Tobias is an average sized man, with a shock of long blond hair, and blazing green eyes, which many people describe as " Glassy " when looking upon them directly. His eyes are absolutely beautiful when seen in the direct light, as they shine with the intensity of the light around him. The green color is quite fetching as well. Tobias is a handsome man, and his expressive eyes, long , thin bridged nose, and wide set mouth always set in a smile give him a semblance of eternal youth and beauty. If there were any poster boy for making a deal with the devil, Tobias would be the man to take the spot.
For his age, Tobias appears quite young and spry. He is of average size body wise, with long almost dainty fingers, and a well muscled upper body. He see's his one fault as being his thin legs, but the usual pants he wears, being tight and all, seem to belay that as the pants will show off just how thin his legs are. Tobias also has larger than average feet; size 14 in men's.
Tobias will usually wear very simple clothes, with a little bit of jewelry to add some spice. He wears a simple white shirt, with very loose arms, and a wide open collar and front, revealing most of his hairless chest. He also wears simple dark blue slacks, which fit somewhat tightly around his legs and crotch. A simple leather belt with a silver clasp finishes the normal outfit. On top of this, Tobias wears his first bit of ostentatious clothing, open shirt non withstanding. A long, and too-large diamond printed jacket of pink and purple adds an odd twist to the man, and it is normally worn over his shoulders, without his arms shoved through the long sleeves, forcing them to hang around his knees. Even though the sleeves hang around his knees, they are obviously rolled up, and the jacket tail itself ends bellow his butt, lending the jacket an enormous quality, making it seem as if it were made for a Giant of a man. Tobias will normally wear a blue teardrop necklace, a small golden chain, a longer silver chain, and a few other necklaces as well to give him a rich appearance. On his left pointer, middle, and pinky fingers, and right middle, ring and thumb fingers, he wears a plethora of silver rings, each one holding a different shade yellow gemstone. He loves the rings more than life itself by his appearances, and he would do anything to get them back if they were stolen. He also wears a pair of green earrings, which go off on the color of his eyes, attracting more attention to his face.

Character Strengths/Weaknesses: Tobias is a very strong willed and stubborn man, and very diligent on top of it all. He has a mind for leadership, and even though he has some bad qualities, he is the perfect man for the job. Tobias knows this, and lets it get to his head at times, but nonetheless makes for a great leader and friend. His confidence is also an advantage, even though at times he can quickly become a coward, and turn tail. Besides those qualities, Tobias' weakness for his beauty is especially marked, and he would most definitely kill himself should he ever become ugly.

Personality: Tobias is a confident, boastful, almost arrogant example of a man who will never take the word " no " for an answer. Likewise, he is stubborn to the end of the world, and won't give up something if it is wanted or desired. He would almost never give up, unless... you know... it suited him. While he seems perfect by all means and models, Tobias is marked harshly by his desires. Desire to stay beautiful, desire to get what he wants... the works. This makes for something of a Greedy man at the base of things, and he feels entitled to his power, wealth, and other aspects of his life for one simple fact. He's beautiful. Beauty rules a great portion of Tobias' life, and he discards ugly things very quickly, prefering to be beautiful, and be around beautiful things. Tobias has told people before, " If I ever become ugly, expect me to blow my brains out. That way, my face is gone, and people don't have to see. Ever. "
Tobias is somewhat childish when it comes to his beauty. At one point in time, Tobias used a facial creame that gave his a reddish rash on his cheeks and forehead. He didn't realize immediately, and walked about for a few hours. Everyone was to nervous to tell the Quincy Emperor he had become ugly, and upon finding out, shut himself in his room for two weeks, ordering his foot brought to him, and those who entered blindfolded. It only took a day or two for the rash to go away, but the extra week and a half was to avoid people seeing him " just in case. "
While Tobias is otherwise a remarkable man, this quality makes for some odd times a the Quincy Emperor.
Tobias values power in others, and other than beauty, his life is based on a respect for power. If he finds a powerful individual, he will befriend them, so that they will never become an enemy, if he can manage it. He understands that he will always have enemies nonetheless, and will try once before giving up, and seeing the person as an enemy. He is quick to make alliances, treaties,what have you, all in the hopes of never being wiped out or made ugly. This makes him a great leader in regard to the politics of working with possible enemies and allies, something other quincy don't seem to have a nack for these days.
Otherwise, Tobias is deeply stepped in the ways of the Quincy, realizing the history of the race. The rise, fall, eventual rise again, the natural progression to the fall, and with his coming, the new rise to their kind. Tobias has figured out exactly how the rise and fall mechanic works, and it is his duty as Emperor, as far as he can see, to make sure the rise lasts as long as it can.

Fighting Styles: Tobias relies on the power of his spiritual weapons more than direct fighting skills. He is a ranged fighter when being the best, but by no means does he have a weakness up close. His style involves blocking an opponent's move by using their own momentum against them. In many cases, using his blut techniques to alter his defensive power, and then grasping a blade or weapon, before flipping an opponent away, allowing him to resume ranged fighting.
Stats Overview: For a human, Tobias has an incredible amount of power. This power is fully realized through his Immense Spiritual Energy, giving him Incredible Strength, Agility, Durability, and other areas of power that is normally impossible for a human to attain. By all means, Tobias easily has the base stat equivalent of the Captain Commander, or even the Espada Lord, due to his fine control of his inner spiritual power. This makes Tobias an extremely dangerous combatant, as most people would assume a quincy to be weak in all aspects besides speed. He can roll with the big boys in incredible unexpected way.

Spiritual Pressure: Tobias has an Immense level of Spiritual Energy, which is very finely controlled due to his natural Quincy skill in manipulating Spiritual Power. Tobias uses his in a way many Quincy do; altering the flow of Spiritual Energy within his body can give him immense speed, strength, durability, or anything else under the sun. Otherwise, His Spiritual Energy is massive, and very dense, almost to the point of being suffocating. One man has described it's full force as " Like being forced to the bottom of the Ocean. I could feel the power crushing me. It was painful. So painful. I felt as if every cell in my body had been pierced by a sword, and I was sitting upon a mountain of Blades. This man is dangerous to everything around him. " Tobias possesses bright yellow Spiritual Energy, earning him the moniker " The King in Yellow. "
Swordsmanship/Accuracy/Other: Tobias is incredibly accurate, as all Quincy are. If aiming for 100 targets, Tobias would be able to strike every single one with incredible ease. His accuracy after years of training is incredibly top notch, allowing him to possess an incredible amount of skill only a man as long lived as he could possess. He has some semblance of skill with bladed weapons as well, but by far prefers the ranged aspect of his powers, and will use that to his full ability. He can easily go up against Masters for short bursts of time, but will back off eventually.
Special Training: Beyond the normal Quincy training, consisting over Ginto use, Archery training, and other basic forms of combat, Tobias is an expert of every mode of projectile weapons. If you ask him a question about a certain gun, he can give a very in depth transition upon the weapon in question, as well as the history of more mundane weapons such as those used in the past.

Reishi Dominance: All Quincy absorb Reishi from the atmosphere around them, and use it to perform their various abilities. They control their own reishi, and the reishi in the air as well. To a sufficiently powerful Quincy, there is no difference between Reishi and Reiryoku as a source of power.
Tobias uses his Reishi Dominance to an entirely new level; allowing him to neglect the agining of his body. He takes the power of his spirit itself, and controls the flow so that he never ages, nor looses his youth and vitality.
Blut: By making Reishi flow directly into their blood vessels, users of this technique can drastically increase their attack and defense power. However, despite the significant danger this potentially presents to one's opponents, Blut possesses one major flaw: because the independent forms of the technique for attack and defense operate using two different Reishi systems, they cannot be employed simultaneously.
Vene:The defensive form of Blut, which grants the user inhuman durability, is represented by a faint pattern tracing the veins beneath the surface of their skin, which is only visible on the afflicted area when struck. If consciously kept at full power, even attacks delivered by a Shinigami's Bankai can potentially be negated completely. However, despite the considerable defense afforded by this technique, it seemingly is not absolute, and can be torn using sufficient power. This power can also be used to aid the user against critical wounds that have already been inflicted, able to stop the severe loss of blood that would be caused from said wound. Tobias possess a form of Blut Vene that allows him to completely neglect most forms of damage when held at it's normal, conscious power.
Arterie: The offensive form of Blut which grants the user inhuman attack power. This technique is the only thing capable of ensuring a Quincy's attacks are able to significantly damage a Bankai-wielding Shinigami. Tobias's form of Blut Arterie allows even unarmed strikes from Tobias to dispatch enemies quickly, and he is not of a close-range specialization, showing his mastery of the technique.
Hirenyaku: The Quincy form of High speed movement, performed by altering the flow of Reishi beneath one's feet and ' riding ' the flow to move at extremely high speeds. This is said to exceed the speed of even a high-end Shunpo or Sonido, making the Quincy the fastest Species. Tobias, as King, is the fastest member of his species.
Ratsosengai: This is a high-level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of Reiryoku controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless Reishi. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. In cases where it is needed, Tobias can use strings of Reishi to suddenly increase his speed for short bursts of time, or even evade a technique his body would have otherwise failed to dodge on it's own; his brain instead forcing his body to comply.
Quincy Bangle/Cross Appearance: A small blue teardrop shaped piece of metal. The teardrop is no larger than his thumb, and the necklace hangs to the middle of his chest, positioned right in between his pectoral muscles.
Quincy Bangle/Cross Location: Worn on a necklace around his neck, hanging down his chest. It will normally just sit there.

Quincy Spiritual Weapon Abilities:
Projectile Weapon Materialization/Use [ NICKNAMED : THE INFINITE ] : Tobias has a very odd power, in that his Spiritual Weapon does not have a single fixed appearance. Instead, it can morph into any weapon that can fire a projectile, even into projectiles themselves. He can at will create up too 666 such weapons, and fire them all remotely, without having to use his own hands or body parts, or even give a sign that he wishes them to fire. This is limited to only projectile based weaponry, such as guns, javelins, spears, or even throwing knives if he wants to get simple. Tobias' weapons are all formed from a bright shining yellow Spiritual Energy, which takes solid form once materialized. The rate of fire will depend on th weapon being used. One shot projectile weapons have a single shot, but are quicker than his other weapons. They can form and fire rapidly, taking the appearance of a simple flash. However, they are weaker than the other variety of weapons, which include guns and the actual firing weapons. The rate of fire depends on the weapon as well. If he were to use a handgun model, the rate of fire could be up to 400 shots per second, and of great power. The higher the rate of fire goes, the weaker they become, and the faster the shot goes, likewise the weaker it becomes. So far, Tobias has come up with the best combination of speed, strength, and rate of fire forming in the hands of twin pistols, and these are his main weapons. They are specifically marked as his Main Weaponry, due to the fact these Guns have a solid appearance, instead of taking an immaterial appearance with his other weapons. In this case, both guns are a bight silver color, with a long yellow strip running along the top of the barrel. Tobias can shoot 666 round per second, each with the applicable power of a medium ranked hado blast. Shooting at that speed makes it appear as if Tobias is firing a beam or something of the sort, but it is in fact a massive amount of shots fired every second, and moved ever so slightly ,almost imperceptibly.
When getting down to the downright weird aspects of his ability, Tobias can literally make any projectile weapon. At one time, he created a canon, and a trebuchet. They launched a ball of spiritual energy, and a rock shaped blast of spiritual energy respectively.
Quincy Weapon Techniques:
Heilig Pfeil [ Holy Arrows ] : They are the primary attack used by Quincy. Spiritual energy formed into the shape of an arrow that is capable of injuring and/or killing spiritual beings. The arrows can be created by collecting Reishi, absorbing Reiryoku from an opponent or gathering spirit energy, giving the Quincy many ways to form their arrows. Tobias is special in the fact that his arrows can take multiple appearances, and as a result, have variable levels of power. The single shot variety have more power, and are faster, while modes of firing tend to loose power, but still have high destructive capabilities. The Average shot from Tobias has enough energy to deal a moderate wound to a mid-ranked shinigami, and he can fire hundreds within a second, showing the true strength of Tobias' arrows.
The Infinite: Tobias has an extremely powerful technique, which involves him creating 666 weapons, each capable of firing simultaneous, and incredibly powerful large amounts of arrows at one spot. This technique truly earned Tobias' spot as the leader, beyond his age. The Technique involves firing hundreds of thousands of arrows, each converging upon a single point, capable of incredible feats of accuracy, and of extreme power. The technique is only somewhat taxing, due to Tobias' ability to pull Reishi from the environment, recycle the used reishi from his arrows, and even pull in Reishi from his opponents. This makes Tobias incredibly Dangerous, as the accuracy and sheer amount of the arrows make it hard to dodge, while the power makes it almost immediately fatal.
Those caught within the blast range see nothing more than a bursting of reishi based fire, from the friction going on from the arrows rubbing together.
Quincy Vollstandig Name: Seheniel [ The Light of God ]
Quincy Vollstandig Appearance: Tobias becomes a living and breathing Sentinel of God, in a way. The appearance of his Vollstandig is very odd, in that it completely alters his body, instead of merely adding onto what he was before hand. He describes it quite simply, " The Light of God itself shines through me, as does the power of this God. "
Upon releasing the power of his Vollstandig, Tobias becomes a nexus of spiritual energy, quickly converting it into reiyoku for him to use. The use of this would normally result in a shining armor, or some other adage, but in Tobias' case, it's much different. The Reishi will coat his skin in a bright yellow skin, pressing his clothing to his body, or converting it into reishi for later rebuilding. Nevertheless, Tobias quickly takes the form of a being that shines with a yellow light, and for all intents and purposes, appears as an ambiguous being made of this Reishi. His body remains the same for the most part; his cranium lengthens slightly, becoming oblong and almost alien like, while his arms lengthen, and his fingers seem to meld together into a single sharp point. At will, it can separate into different fingers, but will stay as such for the most part. The same happens with his feet, but instead of his legs bending to form a foot, it merely ends in the sharp point of Reishi coated skin. There are no other obvious changes, and the rest of his body seems oddly rounded, as if streamlined for speed or something of the sort.
Upon this transformation, Tobias stops giving of Reiatsu, due to becoming a nexus for his own reiatsu. It is instead used to cover him in an alternate skin, so if searching, he will appear as a single dot of Reishi so dense, most sensors will be rendered temporarily unable to sense other reishi.
Quincy Vollstandig Abilities: :
Sklaveri: The Quincy ability to subjugate Reishi of other beings and items, and " Graft " them onto the body of the user. Knowledge of this art has been somewhat lost to the Quincy of the Modern Era, and they can only take small pieces at a time, one at a time, and only for a short while. Tobias may only steal a small portion of a person or an opponent for a total of 5 posts.
Body of the Infinite[Offensive]: Tobias' ability to form any projectile weapon, at any time, is brought into his body itself. The skin of Reishi that covers his body acts essentially as the barrel of one thousands guns, shoved into the same space, and capable of firing all of those bullets still. This allows Tobias to fire lances of his Heilig Pfeil from any part of his body, in any shape or form he so desires. He must still follow the rule of the faster and more numerous shots will result in lower power, while slower single shots have drastically more power. He has figured a simple formula to grab the most power and the most efficiency, and it just so happens to run at 1332 blasts per second, with a total speed of approximately the speed of a high-class Shunpo. This has high applicable power, and can be used to destroy people within mere moments.
Body of the Infinite[Defensive]: Tobias is naturally covered in a thin skin of reishi, giving him an odd appearance among his people. The reishi coating his skin is constantly moving around as well, giving a shimmery appearance, which also doubles as a high class form of defense. The defensive form of this technique acts as an extended form of Blut Vene, giving him a large amount of defense while the reishi is present on his skin. However, it can be torn using sufficient power as one must always remember, which results in the reishi skin actually cracking under the pressure. The skin will not immediately repair, resulting in a spot where Tobias only has his Blut Vene activated, and making it more difficult for him to operate smoothly.
