__________This thread will describe all characters that are important to our meta-plot, side plot and for shop business. This will include staff and player controlled Pae'il and Fairies.

:[ Definitions ]:

• Aquatl - water fairies, also the type of fairy a Naiad Mellon is
  
• Avalon - earth fairies, also the type of fairy most Mellons are
  
• Faerie (pl. Faeries) - a rare type of magical Pae'il. Only included in this definition list to show the different spellings indicate different species on Telrunya.
  
• Fairy (pl. fairies) - the little sprite-like creatures that also inhabit Telrunya. There are a few different types, including Avalon (earth), Aquatl (water) and Mellon (companion). (Note the different spelling from the Pae'il type Faerie.)
  
• Hallowed - an earned RP stage following Adult which is considered a powered-up stage and often corresponds with a Pae'il receiving an important job or role in the meta plot.
  
• IPC (Important Plot Character) - These are Pae created for a specific purpose and part in the meta plot. It is important that they are played by competent, literate, and reliable players, otherwise we have to reassign them. In cases of schedule conflicts, they will require a back-up player in case of RP Event. Staff may reassign IPCs if they feel the player is not portraying the character true to the plot. They also require RP activity outside of RP events. There is a certain level of micromanagement from Teigra that comes with playing an IPC. IPCs cannot become Luminaries, unless it's part of their individual plot.
  
• Luminary - the final stage of Pae'il evolution; very few will actually reach this level. It will take dedication, patience and a willing contribution to the plot to even be considered. Only Hallowed Pae'il are eligible, and we will only choose from among those who are competently, literately and responsibly RP'd.
  
• NPC (Non-Player Character) - These are the Pae who are too powerful and too important to the plot for one assigned player. Typically these Pae'il are used for facilitating events, leading important plot arcs or for interjecting in RP to get it steered back on track. Any staff member may control an NPC.
  
• Plot Role - this is defined as a role important to our plot. Roles such as members of Rais Circle, Knights of the Order of the Light

Guardian Iris:

Description: One of the most honored of the Avalon Fae, Iris is the Messanger of the Guardians' themselves. She moves between their plane of existence and that of the Pae'il, delivering messages and snooping keeping watch on the Pae'il for the Guardians. She is also the Mellon of the Planeswalker Guardian, Liliana, which is how she got the power to travel between planes.
Role: Mainly official posts, and delivery of messages from the Guardians.

Role: He isn't really an active character; only used to deliver packages for events with grams.

Millie, the Faerie of Life:
Keywords: kind, compassionate, grandma
Description: Millie is the Faerie that creates the potion that allows Pae'il to breed. She is everything a stereotypical sweet old grandmother would be.
She also is best friends with Kalandandra and has been known to overindulge in the 'sauce'.

Potion Master Kaladandra:
Keywords: smart, arrogant, crazy, mischievous, impatient
Description: Kaladandra was born a mage. She was born under the star of magic, and that is her lot in life. She is of Avalon, and due to her birthright she holds a special place in the community of Fae. She is their main Potion Crafter. She brews everything from healing salves to love potions, and does not bat an eye at even the toughest of mixtures. She can often come off as stolid, a bit cold, and usually caught up in her work. The truth of the matter, however, is she's actually very friendly, Kalandandra just has a hard time expressing herself outside of the lab.
Role: She is mostly associated with powers potions, but basically anything dealing with potions will have her hand in it someway.
Player: All staff are free to play her.
