Specific locations have their own specific conclusions.
Human World:
A world left in confusion and chaos, the humans couldn't bring any logic or reason of why they were suddenly attacked all over the globe by an unknown force, an unknown organization. Many countries thought they were terrorist attacks from countries they weren't on great terms with. By the time the Spirit King began his interference with the Observer plans, the human world population was already reduced by one sixteenth. 500,000,000 lives were lost in the largest recorded Genocide in history which left the human world in a very desperate state.
Some places had a much larger impact on them, some places didn't have the defense others did. Some places were completely destroyed in this whole ordeal, being wiped from existence, while some where completely untouched. Though one question still reigns among everything. Will it ever be possible to recover from this?
Karakura Town:
The Quincy forces were exhausting themselves trying to keep the number of Hollows, as well as the Observer numbers at a minimum as well as the destruction. The Spirit King then sent a warrior to help aid them in the battle when they had to face Kata Hirase, who underwent an advance Hollowfication that was brought to him through death, as well as infusion with the demonic blade Muramasa. With the combined efforts of the Quincy Leader; Hinanji Kigakotsu, and a warrior who didn't reveal his true origins, though is suspected he could be a quincy as well, they managed to stop the hollowfied boy. They however were not able to kill him, but only strip him down from his hollow state where it was revealed he underwent his own transformation. The boy who was fused with the blood controlling blade was moved to be imprisoned in the Nest of Maggots after undergoing various procedures to suppress his Zanpakuto and blood abilities and stabilize his mindset. Despite everything the city went through, Karakura Town still stands, especially more so than various other places in the world where they were not fortunate enough to get assistance.
Hueco Mundo:
A battle unlike any other took place in Hueco Mundo, where a the titan of a creature that Reiki; an experiment of the invading forces turned into. Being a mixture of the past generation of Espada, he was extremely deadly. Only High Clark could take him on. Despite the injuries that were inflicted in the creature, it wouldn't stop, different limbs grew in place of what were lost as if he wasn't healing but replacing. Though a bit of luck shined down on Hueco Mundo as the Spirit King interfered even here, in a world that is very much against him. He awoke ancient guardians that were once there to help control colossal Hollows much like what Reiki transformed into. This guardians were part of the landscape that made up parts of the world, they fought against Reiki as well. Though High Clark didn't care for the help, and once one of the guardians destroyed Reiki's mask, which gave him a humanoid shape once again. Both High and Reiki worked together very briefly to destroy the guardians that the Spirit King set to battle. Truly no one could compete with eachother except for themselves. Once the battle field was cleared, High and Reiki went at it. High used his two spears while Reiki, growing two additional arms used the four weapons of the apocalypse that he stole from Reiki. In the end however, Reiki slipped up and his leg was once again wounded. With that and the combined words of power Reiki was forced into defeat. After all, Reiki was of pure hollow origins, whether or not he was genetically created. Before he could be dealt a final blow however, the Observers forced a rescue to recover the arrancar before he could be slain. Reiki would be forced to return another day.
Now that the battle was over, the arrancars were left in a world that was emptied; or so it was thought. From different places around Hueco Mundo. Safe places where they managed to keep untouched, a small number of Hollows came together where their King stood. Though small, it was still a sign; they could rebuild. It was far from the end.
Soul Society:
After the Spirit King's interference with the war, creatures referred to as the "Guardians" began an extermination process upon the Soul Society. Truly going after anyone they could, rather than the true attackers. Though with the powerful words of the Fourth Division Captain, Jisaku Morimoto, the Spirit King granted use of their Zanpakuto's once again. Which allowed those who were innocent to defend themselves against the Guardians. Yet, moving under this chaos the Observers continued to play their part in the war, truly everything was going according to plan; even the brief appearance of the mighty Spirit King. Moving into the fray, Jisaku Morimoto, Jasmine Seshiro, Rei Seshiro, and Kinzo Hirase quickly moved to meet the three remaining Observers that were right under their feet in the sewers below. Though they were moments too late, as the temporary King, known as Seigfried or Desire already reached the once accused Tsukiya Shiba and Aki Ohayashi. Impaling him with a blade that sealed his Spirit, it turned his body into a vessel while the final seal that the Spirit King asked of them to protect was broken. The true king was released at that very moment, which signaled through space itself, altering the fabric to line the skies of each world with the insignia of the Observer and Kembutsu forces. The Creator was once again among them, using the body of an ordinary shinigami that was driven away as a vessel. For a brief moment, time itself seemed to stop before the streets of the Seireitei began to crumble, the King rising from the sewers with his children. There he spoke, for all of the survivors to hear. That they had failed to not only protect themselves against the invasion; but that the worlds they vowed to protect was left in a state of chaos. For a moment of time they had ceased the three major realms with their power, and that they had failed the Trialof War. As a punishment, on top of all the damages that they had suffered, they would lose what he announced was a Horseman; a literal gift from him to help aid them against his plans. They however failed this first trial, and the removal of a horseman was inevitable. It was at that moment that Domon Tsugetsa was executed before the eyes of all, and the very essence that made his being was drained from his body by the supposed King.
He then announced that this was the only chance that they had at redemption, that if they chose to follow him back to his realm they would achieve salvation and be welcomed into the new world he wished to create. Many shinigami did actually leave their position for such safety, because in their eyes, after this invasion, all hope was lost.
A few final words were announced before the disappearance of all the Observers in a single instant, including the corpses and wrecked machines.
