Not much is known about Hideo, his mother, his father, all of this information has been lost to time. However, it is understood that he was likely born in the Hidden Rain village, but was brought to Oto with his parents during a time of strife. While he may have been abandoned, he still maintains a strong personality, fighting hard and long, and remaining, for the most part, happy.
He excelled through the ninja academy and passed with flying colours, and now only wishes to help Oto prosper with his prowess in fighting.
