- Character Personality Samui is quite the strong character. She tends to be social among people, always with a grin and the eager attitude to cheer people up. Samui has strong emotions like her attitude, but only sharing these with her closest friends and only them. Looking for the bright side of things and helping whoever needs her help. A quite active female that isnt afraid to enter a fight and show the true meaning of "girl power" to the world. She is loyal to soul society and if she has to die, she would die proudly protecting her home.
But dont take her lightly as well, because behind that grin besides happiness remains a bitter side of her. She can be cynical and rude at times, using her words to hurt people when needed. That bitter side of her is to whoever doesnt accept her and to any hollow who dares to hurt a soul reaper. She has short temper, and that energy she was to spar with her friends Samui uses it in order to destroy her opponents. Gladly when she is about to loose her entire sanity, she stops herself from actually crossing the line and becoming corrupt with destruction. To avoid her own last name, Rue: to regret something you did.

Before being a shinigami:
Samui Rue was born the youngest child of a neutral family. Her parents werent poor, but not that rich either. Making it a stable family for her and her older brother. She always looked up to her older brother, one that was almost a genius. Good with numbers and sports, things she wasnt good at. Despite the different customs she never felt jelousy, even if her parents took care of him better than her. She always thought that he needed more attention because he was that good, and being the best was the only way that you could actually make your folks see you. She tried her best, something her parents didnt see despite the effort, but it made her happy that her brother did so at least. She prepared to enter school, to study and follow her brother's steps. Not knowing what layed ahead of her.
As she was starting school, her brother was finishing it, meaning she wouldnt have that support she expected to have. Unlike other students she wrote both of her last names, something that caused a small mayhem when it came to her father's pride. She never understood this, but kept doing it thinking her mother deserved to be known as well. She was being slowly abandoned by her dad because of such act, one she didnt understood. When her brother left, she was a goner. Because both her mom and dad ignored her like if she was just an illusion created by their heads and missing their beloved son already. She kept fihgting though, in order to prove them that she could be as good as him, but each day it kept getting more and more difficult to get their attention until one day. What Samui didnt know, whats the fact that her father was into gambling. He enjoyed games and only games, betting her brother's physical skill in order to actually win knowing how good was his son. Knowing the prodigy left, meant that he needed something else to bet, and each day kept getting worse and worse until having a big debt. After the debt was big enough to actually assault him, they entered his home. The thugs killed Samui's mother and were about to kill him, until he decided to pay his debt by giving away his daughter. Giving the poor 13th year old a new point of life.
Samui grew 3 years with them, actually gaining their trust and making them feel she was one of them after all that they did to her. When they actually gave her enough freedom, she decided to escape and try to survive on her own. She spent those other 3 years stealing and fighting on the streets in order to actually eat something. The little girl that wanted to shine bright just like her older brother, was now on the streets stealing in order to survive and keep moving forward. Despite what other people thought, she never hurt anyone, just stole and survived with the money. Never actually killing or badly injuring someone, because she knew she was better than that. But one day it all changed for her as she made her way to a corner in order to escape society from the occasional chasing the thief and such. She found a thug trying to violate a poor defenseless girl. She could relate to the girl, feeling the fear she had many years ago when they took her away, all that rage snapping from her sanity. In a matter of seconds she was already on top of the thug, fighting with him in order to free the girl. The girl was able to run off, but Samui struggled to escape from the loss of strength due to starvation. Her life ended with stabs all over her torso, laying in the dark corner as the thug ran off. No one claimed the body, so it just remained there. Not being able to shine like she wanted in the first place.
As a shinigami:
Samui only wishes remember being in the soul reaper academy. Training herself in order to be a good soul reaper and protect her home, something that fulfilled her completely. All that physical work and her effort being accepted with a bright smile filled her will for some unknown reason. She worked hard, admiring what the shinigami did in order to guide souls into their path. Being enough reason for her to do her best in order to actually pass. Eventually, her skilled and hard work was accepted, working her way into squad 4. She spent a few years as a ordinary shinigami, patrolling and doing her job with efficiency until being recognized. She later made her way into being the lieutenant of squad 4, feeling grateful for such a rank and living it fully. She wishes to stay like a lieutenant, since she knows she isnt prepared enough yet to take sucha a task as a captain of an entire squad. But other than that, she believes she is already fulfilled as a soul reaper and as a person. She got attatched to both Shu and her father Jousake, probably the only father figure she would respect, since her past is something that still haunts her.
Rougue Arc and Timeskip:
After so many years of being the lieutenant of the 4th division, she was not prepared to the war that fell apon soul society. She managed to go to every meeting possible and learn the most healing kidos she could get. During that time, Samui began experiencing some odd symptoms on her body. Loosing hair, coughing blood, lack of stamina and such. Being afraid of loosing her position is squad 4, she decided to hide her odd conditions and keep doing her tasks. During that time, she met Sasuke. They began as a beautiful friendship that soon bloomed into dates. During that time she was in charge of healing the Hiroshi member and making sure he knew how to live with his new health conditions. When the time was stressful enough, Samui couldn't contain much longer the pain and decided to research and study herself until being diagnosed with lung cancer. She managed to create a successful treatment to keep herself in perfect state of health although it meant changing her life forever. Her once tanned skin became a bit paler and her aqua bright hair because a dusty dark green almost black. But thanks to this progress, she managed as well to pass from lieutenant to an official medic of the Hiroshi clan. When she thought things couldn't get better, Sasuke decided to settle down with her and take her as his wife. Beginning a new chapter to the survivor's life. Also during that time Yoko had being one of the many shinigami who did not survived the war, breaking Samui's heart. In order to honor her, she kept the young shinigami's Zampakuto and has it encased in a cristal box with golden lining. One she makes sure is on ship shape. After a small conflict that occured on the squad 4 library, Samui's husband became missing. Not knowing where her lover is, the now noble Hiroshi member searched for him, embracing her sickness to the point of a new progress in her medicine and her stamina, sadly this one with a price. After a long search for Sasuke, the news arrive that her lover had died during her search. Leaving the sucessful medic a broken hearted widow.

 - Character Skin Color/Ethnicity: Well tanned/hispanic
- Character Height: 5'5"
- Character Hair Color: A dusty green due to the treatment (slowly recovering her color)
- Character Hair Length/ Style The hair is long enough to almost brush the floor, is quite wild and almost like a mane. Usually tied up in a ponytail or a horribly made up bun.
- Character Eye Color: Its a neutral teal.
- Character Description: Samui is well formed, but not as outstanding as many other women. She has an average amount of breast not as big yet not flat, but what she doesnt have in front she has in other sides of her body since she is quite curvy due her hips. She is looks a bit frail at first, not seeming to have much muscles but indeed she has, just that not as marked as someone who works out all day.
- Character Attire: Besides her shinigami yukata, she tends to wear japanese clothing.
- Character Tattoos/Markings/Scars: Samui has 3 piercings in her right ear, 2 on her left. Also 1 in her bottom lip and another in her belly button. She has no tattoos due to not liking needles and thankfully no scars.

- Zanpakutō Name: 石桜 Sekiō (stone cherry blossom in modern japanese)
- Zanpakutō Spirit Appearance: Sekiō is almost the exact opposite of Samui. He is calmed and collective with a soft appearance, thinking its best to avoid violence and solve things with diplomacy, something that is obviously foreign to the white haired he is connected with. Being a bit shy among the other spirits and a bit cliche about things, showing all the things that are rare to see Samui doing.
- Zanpakutō Sealed Form: Sekiō's sealed form is a simple katana but very detailed. The handle of said katana is decorated in a elegant purple fabric, with a few details in hot pink. Same material as the sheath of the zanpakuto. The blade itself is a bit more simpler, but yet having a few sakura flowers carved in the blade itself. Its an average size and weight like most katanas, but with a strong feminine touch.
- Shikai Status: Actually neutral unless she is over raged, otherwise she becomes unstable.
- Zanpakutō Shikai Activation Statement: "Polish your petals, Ishi Sakura"
- Zanpakutō Shikai Name: 石桜 Ishi Sakura (stone cherry blossom in ancient japanese)
- Zanpakutō Shikai AppearanceIshi Sakura drastically changes into a scythe. This one adquires a light purple color, and the markings in the blade at first expand over the new blade. The handle has a petal shaped curve where Samui can grab hold of easily. Some petals are marked in the handle as well, showing the true beauty of the zanpakuto itself.
- Battlefield Changes: a boost of speed and strength. Being more offensive than defensive this leaves her open to attacks but balanced by the speed aquired.
- Zanpakutō Shikai Abilities
1 花びら波 Hanabira nami (petal wave): Samui's speed gets a boost up as she sends with her scythe a swarm of Sakura petals at the opponent. Cutting like sharp stone whoever is near the attack and allowing Samui to move as fast as the petals.
2. 金属降伏 Kinzoku kōfuku (metal surrender): whatever Samui slashes with her scythe, will start to be surrounded by metal petals, attacking almost like daggers at whoever is in the area of the attack. However there is a catch, if the user is not skilled enough with this move it can also be used to hurt her herself.

- Bakudō: all of these learned
1. Restrain (塞, sai) -Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Crawling Rope (這縄, hainawa) -An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
8. Repulse (斥, seki) -Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it
37. Suspending Star (吊星, tsuriboshi) ) -Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors i with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.
39. Arc Shield (円閘扇, enkosen) -Summons a shield of energy to block opponents' attack
61. Six Rods Prison of Light (六杖光牢, rikujōkōrō) -Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that sla midsection, holding them in place. Referred to as "Six Rod Light Restraint" in the English manga and "Six some of the games.

62. Hundred Stepped Rails (百歩欄干, hyapporankan) -A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile.

73. Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down (双蓮蒼火墜, sōren sōkatsui) -Essentially a doubled version of #33, this sp shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety.

- Healing spells:
Chiyudo #5-Kai Kizu - This kidou is used to heal cuts. Does absolutely nothing for internal. It's performed by simply p over the cut with your palm, while concentrating an appropriate amount of spiritual energy in it. The used amoubnt of is rather low, but must be measured precisely, otherwise a scar would be left after the healing procedure.
Chiyudou #7-Kogoeru - This is mainly used for lowering body temperatures as this kidou allows you to control the temperature of the patient. The user puts his left hand on the patient's forehead and leaks out a small part of his own energy to flow through the patient.
Chiyudou #13- Suuxicchi auto sono Doku - In this kidou the caster puts their hand on the patients back and says th Then the poison in the patient body gets transferred to the healers body and winds up storing itself into their mouth small terms, the poison transfers from the patient to the healers mouth where they can just spit it out... or onto som Despite the low number, and the low amount of energy required, this can be a demanding technique since it require caster's full attention as to not poison himself.
Chiyudou #16-Nenshou Tenti - This kidou creates a flow of reiatsu that first soothes the burn and then repairs them. of the healing kidou, it is cast by hovering the user's palms over the wound.
Chiyudou #62-Shukketsu Kokoro - Reiatsu soaks into the body and enters any inner body part that is suffering from bleeding. You must be directly above the body to execute this kidou, and use both palms facing downwards to literally patient's body with your spiritual energy. A rather demanding technique that also requires a high level of spiritual ene is also good for any internal injury and can be used to heal broken bones if you follow the right steps to do so.

I'm really sorry I'm doing this since I usually don't do this but I'm asking for permission to edit completely a post I did in the office of Jousake. The reason is I am struggling to feel comfortable rpying with the pics and description of this said one. The only thing that changes is the name pic of said rpc and basic appearance description. Again I am really sorry.

My only real concerns with the profile is that Samui knows Hado spells #88-96.
Those are spells that are a tad bit intense for someone who's not captain level to know, especially Ittō Kasō.

The Hopeless Optimist My only real concerns with the profile is that Samui knows Hado spells #88-96.
Those are spells that are a tad bit intense for someone who's not captain level to know, especially Ittō Kasō. Alright then, re-studied the kidos and removed those hados.
