((BIG OL' PICTCHA)) This is, for the time being, the only used dorm on Floor D. Why the leadership of the school decided to give Cynthea dorm five instead of dorm one will forever confound her. ((Because I like the number five is why)) This room is essentially used to keep a log of events from day-to-day from Cynthea's point of view. If anyone breaks in here, they can read them if they locate them. But why would -anyone- break in here?

The dorm she has been given looks to have been inspired slightly from classic Japanese, as it had the sliding doors typical of that architectural style. There is a bed/couch combination next to the window, providing visitors with a view of the outside and also a view of the stars when the owner of the dorm sleeps. Cynthea considered this a massive risk to her security, considering the fact that Blaven is somewhere in the academy, but her sense of beauty told her that a view of the sky while going to sleep is well worth the risk. There is a kitchen and a place to eat in the same spacious room. In the one other room of the dorm, there is a bookshelf that is regrettably understocked, along with some various bottles and a painting. There is also a desk with a chair, presumably to study with. Both rooms have lighting on the ceiling, as well as strategically placed lamps to maximize the amount of light but also to eliminate glare from the lights. There are no lights next to the bed save a lamp.
Her examination complete, Cynthea walks over to the bed and falls into it, tired from her journey. She raises her right hand slightly, fingers twitching. The puppet grabs a small book that Cynthea had hidden in the folds of her dress, and it rushed over to the desk in the second room, growing in size to match Cynthea and taking on less marionette-like features, essentially appearing perfectly human. An exact replica of Cynthea, no less. It quickly located a pencil, probably left behind by one of the former occupants, and it began to write. ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀

Journal Entry #1
Day one here at the Duel Rose Academy. Or was it Rose Duel? I don't know why I keep getting those mixed up. I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter anyway.
I saw that vile snake, Blaven, at the cafe. He's probably here at my father's request, probably to drag me back to that madhouse, the scum. I don't think he noticed me at all, though. I only hope he doesn't know I'm here yet.
I can't go back. I can never go back there. The things I saw that night... It was horrifying. I know my father did it. I still have no idea why. It's not like I can just ask him why there are a bunch of bodies hanging from a wall and on tables, half-dissected.
That previous statement almost made me retch.
Met someone new today, though. His name is Rentachi... Hatke Hata Hat Rentachi Hatake. As it turns out, I am not very good at writing down names of an oriental origin. More to the point, he appears to be partners with the snake, Blaven. I hope he knows what he's getting into. He doesn't seem to know Blaven that well, either, so I am forced to assume he does not. I warned him that he can't trust Blaven, so I can only hope he takes my advice to heart.
Not really much else to write yet, so I suppose I'll just go to sleep or something.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
With that last line complete, the puppet closes the book and places the pencil on the desk before shrinking in size and collapsing forward onto the seat as Cynthea lowers her hand, no longer controlling the puppet. Before she can fall asleep, she remembers that normal people tend not to wear clothes to bed, and promptly removes them. With that normal person thing out of the way, she collapses forward onto her bed and falls into a deep yet fitful slumber.

The puppet in the other room fell towards her general direction as well, the invisible strings pulling it along. She shakily stood, yawning and looking around, suffering brief amnesia about where she was. " Oh, that's right," She said, yawning once more. " I'm in the academy." She quickly got dressed and raised her hand, having her puppet run up beside her before opening the door, looking both ways, and hurrying out of the dorm building. Following the smell of flowers, she finds herself on the edges of a garden.
