As she stepped out onto the busy New York street, Sasha took a moment to run through the itinerary once more. Her plan had been to go to a barber shop across town, but the second shop she'd looked at was much closer. So that was where she led them. The Fifth Avenue Barbershop was fairly empty. Sasha slipped in (without holding the door open) and waited for someone to realize she'd arrived. (I just realized the place she wanted to take them specialized in textured hair, and Jerry.. unless you want braids n' fades...............................))

Candace was impressed that Sasha knew where she was going, she knew nothing about New York or where anything was. She caught the door to the barbershop before it could close on them, shooting Sasha a look as she held the door open for Jerry behind her. Rude. She knew you had better manners than that, Sasha.

Jerry was growing increasingly nervous, glancing down the street they had just come from as they stepped into the barber shop, "How far from Broadway do you think we are?"

Sasha had done so much research on this trip. Too much research. Waaaaay too much.
"Too far. You and Candace can go to Broadway another time."
Sasha cleared her throat again. A dashing little dark-haired man came around the corner, and Sasha gave him a toothy sort of smile.
"He needs a haircut and a hot shave with the works, please. Although.. I suppose we need to decide on a style, first?"
Sasha glanced at Jerry and gave him a slow, steady smile.
"Short, yes?"

Jerry paled. "I.. I don't know about SHORT short, I don't um. Havethehairlineforthat..." He cleared his throat, tugging at his unkempt bangs anxiously.

"We don't have to come up with a style first, it's not like we're preparing Jerry for a special event or anything. Just an every day haircut that looks good on him." Candace chuckled and combed her fingers through Jerry's hair before she gave his shoulder an affectionate squeeze. "They're professionals, Jerry. They'll know better what to do with your hair better than me or Sasha," she assured him, giving the girl a pleasant smile. She turned her attention to the man who had come for them, patting Jerry's shoulder. "His hair is too long and scruffy, I worry it will get too bothersome where he works if he grows it out any longer. Just do whatever you think is best, sir. We trust you." There may have been a very slight emphasis on that you. Very, very slight.
Sorry, Sasha. She's not letting you control everything.
"We are just here to accompany him, we'll be fine watching." The girl was given a far too sweet smile. "Right, Sasha?"
She won't be happy.
I don't give a s**t. Jerry's not her little pet. Atropos' chuckle filled her head.
She's going to hate you by the end of this.
Candace's smile simply grew. She said nothing.

Sasha merely watched Candace act like an overly affectionate mother before she stepped back and crossed her arms over her chest. She said nothing, one brow arcing just the slightest. Her mouth remained a flat line. Sasha wasn't stupid - she knew exactly what Candace was doing. It was irritating, yes, but Sasha was not going to act like a spoiled child who wasn't getting her way.
Even though she wanted to.
"Whatever Jerry wants. In fact, why don't we just let Jerry decide what happens the rest of the trip?" She gave Candace and Jerry both a slow, toothy smile before taking a seat, mildly folding her hands in her lap. "Go on, then, Jerry. Do whatever you like."

"I uh... um!" Jerry wobbled, face red from Candace's petting before glancing to Sasha's quiet pout masked in a smile. "W-well, I... S-sasha had... had a plan and um-"
For such a disheveled man to be escorted by two lovely women, many heads were already turning to stare at them.

It took so much self control not to laugh at Sasha. So. Much. She was acting like a child. Candace settled on clearing her throat to force it back and looked away from both Sasha and Jerry so they wouldn't see her grin. "No, I'm not saying Jerry decides. This wonderfully helpful man will do the work for us. It won't kill you to let a professional do what he's good at instead of two women who only think they know what's best." Candace turned to Jerry. "Mm, yes, well plans change." She gave him a warm smile and placed her hand behind Jerry's back, gently guiding him toward the man who would be cutting his hair. "Go on, relax, enjoy being pampered. Sasha and I are big girls, we can deal."
She then turned to Sasha, looking as pleased as the cat who ate the canary, and sat in the open seat beside her. She crossed one leg over the other, mimicking the girl by folding her hands in her lap as well. "You're unhappy~." Candace didn't sound at all remorseful.

"Unhappy? Hardly. Hardly unhappy." Sasha picked at a piece of invisible lint before leaning back in her seat. "Jerry wanted assistance. I offered it. That's why I'm here. You think this is some sort of a game? It isn't."
Sasha shrugged her shoulders and gazed in the direction that the barber had taken Jerry.
"If I find this to be a waste of my time, I'll have to leave. I have other things that require my attention. I do not have the inclination to sit around engaging in verbal warfare with you. That is not what I am here for. I am here for Jerry. I am here to introduce structure back into Jerry's life because that is what he needs. That is what he wants."
Sasha shot Candace a cool look, complete with a smooth smile that showed far too many teeth.
"Then again, I am sure you know best."

Candace wanted to roll her eyes. She resisted by some miracle. "No, I don't think it's a game." Look at little Miss Sasha. Look at her get worked up and defensive over one thing not going her way. "Mm, yes. And structure is you telling him how fast to blink and what parts of his body should move when he breathes?" Candace asked cheerfully, not even slightly worried about Sasha feeling like she was wasting her time.
"I'm not engaging in anything, Sasha. I simply think that, while your choice in glasses was excellent, the barber knows better what to do with Jerry's hair than you, myself or even Jerry. I have what I find aesthetically pleasing, you have your tastes, Jerry has.." Candace stopped and made a face. She glanced toward Jerry and the barber before shuddering and turning back to Sasha. "Anyway, it's just hair. After this you can do whatever you like." She was being honest, Candace had simply found it so fun to test Sasha's patience.
Such a cute little girl.
"Don't forget, I'm also here for Jerry. What's after this? Was it the clothes or was it Eve?"

Sasha arched an eyebrow.
"It's whatever Jerry wants it to be - or you, whichever."
Sasha waved her hand. It was obvious that she was out of patience entirely, and it was also obvious that she had nothing else to say on the matter. She reached for a magazine and idly flipped through the pages.

Jerry nervously listened to the conversation from the shampooing station. It was difficult to concentrate on his chatty hair dresser. He couldn't quite pick up anything, but the passive-agressive quiet chattering and all that smiling was making him increasingly anxious.
"Woo-whatever I did, I'm sorry!!" He shouted from his chair.
Sasha was mad. He couldn't tell if he was being paranoid, or if she really was, but it wasn't anything he had done, was it? She had insinuated the other night when she had given him that bottle. He fidgeted as they rinsed. He certainly hoped that was still on the table. He had done everything he could- maybe he should have invited Jordan, but Jordan didn't get along well with Sasha either and, well... he was damned either way.

Candace simply rolled her eyes and chuckled, finding Jerry with the barber and giving him a friendly wave when she caught him looking her and Sasha's way. She had nothing else to say..yet.
Goodness, she was having more fun than she thought she would.

"You didn't do anything wrong, Jerry. Start thinking about where you'd like to go after this, mm?"
Sasha didn't lift her eyes from the magazine she was leafing through.
