Born on the world of the living, he was able so see ghost and sense spiritual pressure. He use to always run around and get into fights with guys over all kinds of things. He loved to use swords when he was a kid and would always play with a wooden stick. He life changed at the age of 8 after his family was broken up. He got into more fights and became a little trouble maker.
When he was 10, he met a young girl who's parents owned a chocolate company. She used chocolate to keep him calm and they hung out a lot. He soon began liking her and spending more time together. One day, they were attacked by a hollow who killed the girl right in front of him. He would of died too if it weren't for a Soul Reaper saving him.
At the age of 18, he got hit by a bus and died, heading to the Soul Society. He relaxed there about a hundred years making new friends, and enemies. He soon became a shimigami and joined squad 3 aiming to be captain.
