Chieko in general is essentially a super genius with a super ego at times to boot. She is a very curious individual and loves to figure out how things work and why and how she can then improve those functions. While she isn't serious necessarily she is generally level headed in any situation because she will generally have an idea on how to solve a problem before anything gets out of control. However this doesn't stop her from having fun because one of her favorite things to do is flirt and tease. She has a habit of talking a lot when she gets excited, which can sometimes hinder things since no one will understand what she's explaining.

Chieko likes to solve things herself rather than rely on her powers to help her and she loves technology and experimenting on people. She doesn't really have 'morals' per say although she does have a weakness for kids. She can be considered"bubbly"at times but this is most likely just an ruse to make people doubt her genius.

- Bio:

Chieko is the youngest child of the Soul king, as such was spoiled and overprotected by her father. She got anything she wanted so long as she never left the palace, which for the curious Chieko was torture. That is until it happened, the first time she encountered zero division. The princess was going to see her father as they were finishing a meeting, she was instantly mesmerized. After that chance encounter Chieko would not leave the subject alone she was asking her father endless questions. After months amidst the sea of inquiry on the subject the king agreed to let Chieko train under the zero division. However unbeknownst to his daughter he called the division and ordered them to crush her curiosity so she would never desire a warrior's life again.

The next 100 years were the hardest of Chieko's young life, the zero division destroyed her every day and healed her every night. Yet still she endured, much to her father's dismay. The former captains had started training the girl with the strength of a 15th seated member, fallowing orders to get the princess to give up. However as she continued to return for more, and as her strength grew; the 5 seasoned warriors began to truly train her. The left out kido training to keep up the farce of trying to break Chieko, less they face the king's already growing annoyance. The training was intense; Hakudo was done in five on one battles which at the time was as if five godlike beings fought a normal human. Zanjutsu were two on one battles, while less opponents normally mean easier fight only a fool would expect an easy fight from these five masters.

It wouldn't be until 50 years into the training that the young princess would finally get start to put up a fight. The strength to fight back came from her successfully learning the name of her zanpakuto and thus shikai. This one event would pave the way for Chieko's desire for more. With Athena by her side the princess was more confident in her abilities, and though she was still vastly outmatched she began landing counterattacks. This excited both teachers and student, but infuriated the father who'd expected his daughter to give up long before. It would be another 75 years before Chieko and Athena would learn bankai, and truly start fighting as equals against her teachers.

Two hundred years after it began Chieko's training was ended by a slip of the tongue. She has just fully mastered using bankai in battle and was so excited that the princess forgot the warning of not letting her family learn of her progress. It was then that Chieko began to plan her escape, stopping her from learning more of the shinigami arts had been the last straw for her. However a rather large problem stood in her way, how could she not only escape but also not be found. So first she had to hide her spiritual pressure, which given it being second only to her father's was no easy feat. Running through so ideas she thought of a cloak that could do the job but because that was to bulky to wear 24/7she decided she needed something smaller too. The idea hit her while out talking to one of her handmaids, jewels they wear small lightweight and wouldn't seem odd on a girl. With a goal now in mind it took Chieko ten long years to complete her suppression jewels, yet the time seemed to pass by as if nothing.

True appearance
- Character Skin Color/Ethnicity: Palace life gave Chieko fair white skin, since she was the youngest her father rarely let her out. However after her escape about 1000 years ago she has been outside a lot giving her now a slight olive skin tone.
- Character Height: 137 cm (54 inches)
- Character Hair Color and Length/ Style Chieko's hair is a reddish pink color akin to a cooked crab or lobster, which why she was often picked on by her siblings. Due to the fact her hair is not only thick but also go pass her bottom Chieko normally has it tied back ironically giving it the appearance of crab legs. However when she's bored the captain has been known to try new styles for fun but will always return to the default of tied back. However this is only the case since leaving the palace, as she changed her hair color and style to further hide her identity .
- Character Eye Color: Chieko's eyes are deep pools of jade that show both her aged wisdom and childlike curiosity.
- Character Description: Chieko is a small woman, who has an athletic body perfect for quick maneuvers. Her short height and deceptively strong yet small arm, and leg muscles give the best frame for a punishment force abortive; however there is a flaw to her battle body, though its only a flaw strategically, her breast are 38d. While this gives her a more womanly figure, Chieko has said more then once they just get in the way.
- Character Attire: She wears a traditional Shinigami captain's uniform with a sleeveless haori and a purple obi tied around her waist. Underneath her standard Shinigami captain's uniform, Chieko wears a black top which has no sleeves and doesn't cover the back. Instead of wearing the standard Shinigami sandals with tabi, she wears traditional Chinese shoes with ordinary white socks.

- Zanpakutō Name: Athena
- Zanpakutō Spirit Appearance: In her first appearance many years ago Athena look to be a giant owl; standing 6 feet tall with snow white feathers and deep wise eyes that seemed to look into your very being. This was the Athena that Chieko knew through shikai training and many years after, but it was not until the captain decided to learn bankai that she learned of the spirit's true form.

True Form
Upon confronting Athena with a desire to learn the final release of a zanpakuto, Bankai, the feathers of the owl began fall out. As the feathers fell a blinding light erupted from Athena, once it subsided a golden haired woman stood before Chieko. Athena's true for stands 5'10 clad in Greek armor, a helmet with a navy blue plume to cover her head grieves for the arms and lower legs. She wears a white sash in place of clothing and a navy blue cloak she is armed with a golden shield and spear. Truly a powerful and beautiful sight to behold.

- Zanpakutō Sealed Form: One sword and a wakizashi of the same shape
Athena is made up of a katana and a wakizashi, that form a matching set. Both kojiri are gold while the saya (scabbard) are white with gold koiguchi and nine gold diamond shape marks on the katana six on the wakizashi. On the tsuka (handle) both the fuchi and kashira are gold as well while the Ito (wrapping) is white and the same (rayskin) is a beautiful pearl. The blades themselves are both snow white pictures of elegance.

- Zanpakutō Shikai Appearance Chieko's shikai has three pieces that are separate but equal parts: a helmet, shield, and sword. Though all three appear to be made of bronze the reishi is so densely packed not even Seele Schneider can do more then scratch them easily.

- Zanpakutō Shikai Abilities
Energy Absorption, Redirection, and Manipulation. Though it seems like a simple power, Athena actually is one of the most powerful abilities in existence because it gives control over one of the three fundamental components of the universe. The downside of this power is it takes a lot of concentration and Chieko must know and be able to understand the energy she is manipulating.
Shikai Attacks:
1. Shield of Athena: The shield is the way Chieko absorbs the energy by using the shield. She then has two ways to release it one through her shield to create a barrier that is flat. The barrier is 8 feet by 8 feet, and actually has two parts one absorbs the energy of the attack while the transferring it to Chieko.
2. Blade of Athena: The sword has only one way to release the energy in the phantom blade. By channeling the energy through her blade to extend the blade invisibly up to four times it normal size roughly the size of a claymore. Much like the blade of a quince's Seele Schneider the phantom blade has billions of rotating little blades with a similar effect as the Quincy's weapon. The phantom blade actually evolved into its current state after facing a Quincy.
3. Helmet of Wisdom: The helmet reads the energy of the opponent, their attacks and attributes. Now it can only read what its shown but can keep the readings saved. The enemy can trick it by only using a fraction of their power.

Attack 1. Athena's Law: Expelling collect energy from her entire body Chieko damages opponents while healing allies. The way she does this is by letting Athena see her heart's view on them and let's her choose. Its a very destructive technique that can bring down a whole building to nothing.

Attack 2. Athena's Shine: By ether punching, kicking, or any other form of attack Chieko is able to release a powerful blast of energy able to completely wipe out half a district of the rukongai.

- Zanpakutō Bankai Name: Seinaru megami Atena (Holy Goddess Athena)
- Zanpakutō Bankai Appearance: The plume and cape are purplish blue and no spear Her sword and shield are the same as shikai, as well as the armor that is as dense as her shield. It also allows her to absorb energy throughit making attacks weaker.
- Bankai Battlefield Changes:
The entire area is crushed by an over whelming pressure.
- Zanpakutō Bankai Abilities
1. Orb of Protection: Similar to the shield of Athena it creates a barrier only this is a circular barrier that covers a ten foot radius from the shield . It can block up level 85 kido
2. Sword of the Goddess: A stronger form of the blade of Athena instead of just the claymore size the phantom blade is able to grow to the size of a zanbato. Chieko can also release stored energy from her blade. The rotation of this blade is 100 times faster then Seele Schneider.
3. Wings of Wisdom: This is one of the most powerful and versatile energy technique in Chieko's arsenal. Thirteen wings of light energy that appear only after at least one of. the three jewels is released. Chieko is able to make these wings into any one shape for each. Given the helmet's memory this gives her a wide verity to choose from. (Ex. She see's getsuga tensho can make a copy energy blast, or say she see's ikaku's bankai can copy the blades as an energy form)
4. Pearls of Wisdom: These four pearls each have a incredible power unlike anything seen in the rest of her release. The four are named Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, and Kronos. The power of each is enough to take out an arrancar easily, Chieko created this technique shortly after the ash war so no one knows of it save for Athena.
-Hades: Taking every one that has ever been seen by her helmet, the Hades pearl makes copies of them with a single difference, no matter what strength the were/are these shades are all between 5th seat and lieutenant power levels. The shades have similar energy forms of their powers but the shades are still just shades made of data. The more details put into each shade the less can be made. The faceless powerless shades can make dozens, buts these shades can do one thing paralyzing whatever they cut by blocking the energy signals to that area.
-Poseidon: Upon crushing the pearl, the ground will shake as powerful energy waves shooting into the earth causing a massive earthquake. Then collecting the water molecules by pulling the energy together causing torrents of water to fire all around her. The earthquake and water blast last 5 post.
-Zeus: Thunder crashing lightning striking darkening clouds this is Zeus. Collecting the electric energy from the area it let's Chieko control powerful lightning for 5 post.
-Kronos: The final pearl gives Chieko the power over time, at least that's what she tells people. In fact it just allows her greater control of energy, freezing time she just stops the energy in the molecules, she can also speed them and even reverse techniques by returning the kenetic energy to potential energy. However this pearl has a time limit of 7 post and a range of 300 meters (roughly 1000 feet)

Kido
Because of never having a proper shinigami education Chieko has little skill in Kido. In the past 300 years since the ash war she has slowly learned a bit but is still far behind most captains.

- Bakudō: In the art of Bakudo Chieko has found a great joy. The ability to cause her experiments to stop moving with just a few words have led her to learn 1-66 in the Bakudo arts

- Hadō: The way of destruction, known as Hado has proven less interesting for her. As such Chieko has only learned hado 1-40 .

- Healing spells: Chieko was most interested in healing kido of them all, however as only the 4th division knows these she has only had time to learn the first spell.

Other

- Reiatsu & Reiryoku
Due to her direct blood relation to the Soul King, Chieko has an eminence reiyoku that for a long time just ran wild even after her training began it was hard for her to control her reiatsu. However that has changed in recent years, since escaping the palace she has slowly gained control thank to three power suppressing jewels, when all three on she has power of weak captain with one release her power reaches average captain level With two released Chieko's power reaches around high captain levels . And at her full release her power begins to crush everything around her but if at full release for more then 25 post she must completely seal her power or risk being found by her father.

- Hakudo (hand-to-hand combat): As the 9th division captain rarely likes to use her zanpakuto she has trained long and hard to become one of the foremost Hakuda masters in the seireitei. This is in no small part to the fact she was trained by the zero division.

Shunkō (瞬閧, Flash Cry) — An advanced technique that combines hand-to-hand combat and Kidō energy to explosively increase a Shinigami's offensive capabilities. A high-pressured surge of energy flows throughout specific parts of the user's body, enhancing their arm(s) and/or leg(s) for battle, rivaling the power of Hado #27: Breaking Palm. The Kidō itself can also be controlled and fired at opponents from the body.


Hanki (反鬼, Reverse Demon) — This technique is used to nullify an opposing energy source as it comes in contact with the user by hitting it with a perfectly opposite amount of speed and energy.
Damage Rating: N/a Speed: Instant

Hite (Fire Hand) — Engulfs the user's hand in flames, setting second degree burns anything the hand comes in contact with. This flame lasts for 3 posts.


Batsudai (Punishing Lightning) — The user charges their leg with a powerful current of lightning energy and can badly shock whatever comes in contact with the affected leg, stunning them for 1 post. The lightning dissipates after 3 posts.


Ryuo (Dragon's Tail) — The user focuses their spiritual energy over one of their arms and can manipulate the tendril of energy to act as an extension of their body for 5 posts. The energy in this technique is EXTREMELY hot and can easily inflict 2nd degree burns on contact along with setting fire to flammable surfaces. Maximum reach of this technique is 5 meters. The energy appendage can be used to block no more than one energy-based attack.


Dageki (Strike) — The user focuses a tremendous amount of reiryouku into their hand, elbow, shoulder, knee, foot, or head instantaneously. The moment contact with the energy-infused area is made, it explodes outward at whatever it hits and causing an astounding amount of damage with the released bullet of energy.


Shunchou (Excellent Block) — The user charges a thin, but highly condensed aura of spiritual energy over their body then releases all of the energy out from their body with an explosive surge of force. The active blast radius reaches to 2.5 meters from the user; because of the condensed range of effect the power behind this technique is quite impressive.


Ookami no Kiba (Wolf's Fang) — The user charges a spherically-shaped, 20 cm in diameter, high concentration of spiritual energy into their palm. The user may then thrust the orb of spiritual energy into their opponent and, if contact is made, the orb will explode forward growing to 5x its original size.


Tatsumaki (Tornado) — The user spins their body in a 360 degree rotation at the same speed as the Shunpo technique, often making it look as though their body blurs without a single movement. As they do so they release their spiritual energy to bend and deflect attacks or even repel nearby objects. This technique will not work on any energy-based attacks made of more than 60 reiryouku.


Kami Kobushi (Godly Fists) — This technique heavily crosses into the aspects of Kido because it twists the reishi in the user's environment to mold it into a pair of massive fists (about 1.5x the size of an average adult male) which are bound to the user by links of continuously flowing spiritual energy connect to the user's wrists. The fists act like a second pair of the user's hands. Allowing for them to manipulate the massive pair of hands for attacks, etc. The fists disintegrate if the chains are turned off by the user or if they come in contact with an energy source greater than their own.


Ikkotsu ( '"Single Bone"'): A powerful punch used by Yamamoto against Wonderweiss Margela. Using this technique, Yamamoto was able to destroy much of Wonderweiss' abdomen and send him flying along a city street and into a building, destroying it.

Sōkotsu ( '"Double Bone"'): Stronger than Ikkotsu, it is a powerful two-fisted punch used by Yamamoto against Wonderweiss. The attack in one blow can totally destroy an opponent.

Oni Headpoke ( "Oni Dekopin"): a technique where a simple finger flick has enough physical force to send an opponent flying a considerable distance away, even with enough power to crash through multiple physical constructs.

Raiōken ("Thunder King Fist"):A hakuda technique involving a serial of rapid punches. Using this technique, Yoruchi was able to severely crack Aizen's first form and destroyed a portion of Karakura Town in the process.

Gatling Mad-Stomping (Gatoringu Jidanda): a technique that has Hiyori do multiple foot stomps on Ichigo's face. The technique is powerful enough to send Ichigo flying and completely shatter his hollow mask.


- Tactician :
Chieko is a very perceptive woman and is fully aware of the limits of her abilities. She can also see the skill or potential in others, as well as what they must do to attain the fullness of that potential. Chieko has shown herself to be highly intellectual as she is able to memorize all the abilities of the people she's seen, along with their fighting styles and patterns. Chieko will then run countless battle scenarios to come up with the most appropriate strategy for her allies and herself, making at seems as if she was predicting the future.

- Zanjutsu (Swordsmanship):
The art of swordsmanship is one Chieko has little care but great proficiency in. Her elegant style is one normally only seen when training members of her division.

- Hohō (Agility) : Master
Chieko is highly skilled in the use of Shunpo. Though this is by no means a unique skill, as most seated officers are capable of performing it to various degrees, Chieko holds the title "Flash Goddess, because she has mastered this ability to the point where she can appear to be in several places at once. She has mastered all of the Onmitsukidō's speed-oriented techniques, such as Utsusemi.

Dash - A quick push off of the ground (or air) allows one to effectively move out of the way an incoming attack or close a distance gap between an opponent. This technique only pushes the user about 1 meter (about 3 feet) in the direction they are moving.

Jump - Shinigami are generally more capable of jumping distances that would be considered "superhuman" when they were still alive. The highest a normal Jump can reach is about 5 meters (about 16 feet).

Air Slide - Much like the Dash technique, Air Slide is initiated when the user pushes off of the ground and in a certain direction. However, Air Slide allows one to "glide" across the ground or up a steep surface.

Air Walk - The user collects spirit particles at their feet and is able to remain airborne or gain effective footing when sent flying by an opponent.

Soul Jump - The user collects a fairly large amount of spiritual energy at both of their feet then releases all of it at once, sending them flying at high speeds in a single direction. This is generally used to get a higher vantage point or to get atop of higher buildings. This technique is more effective than Jump because it can send a person 15 meters skyward.

Shunpo - A high-speed movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. The user blurs out of sight of a brief moment then reappears wherever it is that they wanted to move. It should be noted that the user of this technique CANNOT pass through matter or high concentrations of spiritual energy.

Idou Senkou - This technique is actually quite simple for those who have conditioned their body for high-speed combat movements and have a decent level of control over their reiryoku. Idou Senkou is a technique that can be used by channeling your reiryoku through a specific part of the body to increase the muscular reaction impulses so that the user may move that part of the body at speeds that rival Shunpo (Flash Step). This technique can be very tiring to the user because constantly increasing your muscle reactions strains those muscles. Even for those who are used to high speed movement find that this technique should only be used if they are having issues landing a hit on their opponent(s).

Senka - While performing a high-speed movement similar to Shunpo, the user slashes at their target. Essentially the attack happens with the unseen movement so it almost always guarantees a hit unless the opponent can avoid the attack by using another appropriate Hoho technique in response.

Seiten - This technique is almost exactly like Senka with the exception for the fact that a Kido is cast instead of the user striking their target with a weapon. So the user casts their kido spell in the instant that they use a high-speed movement similar to the Shunpo technique.

Air Skate - Essentially, this technique is a combination of Air Walk and Shunpo. The user applies air walk to hover over a surface then performs Shunpo. This technique is advanced in comparison to a normal shunpo because unlike shunpo it does not require any steps; therefore, there is no friction in the movement. So Air Skate is actually faster than Shunpo.

Utsusemi - The user moves so fast in a single instant that they leave an afterimage behind. The afterimage may even appear to have taken damage if it is injured. The afterimage may perform one action while it is available.

Rei Senkou - The user moves so fast that they are able to create 2 doppelgangers to fight alongside them for a while (two posts, including the post of activation). The doppelgangers can use anything known by the user while in existence.
