Okay, let's start from the very beginning.
First of all, please use the skeleton given to you. Copy it all, paste it, then write out your information.
Second, you must create your own character page in the Character forum. I have been told that you have been told this once before. Please, do not make me tell you another time.
Third, why can you not just change the name of your character, instead of your username? I'm genuinely interested.
Fourth, I'm not sure caring for other people's safety is a flaw.
Fifth, please list two more classes. You need five, but you only listed three.
Sixth, I need you to one, further explain his power of manipulating energy, as "any kind" doesn't really make sense and two, lower his ability with electricity, since to some extent, even that could be seen as Gary Stu. You don't need to completely change it, just lower it a little bit. Less 90, more 5 or six. There is a such thing as too much power.
Seventh, please elaborate on his personality and bio. You must put at least three lines for both, and combined, they don't even create two. You must push yourself to your greatest ability, not limit yourself so completely with a predictable character and a past that doesn't even entirely make sense.
Please, I beg you, take my criticisms as constructive. I mean it not disrespectfully, but as politely as possible.

I have problems only with 1 3 and 7. 1-I was not given a skeleton. 3- the name is slightly symbolic to me. What I mean is, me and a few friends made characters for Naruto, and Izura was the name we agreed for my character. Ever sense, all my OC's, no matter what universe, had the name Izura Katzuki. And Seven, what I'm reading is not that you want me to tell more about him, but tell the full version of why he is how he is. And I take all criticism as what ever it sounds like and yours gave me the "I want to help you make him more realistic for anime standards." Only problem with ANY of this is the time. I'm up WAY later than I should be and I'm not getting much sleep. I try to do what I can, when I can. Man explaining how that goes and how much work I'll probably getting after about 1/4 through freshman year will REALLY screw. me. over. Any way, I'll do exactly what I said earlier. What I can, when I can.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw, man. You've gotta post your own topic in the character forum, not here. Didn't you think it was weird that there's not a single profile here? And if it's about having profiles accepted, don't worry about that. If we see a problem we'll point it out. Like that mind control right there. I'mma let you keep that, but just remember the rules and make sure your RP partner's fine with that yadda-yadda. So post this topic all its own and you're free to RP wherever.
