cant seem to find this anywhere so how do you get promoted in here?

Do you mean being promoted to crew in this guild? Or do you mean in general?
To be promoted in this guild, you will want to fill out an application in the Movement Crew Application thread which is located in the main forum of this guild. It is at the very top of the forum.
But if you mean for guilds in general, it pretty much varies from guild to guild. Captains and Vice Captains have the ability to promote people. Some guilds may require you to fill out an application some may just promote people based on dedication to the guild or even just your activity in the guild.
