Xaejil, as per instructions, had contacted Junko after their initial Critter conversation. She hadn't met the ghoul yet and the xenophobic paranoia inside of her rose up as she stood outside of the dorm building. What if this ghoul was strange? What if she tried to put her in something revealing? What if she wanted payment? What if this was a trap by the white coated reapers? It was plausible that as they secretly observed the world that they were tracking her movements.. trying to foil her search for the truth.. wanting to kidnap her and make her disappear like so many before.....

Of course then the part of her that was simply a young ghoul peeped up among her inner turmoil to express how she really needed to make friends and trying on dresses could be.... fun. Even if she despised this grounded, limbed body.

Thankfully she knew well enough to listen to her inner self and take the rest with restrained caution and finally after a few more minutes of walking and looking for the proper room, she knocked gently on Junko's door.

Jil peered into the room inquisitively. It was much different than her own dank dungeon of a dorm... but of course she preferred that. The minipets also garnered a bit of attention. She only had one pet and never needed to pen him in. She'd also left him back at the dorm.

"Ahh... yes I am new." Jil's eyes finally dragged back to Junko, suddenly taken by the strange way her hair seemed to be alive. Even when still she was able to pick up the subtle shifts and movement and it was contrary to all her claims that things such as hair were simply a vanity for above-ground dwellers.

"It's adequate," Jil said plainly. "No thank you. My physical needs are not lacking." She was still staring a bit at Junko on account of the hair. It just didn't move normally. Her enhanced visual awareness told her as much. "What is your species? If I may ask.."

Oh a species with more than one mouth? That made Jil smile just a little bit. She could relate to that, even just a little bit. "That's very interesting. I haven't heard of you but our culture is very..." She had many words, all of them demeaning to others, "private. I'm a Beholder. This humanoid form for me is... completely foreign." She held out her arms. "We are, well, floating eye monsters? I suppose most would describe us as such." There was a slight sneer at the simple explanation. It at least helped to describe why there were eyes all over her clothing.

"So as you can tell I do not exactly have a large wardrobe or one adequate for formal events." The dress she wore seemed more like a coat overtop of some lacey underskirts and some sort of body suit. Except for her face there wasn't an inch of skin showing. "I will pay you what I can for your assistance." Jil's cheeks pinked just a bit, eyes dropping at the thought of lack of funds.

Being poor was a bit of a cultural embarassment for the ghoul.

She did have some seeds. Perhaps she should begin looking into getting one of those jobs. "That isn't necessary ah.. I do have some money to pay with."

Junko asked about the eye theme but honestly Jil had no sense for fashion. "It doesn't have to be. This is merely my default look. Similar to my natural form. But you are free to design it as you like. I'm sure you have a better sense of this than I do." She ran her hands over the skirt which she wore over a neck to toe bodysuit. "I prefer full coverage. If possible.." One more she glanced away, almost embarrassed, but there was a stubbornness about it. As if she was ashamed to be ashamed.

"Yes please." Jil said politely. As if to further explain she fiddled with the collar of her dress. Hidden buttons became undone but it was soon clear that even when she peeled it off, the flared ruffled bottom also attached to it, underneath she wore a bodysuit in the same pattern that still went up to her neck.

"I have sensitive skin." That was a lie. "I also can wear long gloves.. and high boots." She snapped the edge of one of her gloves as an example. "Is that.. enough to work with?" Jil knew nothing about clothes and slid the coat-dress back over her shoulders again.

Jil was actually fascinated by the ghoul's hair. Jil didn't really make an attempt not to stare because well.. seeing was part of her deal anyway.

"Yes.. ah.. of course." She stood up as straight as she could and lifted her arms in the demonstrated way. "Not sensitive skin though. I am covered in eyes." She said it bluntly though her gaze shifted uncomfortably. "In my natural form I am.. well, all eyes. Is there a way for you to incorporate sheer fabrics?"

Upon close inspection, her body suit was made out of something similar to halloween mask eye holes. It was black, but could be seen through from the inside.

Jil watched Junko's hair with reserved amazement. The amount of articulation she could manage was rather impressive. Of course anytime Junko was close enough to possibly see through the fabric of her bodysuit, she'd find an eye would open there, all different colors and shapes, before closing once more out of convenience.

"Ah.. umm.." What wouldn't she want? Fashion was pretty much the last thing she'd ever worried about. "I'm afraid I am at a loss. I don't know anything about clothes.." Her cheeks pinked to about the same shade as her horns. "So I trust your judgement?" Stated as a question, Jil had a very unsure expression.
