These release static discharge across the field at random; electric attacks may be able to amplify themselves by using these stray charges to their advantage. The discharges also programmed to encourage pokemon to avoid standing in one location for too long. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ELECTRIC type attacks.

Mary wandered into the stadium and leaned against the railing, the electric floor wouldn't be good for water types which meant that she was stuck using the stupid candle. He face didn't show any sign of the inward irritation she felt as she tossed the ball into the arena.

Pirithor crackled in delight at being in the arena, he would prove to her how useful he was and then she would like him, yesss.
