- Character Personality Arturo is somewhat harsh person to just about everyone, friend or foe. He often finds company, whether it's good or bad, to be something along the lines of a bother. Arturo is also a relatively poor team player, often not concerning himself with his allies health unless it is absolutely vital. Almost as if to contradict his own existence though, is the fact he has a fair amount of vanity, complaining about how long it took him to make sure he looked good enough to fight and other unrelated things. This does not seem to interfere with his judgmental, somewhat sadistic and spiteful attitude towards anyone else who may be within the vicinity to receive his wrath and reprimanding.

- Bio: Arturo admittedly does not remember much about his human life. As a hollow, one can find their memories scattered by hunger and eventually they lose all sense of their once cherished memories, memories that drove them to become they beasts that the Shinigami call hollows. In his long, long life, Arturo has lost them to the endless sands that sweep over Hueco Mundo and throughout the course of life, hidden just beneath the surface of eternity's events. As a hollow, Arturo found himself almost infinitely hungry. He was created a very long time ago, of that he knows for certain. At Hueco Mundo's creation, Arturo was there. he lived before it too, but only as a hollow struggling to survive. He found himself a path into what would later be the Hollows' home and the Human world and began to feed. He could be as greedy as he wanted. Shinigami, the eternal pox that hollows had to suffer against, would always lose him when he skipped realms. It was the perfect existence. He could be infinitely strong. And that was what Arturo became.
Using this portal back in forth between the newly created Hueco Mundo, Arturo was left undisturbed. He had no idea where it came from, it didn't use to exist, and he had no idea why he rarely ever ran into others like himself there. That didn't stop him though. He devoured dozens of souls a day. If he ever ran into another hollow he would fight it, luring it back to the place he could disappear to and then ambush it, devouring it. He must have eaten at least a two dozen other hollows with this method alone and a few more that resided almost permanently in Hueco Mundo. It was truly glorious. He began to feel that, if done properly, he could endlessly devour any soul he wanted without ever getting caught. Arturo was right to think this, as he did just that. Before long, he became something else, something beyond hollow. He became an Arrancar. Stronger than his meat headed brethren and smarter by far, he utilized his new found strength to wander Hueco Mundo and devour the hollows that he came across. They were often like him or slightly less so, and they were often much tastier and filling than the meager souls he could scrap up elsewhere. He did this for centuries, evolving faster than any hollow he could run across. He was taking leaps and bounds across the ladder of Hollow power. It was astounding. That's when it happened. He began to see people that weren't him in the realm of Hueco Mundo. They were Shinigami, that blasphemous pox that killed people like him. What was his response? Devour them. Not greedily, no. He had too much sense for that. He followed those that appeared and before they left would nab one or two of them and eat them on the spot. Arturo was painstakingly careful about it too, making sure return for their allies was not an option. Eventually such actions were noticed and it became even too dangerous for that so he took to hiding, only feasting on other hollows or the bodies of the weakened or nearly dead hollows and Shinigami he had enough luck to come across. But his life was only starting here.
He watched events unfold that no one would believe. From the rise and fall of the Espada created in the future. He watched Hueco Mundo become a hellscape. It was sickening. The man that Arturo had become decided to step out from the shadows and stop it. His perfect world was being threatened and he intended to stop the scum and wipe them all from the face of the world. He went on a rampage, decimating just about everything that came across his path, rumors soon spread around about a powerful and nigh unstoppable Arrancar. Hueco Mundo saw light for the first time as Arturo's fires ravaged the sandy realm, burning the ground to a crimson stained glass. He felt alive, on top of the world, and nothing would bring him down from the top. Almost nothing that is.
During his inhuman rampage, he ran across a lone figure on the dunes several times. He never knew nor cared what it was because it always ran from him when it realized he was in the area. Eventually, it became disconcerting. This thing was appearing more and more and starting to thwart Arturo's plans. Deciding whatever it was could in fact be stopped, he abruptly changed course on the march for more blood and ran into the figure. Definitely human, definitely not friendly, Arturo engaged it in a fierce battle. Although the battle raged on, seemingly without end, Arturo found himself matched by this thing. It was... terrifying. Nothing could even stand up to him before. What was more, this thing had such intimate knowledge of what was coming, it might as well have been him! Several days went by and the two man war kept going. It was ridiculous, so much so, the two fighters began taking nightly breaks just to continue this insane, endless brawl. As the fight raged on, the weird opponent's power began to corrupt Arturo. Although he suffered no immediate or noticeable physical changes, not even mental changes, things did in fact change. His zanpakuto, exposed again and again to the weird energies given off by his foe, the odd, ageless techniques, began to change. It's guard took on a different shape and he knew not why. His release phrase was the same, although he noticed that his Ressurrecion changed too. He used to be such a terrifying mass of flame that many foes who stuck to the fight would run in fear, but now he had a lone, solitary wing made of his own compressed energy. It was like those weird bow users he had run across in his travels before he devoured them to taste their souls. But to the extent of his knowledge, that had been it. And even then, his guard occasionally changed back the next day, although his Ressurrecion stayed forever altered.
Arturo finally lost. On his knees and beaten, he found himself looking up into familiar, amber colored eyes. For a moment, he thought he lost to himself, but deemed it impossible. Nothing like that could happen. Arturo was wrong, something like that, rather, something related to that train of thought, could in fact happen.
The person seized Arturo by the arm and opened some kind of rift. It looked weird and wrong, not like any he'd ever used or seen being used. He didn't like the way it looked in the slightest, but he couldn't fight back as he was dragged in. With not a clue what was going on as they traveled, Arturo decided to make a heavy gamble. Wrenching himself free with the last bit of strength he could absolutely muster, Arturo began to tumble through time and space without a guide. The man who grabbed him, although appearing surprised, did not go back for the weakened Arrancar, leaving him to free fall in this seemingly endless void. Out of energy, Arturo passed out deeming himself dead at this point.
You see, although he did not know this, Arturo had the misfortune of garnering the attention of the Time Rogues. On their rise back to power, the began to notice an energy that dated back to their last attempt on the Seiretei and tracked it down. Although it took them hundreds of years to do it, they found Arturo three hundred years after the discovery of Hueco Mundo by the Shinigami. Their intent was to use him to their advantage, use him to prove their dominance, but Arturo was fierce minded and would not fall. When he finally began to fade, the agent took the chance and failed at keeping hold of him, only making it back to the defeat of the Time Rogues but right to the start of Hueco Mundo. And the travel did not leave Arturo unaffected. He had several traits most Arrancar did not. His unusual Ressurrecion being one of them. And when he awoke in the freshly made Hueco Mundo, he realised that his zanpakuto had changed. Not the whole thing, just the guard, going from its original ex shaped guard into one the shape of an hourglass but he had not a clue as to why or how.... He thought that was how it always was.
Not letting this stop him or whatever had happened, Arturo continued on for the next three hundred years. His memory had truly been scrambled. The time walk was too much and he lost his memory of the future. It wasn't because of trauma, he didn't become pained or frustrated. Arturo couldn't remember it because it hadn't happened yet. Instead, he took up where he left off, training and hiding in the shadows like he had before, the time wound left in his head letting him remember that's what he had done before. Keeping with the consistent oddity that plagued him, he still merely thought that was the first time he decided to hide. However, when the realm of Hueco Mundo was discovered again, he found himself a place, he found the Espada. Violently climbing the ranks like a wild fire devours forests, he finally burned out at the rank of Tercera, sated for now but always a threat to those around him. And this time, although he cannot remember a time before this one, he's more violent and much more ready to burn anything to a crisp should it threaten his perfect life.
