- Pronunciation of the Name: Ah-she, for the first name, the last name Koy-yoh-key is the best I got to help ya there.

- Sexuality No one is sure he even knows. He never considers sexuality as a real thing.
- Character Personality Careful for this guy, being locked in a room with him is the last thing you want. He has no care for the lives of others even his other members. The only one he sees he must protect and is perfect is their ever wonderful leader. The others are still alive because they are all needed as work mules for their strength. It isn't respect but he holds back around the other guards. He is vile, sadistic and psychotic. His name is a pun for evil madness, which he earned in his time in the realm the Gotei Thirteen reside. He is a colorful personality and random to boot. He hears voices, talks to them aloud even. These tantrums every once in awhile break the forth wall for humorous effect. (Just a fore warning of deadpoolesque one liners and such)
When around the Leader he acts like a catholic priest standing in front of God. Nothing but love and respect. Hell, he even destroy his own body to protect her. It is worship to the creepy factor to be honest. However he is true to the orders he is given and will hold back on the orders that come from the leader. Enemies beware of this murderous mad man, those not on his radar be happy he isn't after you. Though he shows no real form of thought outside of battle he shows tactical skill. Either that or he gets damn lucky.

- Character Birthday: Every day is his birthday! It falls on the fiftth of January in calendar years.
- Character Zodiac Sign: Sagittarius

- Bio: He started from the lowest of the low from the very pits of soul society. They called him Ashi for evil, for his intentions for survival were dangerous to others. Like a demon he would crawl over the bodies of those who challenged him to survive just one more day. It made people wonder what made this man who came from the 70 sector become so wicked. Though wicked, he was cunning and hid his crimes. He kept the name Ashi and added the last name Kyouki as a joke or ironic pun. He put on a mask and played game to get into soul academy. His wicked mind came up with a perfect plan to get into the 12th division.
When he got into the Gotei 13 it didn't take long before they found his wicked nature. Before he was given an official seat or a science membership they found he was looking through the forbidden files about hallowfication. They took Ashi into the dungeon and interrogated him on what he was doing trying to access those files. He let them torture him and almost kill him. When they threw him back into the dungeon to leave him for the day to try again tomorrow. Ashi stopped the guards and told them they all did so well torturing him he would tell if they tortured him again for another hour.
Ashi admitted he wanted to infect the head captain and in the confusion find a way to infect the whole central court.
It was a long shot and insane, impossible. Back then he had a deep hatred for the guys suppose to protect them. He was left in a hell hole within soul society and no one came for him. From child he had to become murderous, uncaring..... Only survival mattered. He wanted to show they whole society the fear he felt by making all the captain hallows. The hate led to this half baked strategy. Ashi was cast out, and he went back to the place he grew up. Everyone thought Ashi would be dead and forgotten in do time. If they found the bodies of other officers within his squad he killed they would have taken his life on the spot. He did this to ensure a high rank and good money.
It was then he met with Kushina Tsukuda, during the time of his random travels. He can not recall the time or place having wondered in solitude with nothing but his thoughts. He went insane and distraught from his true goal now never able to become reality. He was strong, seated officer strong, yet all those people at once and alone was impossible for him. When He found Kushina she offered him a chance to be useful. Despite his oddities and heart wrenching insanity this woman wanted him for something.
As he is now he has no recollection of these past events. He will sometimes recall stuff when the voices in his head bring such memories to his attention. He knows he dislikes the reapers with all his heart, but to why truly.... He doesn't care, he serves loyal to the leader. Everything other than his happy go lucky team of time rouges mean nothing to him. Drop dead or move outta the way is his outlook on the masses.

- Character Skin Color/Ethnicity: Caucasian, very pale skin
- Character Height: just shy of being six feet
- Character Hair Color: A dark black that blends with the hood of his cloak.
- Character Hair Length/ Style wild mangled hair that touches his shoulders but doesn't extend past that.
- Character Eye Color: An almost gray but dangling in the hues of black, deep gray put simply.
- Character Description: Ashi's torso, arms, and legs are riddled with scars of blade and burn alike. His frame isn't wide and bulky but is very muscular. His teeth are sharpened, and yellow looking in color. His fingernails are sharpened and painted black all the time.
- Character "Mark" Location: Right side of the face, on his cheek.
- Character Attire: Black robes that dangle down to his ankles. Underneath he wears black slacks. He walks around barefoot or wearing sandals. Even in extreme cold he wears sandals. The cloak has it's hood Ashi always has pulled up. He pulls the hood down when he is about to fight, or gets excited. Mostly it shades the right half of his face and hides his unkempt hair.

- Jikan Sealed Form: arm blades
- Jikan Activation Statement: Through time horrors arise! (In sing song voice) Madness cripples in time.... (Spoken in hushed tone) Break their will, Tenma Genkaku! (In demonic tone)
Jikan's True Appearance True form The gauntlets stretch across his skin forming a red hardened shell like skin similar to hierro used by arrancars. The form he takes is that of one of his inner demons he calls batty. Everything is in fact sand stretched over his body and hardened by cutting his skin and using his blood and reiatsu making it the crimson color. It is all in fact sand, but the illusion induced naturally by the release shows a more detailed vile looking demon.
Jikan Abilities Doku! (Poison)- The claws are as sharp and strong as a zanpakuto. Dripping with a vile poison that forces the one induced to see horrid visions. Clouding senses and inducing fear that can cause shock. To best explain it, think the scarecrow gas stuff from batman. Even those who are perfectly fearless will have to sharpen their senses to see past the hallucinations. Those affected will have three posts before returning to normal.
Reza-Dansu (Razor Dance)- Spines all over his body are dangerous and as sharp as the claws. He can spin at a rapid rate and track his opponent by sensing their reiatsu. He can do this in flight and drill through soft ground. The attack comes fast and has just about any possible angle. Tracking it isn't impossible but his speed will have lesser soldiers very confused.
Blood lust- This is a passive skill with no name. Ashi exerts reiryoku and reiatsu as he rages about. Without him trying he can use his reiatsu as blunt pushes to throw people and low level kidou spells off him. The fluctuation of his wild energies causes him hard to hold still with low level sealing techniques. He is fearsome and fearless, only brave folks can get past his horrid wavelength.
Instant movement- Another passive ability of allowing his energy to cut lose. He can move in quick bursts of speed to the point he seems to teleport anywhere in eyesight. The weakness to this move is he can't swing and strike at that speed. It is too risky and even with heightened defense flailing a limb out at that speed might get it cut.

- Jikan "Pure" Name: Wakusei Ashi (Evil Planet)
- "Pure" Appearance: All enemies in sight are trapped in what they didn't realize to be a dome of pure black. the hourglass crest of the time rouges marks the outside of the shell. Inside is whatever Ashi thinks up. You are trapped in his madness now!
- "Pure" Abilities Suna Hakkyou (Sand insanity)- As the sands beat on the hour glass is more time one has to worry. Sands of insanity is every wicked thing Ashi can ponder up. The illusions here can hurt you though. Ashi can be anywhere at anytime in his illusions. Will you survive the horrors that pulled many into shock before they could be cut?
Outer defense- The dome is nearly impossible to break from the outside. Well placed, high pressure attacks could perhaps rupture the outer layer. However much energy would be needed it would drain the head captain to use the force needed to break that sand enforced reiatsu dome.

((Ruff draft on some abilities he might have from what he learned from academy stuffs. If anything seems overpowered or out of character let me know and I'll switch it up.))
Fine tune reiatsu control: Science division before entering the lab are experts of tests and knowledge of how the body uses its energies. The fine tuned sands infused with reiatsu and concentrated or because of these skills.
Master flash step: It is in bursts but he can reach speeds that rival other captains.
Body of self experimentation- His limbs can snap back in place and even regrow when introducing the right chemicals to his body. His senses have been heightened enough to have the ears resembling a bat and smell of a blood hound. He isn't physically strong, but uses his strong defense to deflect blades.. In the face of death his body or some injection he is carrying will help flee Ashi from battle.
Physical skill- His hakuda (physical traits) and zanpakuto technique isn't exciting at all. It is par at best, an extended fight in any physical fight is not good for him. His defenses and speed are his strong points. This is why illusions and poisons are his abilities.
No spells?- That's right, he has control over his energies for movement skills like shunpo and air walk. He can make barriers around his hands to help deflect spell and sword. He can never remember the chants or how to make his reiatsu elemental because of his state of mind.
