The rules of the tournament held between the countries of the world are simple, and are as followed;
1. teams made up of a boy and a girl between the ages of 16-25 will compete in the tournament.
2. in order for a country to win the tournament, BOTH of their competitors must remain on "the hill" for a total of five hours. If they are knocked off or cannot keep others from getting to the top of the hill, then the time will be reset and will only restart once another pair is alone on the hill.
3. if a competitor dies, the country is out of the running for king of the hill. But, the second competitor, if still alive, can help out the others by going rouge and trying to kill off any other countries competitors as they see fit.
4. teamwork is essential in winning these games, if a competitor leaves their partner for dead and tries to win on their own then their country will be out of the running for king of the hill.
5. competitors can keep hold the hill by doing anything they deem necessary (ex. setting up traps, fighting people off the hill, pushing people off the hill, killing off the others)
