Reason for being in the DWMA: Noel's mother is an instructor at the Dwma and seeing how she was born a weapon, Noel always felt it was her duty to enter the academy. Besides she does not mind lending her hand to help others.

Bio: It is hard to not associate Noel's name with success. This young woman has completed so much in her life already. With some coaxing from her mother, who is a Dwma instructor, Noel entered the Dwma at the age of seven. She worked very hard and became a full fledge Death Scythe at the age of twelve. Noel was excited that she reached Death Scythe status but she still wanted to travel. So at the age of sixteen, she took a trip to New York. During her trip she was discovered by a modeling agency. Now Noel is twenty two and she has become a Death Scythe and an international super model. She is very busy traveling the world modeling these days but she stops by Death city every once in a while.
Abilities:
+ Ariel blade: While in weapon form, Noel's partner can use her as a range weapon. By throwing Noel, she becomes a flying buzz saw blade. Similar to a boomerang Noel will return to her partner, no matter how far she is tossed.
+ Scrap guard: Noel unleashes a protective cloud of metal shards to surround her partner.
+ Blistering Edge: Noel can only use this ability for a couple of seconds. While in this form Noel's blades become sharper with every attack. This ability can be combined with her other abilities.
+Astral Mode- Awaking: Astra Mode allows Noel to tap into her true powers. She is however limited to how long she can stay in her true form ( Only a couple of minutes.) While in her awaking state all of Noels physical attributes are increased. Additionally Noel's physical appearance changes and she can perform enhanced versions of her old abilities.
-Ariel blade: In her astral form this move releases a shock wave of energy with each rotation.
-Scrap Guard: While In astral form this ability summons twice the amount of metal shards. The metal shards orbits her partner like a sandstorm, injuring any foe in close combat.
-Blistering Edge: The enhanced version of this ability coats the weapon's blade in a golden aura. The aura is used as an extension. The weapon's reach is increased slicing anything it makes contact with. The auras reach is determined by the wielder's strength.
It is also worth noting that her Astral mode does take a lot out of Noel. Her ability is meant to be used as a last resort or to finish a fight in a quick burst.
+Astral Mode- Argus: Noel can only use this ability while in her Awaking state. Noel converts her stored energy into a suit of armor that merges with her partner soul. During this mode Noel's partner has increased mobility, strength, and dexterity. By using the wielders soul as an energy source the armor also grants the gift of flight. This ability does drain the wielders power rapidly. If one was exposed to this form for too long they could experience death.
+ Soul Resonance- Phantom Eraser: This move can only be used in Astral Mode-Argus. Noel rotates above her partner's head, absorbing all light in the area. The energy is transferred to the two green crystals attached to the suit. Once the charging is complete a giant twin beam is released, capable of designating almost any target instantly.
Personality: Noel is very laid back and lazy. She is lazy to the point where she will not take action unless the situation is dire. Noel usually needs a kick start or a scolding from her mother to do anything. She usually ignores most people because she always has her head phones or ear buds attached to her. Despite her extreme laziness, Noel is a very free spirit. She is very spontaneous and comfortable with her body. Noel knows that she is a bomb shell and she has no problem flaunting her attributes for attention. She can be annoying at times but she enjoys pushing other peoples buttons.
