Suzu's Personality:
Simply put, Suzaku is a right git. He's rude, crude, crass, and curses almost all of the time. While not overtly arrogant or upstanding, he tends to take a nearly amoral stance towards almost everything. He likes taking things easily and can often be found napping, drinking, or gambling. He is easily overheated and easily annoyed. Nevertheless, he does have some redeeming qualities. He can be honorable at times, and can show a compassionate side. While erring mostly on the side of well-meaning jackass, he can be quite sweet from time to time.
Fenghuang's Personality:
Feng, in spite of being Suzaku's familiar, is quite more calm and reserved and respectful than Suzaku. He is almost always polite with others and will often chastise Suzaku for his behavior. He serves as a decent foil to his master and is often a source of wisdom and insight that Suzaku almost always overlooks. Thus, Feng makes a conscious effort to voice his opinion because he is almost always sure that Suzaku is either not listening, wouldn't have thought of something in the first place, or deliberately ignoring him.
