Got a few questions:
-What is the commitment level? Every episode, every other episode, when we're able to, etc.?
-If there's overlap in ideas, how will that be resolved? Joint operation, perhaps?
-Is there a comprehensive benefits package, and how many vacation days do we get? Also, what is the match percentage for the 401k?
-Excellent question! Points for bulleting them. As far as commitment level goes, that depends on what you're looking for. If you want to be on the panel, mostly, you'll be expected to be on usually every show, if not every other. I'm thinking of having two shows a month. But, I try my best to schedule episodes that work best with everyone's schedules, another reason I want to find people more committed to being an active part of the show, itself. But, I know that not everyone can participate that way, so I'll also be looking for people who want to write. This could be more of a weekly thing, but it really doesn't take much to write an informative article about something G-Fedding related. That being said, writers can be on the show on request, just like how people on the show might put out a story or two, every so often. This is more designed to improve the community by promoting more exposure about current events, than it is to be a rigid newcast.
-That being said, should people have the same idea, I'm all for people collaborating or working something mutually beneficial out with one another. In the end, it's about getting the information out there to the people, so I don't think we'll see any big struggles over who gets to do what. That being said, we don't want to oversaturate our coverage with just one facet of G-Fedding news, so I'd hope that this draws in enough creative-minded people that we won't have such issues as thinking alike.
-You know...I don't even think I offer health insurance.
