Driving his bike across an old path covered in snow was a bit hazardous, but he'd driven it enough times before that he had no issue with the light terrain changes on the path. Finally coming to a stop at the eastern entrance to the base, which was partially covered in snow, he'd take out his laptop. Pulling up a small program, he'd send out a data packet burst, then put the laptop back in his bag. Waiting about ten seconds, one of the two very thick concrete doors would start to slide back just far enough for him to comfortably drive his bike in, which he would do so, and then hit the button on the inside for closing the door. There wasn't one to open the door, that required a code since he'd moved in. Driving down the tunnel, in considerably warmer temperatures, although it was a mere 10ºC inside, it felt a lot warmer than outside, the thick doors and walls in all sections provided great insulation against the cold outside. Especially since he kept most of the place sealed.
After a short ride, Caleb would arrive at the place he'd left the ship. He'd put quite a lot of effort into it over the past two months, especially on that cannon. It'd been very tricky since many of the parts had needed replaced, but he'd been able to handle it. Driving the bike up into the ship's right hanger, where his mobile suit was stored, he'd park it in it's usual place. He'd be ready to go right as soon as he re-enabled the ship's locomotion system. Packing up all the things he had into the ship had already been done. Cutting off the motor of his bike, Caleb would move into the interior of the ship.
