I tossed into a rosebush. It was quite amusing, in fact I – oh, I'm babbling. I also advocate violence when people call me Tinkerbelle.
S k i l l s:: As an elf, I've an affinity to nature. I have some power with plants, nothing like an actual nature spirit, and have some healing magic as well that comes in hand in an emergency. I can also create minor illusions - but I haven't done that 'one with nature' garbage since indoor plumbing became a thing with the Romans.

P e r s o n a l i t y:: flighty and silly. At my age, I'm allowed to be silly if I want to! Humans, always judging. I've had far more experience than any of them could imagine and if I wish to act less than my age, I'm entitled to do so. In reality, I'm very intelligent and cunning. I enjoy those who can entertain me, most people are just so boring. I'm perhaps a bit more serious than I act, but after so many lifetimes of experience I'm allowed to be a cynic and hide my pain, don't you think? On the whole, I'm a dangerous enemy and a great friend if you behave properly. I just happen to have different ideas of what's proper behavior sometimes, that's all. But really, as long as someone's honest with me, I really don't worry much at all about things like that.
H i s t o r y:: my life is really far too long to tell in one sitting, darling. There's just so much that's happened! I was born in the spring and I've traveled many, many places throughout my life. There were one or two times I thought I might settle down, but...well, let's just say I'm quite ready to believe love is nothing more than a farce. I love meeting new people, doing new things. I jumped off the Eiffel Tower just last year, as a matter of fact. I've had many friends and lovers over the years, all different races and temperaments. Though that troll was probably a mistake, but let's chalk it up to the youthful shenanigans of a three hundred year-old, shall we? I acquired several business through unsavory but profitable means and I find technology quite fascinating. Always becoming outdated before I even figure out what that one button does.
Well. I've settled down for a bit, mostly because I've had to forfeit my passport and visa for the next fifty years, but that just provides me with more opportunity in my own backyard! So to speak. The world is my clam and I shall make a diamond out of it.
Is that how it goes?
Anyway, details, I suppose you must have some. So nosy. As I said, I was born in spring and began my travels at quite a young age. There were so many fascinating things out there! Humans only recently caught my attention with the invention of the lightbulb, what a fascinating little toy it is. I can blend in as a human well enough - note my ears are not pointed, at least not for now - although I can never quite manage how boring and dull a lot of them are. So I tend to stick out. They have such short lives, they should enjoy them, make the most of them! Instead they just - ah, I'm ranting again. Well, I only became interested in a slave when I realized I was going to be stuck in my estate for some time. I could do with the company, I'm a rather social creature, and thought this was the easiest way to find someone suited for me.

T a l e n t s:: He has mastered the art of blaming others "forgive and forget." Lost thousands of dollars at the bar? Forgive those guys for cheating (obviously they must have been if he lost) and forget about it! Punched his wife last night while inebriated? Forgive her for getting in his way and forget it ever happened!
Q u i r k s:: His English is excellent after many years of living in an English-speaking country. Even though he drinks often, his body actually has little tolerance for alcohol. After just a sip of something he will get the "asian flush." He has dimples when he smiles, but not many are aware of them because he rarely smiles these days.
S k i l l s:: He is capable of assuming a dragon form fully or in part, like sprouting horns from his forehead or showing his wings. He can walk on water in either form (or swim in it if so chooses) and can stir waves or cause/change currents in any liquid. The maximum height of the wave depends on how much water is available for him to manipulate. He can play both the upright and electric bass.

P e r s o n a l i t y:: Keiji/Adam can do no wrong. He is always right. When something goes wrong, it is because the world is wrong - never ever is it his fault. He is a hypocrite; the qualities he hates in other people like giving up, complaining, and laziness are all things he, himself, is known for. He broods and mopes about being alone yet pushes people away. He thinks his father's accomplishments automatically make him a person above others and worth revering. Though it wasn't always this way, he now dislikes humans (westerners especially, though he has a soft spot for those of African descent); he claims they are all ignorant, racist, unsophisticated, unintelligent maggots and takes offense to anything and everything they say or do to him.
No one has ever pointed any of his hypocritical behavior out to him.
H i s t o r y:: Keiji "Adam" Sato was the sole child of a powerful and revered deity named Genwu. Though both have existed for many years alongside ordinary humans, they led fairly uninteresting lives - Genwu had considerable influence on authority at the time (he had insurmountable power without actually holding an official position) while his son, Keiji, was allowed to do travel the country (and, of course, indulge in the finest women each town had to offer). After centuries of a life free of responsibility and obligation, Genwu informed his son that he was arranged to be wed to a female phoenix from a neighboring country. This was a diplomatic move, he was told, and he had no choice in the matter. They were picking her up in a month's time.
Husband hated wife before he even met her. Her name was Mei Feng and she was quiet, delicate, diligent, obedient, hard-working, polite, and passive - the ideal wife - yet he hated how she tried hard to please him and his family and how she was resigned to her fate with such a cheery disposition. It seemed to him that she was enjoying playing the martyr role. Keiji avoided her as much as possible, leaving for weeks on end to carouse with women as he had always done. He was met with no objection from his father or wife; this lifestyle continued for another many centuries until the human society they all thrived in had so slowly, so imperceptibly, changed around them. The humans relied less on spirits and the unseen for guidance - weakening Genwu's influence - and began to question things. Ill will and discontent culminated with rejection and malice from political dissenters, resulting in a curse upon the old deity. Being steadily drained of his power and the secure, comfortable life around him crumbling, Genwu decided that they needed to leave his homeland. They moved overseas to a luxurious manor home in the west.
The "young couple" with sick, elderly father-in-law abandoned their identities as powerful spirits/deities. Genwu dictated that they look and act as average and human as possible to avoid conflict. The "young couple" adopted western given names: Adam and Eve. In addition to new identities, Genwu also commanded them to provide a grandson. They soon had twin boys and Adam wanted nothing to do with either of them. His attempts to maintain his old lifestyle failed; western women rejected him and finding drinking friends was even more difficult. For the first time in his life, humans laughed at him and considered him inferior - he held contempt for them, thinking if only they knew what he truly was--!! He felt alienated in his new life. He blamed his father for everything. The only one who still stood by his side was his detestable wife; she became his willing punching bag. Each day he would chip away at his father's old world fortune at bars ("even in a yellow hand, money is still green"), then return home and relieve his inebriated frustration on his smiling wife while his children cowered in their rooms and his father was helpless and bedridden. This misery continued for a comparatively short time (given their age, at least) - merely a few decades - and finally ended when Adam's gambling debts finally had to be repaid. His house was in disrepair and it would be more money to demolish than sell, his wife was damaged goods, his kids were missing, and the family fortune was depleted... When the collectors found out the family's true identity, they realized Adam was the only thing of any value and seized him.
