Anything you aren't sure of, just jot it down in this thread and I(or someone else that may have the answer) will get back to you. Q:Do leaders of the Resistance or Doverie have to be Legendaries? Or can they be "normal" Pokemorphs too?
A:Leaders can be any sort of pokemon; however, legendary pokemon cannot be in any other rank. An exception may be made, but you must PM me on the matter. Q:What exactly are the different teams on the two sides, is it like in the military where the different groups are part of the whole and if so what is the leading group?
A:That's exactly it. The leading power is the unity of the military body as a while, the skin that holds it all together. They are what steps in when things need managed and make all final decisions on matters.If you think of it like pokemon rescue team (as cheesy as it sounds), they are the rukario of the military ranks; what the rest of the groups look up to.Q:Are we allowed more than one character?
A:Yes, but you must be capable of handling them all. Also, only one can be a leader. Have to share guys, sorry.Q:What is the post length requirement?
A:I don't cover it very well in the rules, but I hate requiring a length because I know we all have different skill sets. Two is preferred, but as long as you have one strong paragraph for others to build off of, you should be set.Q:Can we make characters not mentioned in the groups listing?
A:Definitely! That list is for the pokemorphs that are protecting their own ideas and the others that may, or may not, think the same. Think of the island as a split nation, the gladly oppressed and those fighting against it. There are others in the mix as well that aren't in the official positions that can help out too where they can or step aside to watch. Every good play needs an audience, just this is an interactive play. Make what you think fits best for you and the role play.Q:What are the roles for a field worker and a misc.?
A:Field workers don't do much within the base, besides maybe go through paperwork that relates to their job outside where the "wild" pokemorphs are. They do many things, interacting with the pokemorphs and gathering data from them. Pretty much doing the indoor lab work outdoors. You can improvise the work and manipulate the field worker's role how you please, it is pretty wide open.
The misc. subdivision is whatever work is done inside, or, like Tono suggested that there could be a sponsor/supporter of the scientist, which would also fit in that category. It's for the human roles that my tiny limited imagination can't handle.

Legendary just are reserved for leaders only. Your absol can be a leader if you want it to be, just tell me which one so I can reserve a spot.

There are different divisions of the two groups, the leading power's captain is taken but the leading spots in all of the other divisions are still open. Here
