Personality: Hana is a sweet, caring, and passionate girl. She loves art, especially manga, and draws on anything that you will let her.She loves to meet new people due to her travels and will stick up for anyone who is being troubled. Hana is a young woman who is always willing to give advice and is not afriad to speak her mind. Due to the events in her past life, Hana has developed a bit of an inferiority complex to the senshi and will act very hostile towards them, especially Sailor Moon.

Personal History: Hana is the younger sister of Mamoru Chiba in both present and past. In her past life, she was known as Princess Rosalyn, the younger and loyal sister of Prince Endymion. She adored her brother for his bravery and chivarly and strived to help him with whatever he needed in hopes of ruling beside him. However, their father who only entrust her to one task: to watch over and protect the rose gardens near the palace from enemies. As she watched over the , she tended to grow envious of the freedom and responsbility Endymion held. Seeing how it affected his sister, Endymion would stop by often to spend time with his beloved sister. As time went on, Endymion's visits became scattered and he was often late to have lunch with Rosalyn. Whenever she would ask if he was ok, he would always evade the question and continued as if nothing happened raising Rosalyn's concern for her brother. During one day while Endymion was out, Rosalyn abandoned her post to see if her beloved brother was really alright. It was on that day that she learned of the relationship between him and the moon princess Serenity. Deeply hurt that Endymion would keep a secret that big from his trusted sister, Rosalyn started to grow untrusting of the other princess in her brother's life, believing that she was trying to steal his attention away from her and his people. Although she knew the truth, she continued to smile and help her brother with whatever he needed, feeling as if she would never good enough for her brother to tell her of his forbidden love. On a day were Endymion had forgotten about their lunch, Rosalyn strolled sadly through the gardens and tended to them. While she was tending to them, she found a badly wounded and unconscious cat with bright orange fur and a bright moon on it's forehead. Feeling sorry for the poor creature, she took it with her and started to feed it and heal it's wounds. As she tended to the cat's wounds, she noticed that it was starting to wake up. The cat thanked the princess for her overwhelming kindness in his time of need and introduced himself as Apollo. The following days after, Apollo and Rosalyn began to grow as close friends who would tell each other everything and spend time together until Apollo had to leave to tend to business with his family. On the same day, Rosalyn was walking throughout the kingdom and stumbled across Beryl as she planned to kill Serenity and Endymion. Horrified and deeply worried about her brother, she dashed to find the young lovers to warn them. Unfortunately, Beryl was able to reach her first and killed the young princess. As the princess drew her dying breath, the final words she could hear was "Now imagine if your brother had fallen in love with one of his own..."

On the fateful day in 20th century Tokyo when Mamoru and their parents were involved in the car accident, Hana was under the care of a family friend, Shīrudo Chikyuno. Upon hearing the news, Shirudo mourned her friends and made a promise to watch after Hana as her own child under the impression that Mamoru had died along with his parents. Shortly after the accident, Shirudo adopted Hana as her daughter and left to live abroad as a famous artist. As Hana grew up, she and Shirudo would live in various places ranging from Italy to America. Growing up and watching the woman she believed to be her mother, Hana fell in love with art and drawing, aspiring to create beautiful works of art. While they had been staying in America, Shirudo had received some news that shocked her completely but when Hana asked her, she would always assure her that it was nothing to worry about. In the following days, Shirudo had been acting weirder and weirder until finally on Hana's 16th birthday, Shirudo told her the news that had shocked her. Hana's brother was still alive in Tokyo. It was on that day that Hana learned that Shirudo was in fact her foster mother and that her parents had both died in an accident. The same accident that her brother had survived. Feeling upset and betrayed that the woman she considered her mother would keep such a big secret such as this, Hana started to withdraw from Shirudo for a time. She finally forgave Shirudo after her mother told her her reasonings for hiding the truth from Hana. She also revealed that they were to move back to Tokyo so Shirudo could open up a school for exceptionally gifted students. Overjoyed at hearing the news, Hana quickly packed and made plans to meet the older brother she never knew she had. Once she had arrived in Tokyo, she settled in nicely with her mother. One day while she was walking the streets of Tokyo, she was welcomed with the sight of an injured cat with orange fur being attacked by a dog prompting her to chase the dog away so she could check on the cat, who introduced himself as Apollo and told Hana about her past life as a princess and scout. Talking to Apollo made Hana remember everything about her past life and her brother, Endymion.
