She can bear biographies and nonfiction about Ancient Rome or Feudal Japan, but prefers fantastical characters, deep revelations and startling accounts. When she reads, she fantasizes about becoming the main character or heroine to escape the dullness and responsibilities of schoolwork (everyone needs a break from writing 30 pages about metaphor in 1800s Spanish literature!).
xxxxxVideogames Ruthie loves loves loves videogames—particularly handheld puzzle games like Tetris or Chess. Not only do they give her a break from her dreary overload of papers, but they exercise her logic and reasoning (or so she thinks. Her mother finds them a waste of energy).

By reading body language, she also knows when to keep her distance and demonstrate affection in less physical manners, such as providing compliments and actively listening. Though Ruthie provides this affection in hopes of receiving it as well (often to quell her melancholy or insecurity), she can appreciate if someone enjoys her affection but does not reciprocate.
xxxxxAnalytical Acutely aware of body language and social convention (Always put your napkin on your lap, smile and nod if you have nothing to say, etc.), Ruthie dilutes social catastrophe and gains information by strategically charming her way to victory. This ties deeply into her love of puzzle video games, which always have logical or innovative solutions. She searches for codes and patterns in language and environment--for example, relating a dying orchid to her friend’s deteriorating relationship or consulting that friend on the least devious and most effective method of repairing it.
xxxxxCharming Ruthie boasts a gentle clumsiness and naivety that render her soft and compassionate. She hugs and smiles and laughs often, complimenting others not only to endear them, but to acknowledge their strengths and bolster their confidence. She deeply believes that enchanting others with a wink and a smile will improve their self-image and strengthen their relationship to her, giving her social and academic benefits. This intentionally borders on flirtation because Ruthie assumes that everyone wants to be liked at least a little teensy bit, and why shouldn't they feel it from someone as bookish and endearing as her?
Flaws:
xxxxxInsecure Poor Ruthie is terribly insecure. Despite her logic and charm, the slightest sarcasm can throw her into a fit of melancholy or entice her to drag herself to bed. She is so insecure, in fact, that even if she knows the right answer and someone claims she is incorrect, she will change her answer. If someone questions her, she will blush and draw deep into herself—unable to speak and unable to think—and she will stand there—quiet and foolish and unable to enjoy herself for the rest of the evening—because she focuses so much on the comment, she is unable to think of anything else. This is particularly deadly during battle because it horribly distracts her from slicing the opponent's arm off with an enchanted sword or swinging for their feet with an enchanted golf club.
xxxxxManipulative Ruthie toys with others and meddles in their affairs to demonstrate social charm and power, and therefore, compensate for her insecurity. She is most likely to manipulate friends into relationships or to attend a party with her or to compliment her out of a state of despair. The easiest way to disarm her manipulation is not to rebuff her with conversational topic changes, but remind her how her manipulation is unsuccessful and brings out her flaws. This (or another) direct criticism brings her into a fit of melancholy (see below), but certainly halts her troubling in the critic's business. Once in a while, Ruthie lets it slip that she may not value the victims of her manipulation as people but as pieces in a game. This suggests she undervalues people, which distances them from her.
xxxxxMelancholy Although not completely depressed, Ruthie is susceptible to flights of poetic melancholy, during which she throws herself upon her bed and weeps into her pillow. The initial phases of these flights being melodramatic (“NO! I’m sorry, but I DON’T want any pudding today!”), they quickly soften into a quiet despair that eats away at her ego, leaving an insecure stub of a bookish nerd. Though her dramatic bouts of sorrow often occur in reaction to a snide remark or horrid day, melancholy plagues her and pushes her to fish for compliments and leaves her hypersensitive and insecure. This melancholy also drives her to occasionally make depressing or morbid remarks, which may put a damper on her company.

Hey Elza! I just wanted to start by welcoming you to the shop, it's always great to see new people! heart To start with her civilian side, I wanted to note that Senshi must be aged 14-20 in order to Awaken, so if you would like for her to stay as a Senshi you're going to have to drop her age by a few years. Hobbies, flaws and virtues all look great and are explained well~ For her powered side, did you intentionally leave the Fuku elements with their pre-written info and therefore making it colorist's choice in it's design? Part of my job when stamping is to make sure that the fuku fits into the shop's regulations so I just want to be sure that you didn't have anything in mind for it's design! Sailor Scout Attack: I think this is a brilliant idea! Only issue I have with it is it's timing. Typically an attack can only last for a designated amount of time, rather than the entire time she is powered up or it can be over-powered in battle situations. For the most part, first stage attacks are 20-30 seconds in length! With a time-limit on it, the attack is perfect. Super Attack: See above re: timing. Either making it the same time as the first stage attack so it can have two effects (healing and working better) OR keeping just the working better aspect and increasing time to 30-45 seconds would be appropriate for a Super Senshi level attack. Eternal Attack: I feel like this does far too much in that it makes the object better, changes it's appearance, sets it on fire, heals a person or poisons them and it can't break (along with the fact that there's no time limit). I'm definitely going to have to ask that we tone it down. I think setting it on fire or making the item poisoned probably crosses the lines of a few other spheres, so in my opinion it would probably be best to remove those two elements. I think making the object better and unbreakable would be a lot more feasible. Another option for her attacks- did you consider enchanting people rather than objects? There are going to be plenty of instances in battles in which there are no objects around to really enhance (besides maybe a rock hitting harder? I don't know XD).. What would she do in that case? If she has the power to enchant an ally and make their attacks stronger it would be much more versatile! OR Enchanting an enemy to make them or their weapons/magic weaker? Just a few options I thought I'd throw out for you! Quote me when you've had a chance to look over this/make changes or want to discuss things further and I'll be back to take another look!<3

Adjustments!
oo1. Time limit added to first attack (20 sec).
oo2. Time limit added to second attack with minor injury heal (scratches, bruises, etc.) (30 sec)
oo3. Altered to buff/enchant an ally's attacks. Time limit set (35 seconds).
oo4. Age lowered to 20.
oo5. Fuku elements added!
Regarding versatility, she could use surrounding objects (lulz rocks) or parts of her fuku; for example, increasing the hardness of her bodice so it may protect her like leather armor (or if willing, during her super attack, chain mail, but if not, that's perfectly fine. ^.^").

I think that looks much better and I like her fuku ideas! In regards to her Eternal attack, I actually think she's really under-powered now! Hahaha I'm sorry<3 I think you can increase attack duration to 45 seconds and you only have a strength buff on it but you mentioned in your comment to me that it increases attack strength, so I'm a little confused if it's physical strength that is increased (as per your example) or the actual magical attack used by a Senshi or Knight. Maybe she has one minute where after she casts her attack she can touch multiple people to give them the buff (which would be fine for an Eternal attack) and on each person it lasts 35-40 seconds? What if an enemy like, tackles the person she is about to touch and she accidentally touches the enemy instead? Do they gain the buff? Just want to make sure we cover all angles!

Hello Elza. You've got a great start on a quest, with just a little more work I think she'll be good to go.
There are two things I'd like to address that I think as a new member to the community you might not be aware of.
1) Is that senshi don't generally get to use weapons. So your examples regarding a sword (in both the powers and her insecure flaw) are ones that would probably never come up. She is of course, allowed to pick up items in the area, so things you would normally find in a city scape, but that still doesn't include guns and very rarely includes bats. Even if she were to 'steal' or pick up the weapon of an enemy they'd be able to immediately summon it back to themselves, so she wouldn't get use of it, they would.
2) Powers in this shop tend to be a little more concrete and less variable. So while she could enchant things she should be enchanting the same effect on everything, not a varied enchantment based on the particular item. You could choose that any item she enchants becomes unbreakable for a limited amount of time. Or any item she enchants radiates a healing aura to however holds it for a limited amount of time. Or she could even enchant an item to be more enchanting/alluring so that enemies have a hard time looking away from the item for a limited amount of time. But she shouldn't be doing all of those things or a large variety of things based on what they are.
Like Sylent suggested these enchantments can happen to a person or item, your choice, but I'll need you to make a more concrete power before I can stamp this.

Great changes! Just one more small thing and we'll be good to go. heart It is perfectly fine for her to be able to enchant more then one person in her eternal attack, but it needs some kind of limit. I think somewhere between 3 to 5 people is reasonable for her having a minute's worth of time to enchant people? Just let me know what the 'top limit' amount of people she'd be able to do before being totally exhausted, basically. 3nodding
