It was mid-afternoon when the urge struck, the urge to take in the view. Calloused, slender fingers trailed along the railing of mothers insides as the raven moved down the long lit halls. Stepping in tune with the hum of the lights, Slven soon found himself peering out over the bridge of the ship. Amber eyes flickering from left to right, gaze stony but searching. Just a glimpse then he would leave or so he told himself.

More than that would be to selfish wouldn't it, after all he had avoided Ghost for what seemed like weeks now. Contemplating this Slven frowned to himself for even doing such a thing. He was not such an inconvenience for Ghost, right, the other had expressed that he was free to see him whenever. They had come to terms with what had happened after his father had arrived and the children.

But..

An irritated hand pushed through silky locks, messing the hair further up on the genomes head. "Then why does it feel like something is off?" He sighed softly to himself while gazing away from the bridge and taking a step around the corner out of view. The confusion from that night had haunted him, the strange urge to touch and feel Ghost's warmth, to even now when he had left mental training early to just catch a glimpse of the other genome before resting. But more than all of this Slven was slowly starting to realize how drawn to the operator he felt, though he intended to try to stop it.

The nagging urge to please Ghost just to see him smile at him again was becoming far to much of a distraction, a rather useless one at that, to think of a smile. "Tch." Glancing down the hall he clenched his fist tightly, debating on simply going back to his own room. Though that itself would be useless, considering the only reason he came to see the view was so that he could hopefully focus later.

There had to be something wrong with him, looking up to one of mothers many eyes he snorted softly. Had to be. Drawing in a deep breath and letting out an even deeper sigh Slven turned back around and started towards the bridge. A simple hello and goodbye would suffice, he was an adult after all so there was no use of lurking in the corner or peering around the walls. Besides perhaps Ghost was busy with one of his other responsibilities and he could simply forget this nonsense, if it was too difficult to pinpoint that meant it shouldn't be known right?
