Where you realize the fact that you're level thirty and haven't been spending enough time herding cattle and thus cannot craft any books for the sake of creating an enchantment library.
Because for some reason, Minecraft has made the decree that all books need to be leatherbound. It's like they're trying to force vegetarians to kill cows.
So now I need to come up with an effective design for an animal farm.
What'd be the most interesting way to hold these beings which I literally intend to abuse for their skin?
I make a neat little farm with a 4x4 hole ( 25 blocks deep ) in the middle of the farm, covered in trap doors, but arranged to the point where it has two openings to fall in, one on each side.
Get two cows in the farm, breed them (with wheat), and when it either gets too overcrowded/you just want some leather/its time for those useless creatures to die, then open the trapdoors and either attract them into the hole somehow or hit them in, and when you're done, go down (somehow, make an alternate entrance of some sort) and collect your loots. :L
Or just simply trap them, breed them, murder a parent and force the child and remaining parent to breed. :v
either way is fine I GUESS.
EDIT: or just find a village and break the bookcases there.
or find the stronghold area, it has A HUGE library.
