Ugh, okay, here we go. This announcement, god kill me, is directed towards half of you that borderline retarded. basically, the way you guys go about this rp guild just spells 'imbecile'. Okay, let's start off with something very simple.
This is a ******** school. A ******** academy. There is a uniform. there are rules. In normal academies, you don't see PEOPLE THROWING KNIFES AT THE TEACHER. You don't see STUDENTS WANTING TO DO NOTHING BUT KILL. Seriously, if you wanted to kill someone, you wouldn't be in this school. Act like ******** high school/university students. If you need help, look at Grim Grimoire...or, I don't know! Something!
Second of all, this is planet Earth. MODERN planet earth. Or perhaps 20 years in the future. But that's not a lot! It's just 20 years. At most, the only things that would have advanced any or means of transportation. You know, switching from gas to solar. Something like that. We don't have aliens or space ships or any of that. Some of you are stating you were from places that I've never even heard of. Dude...be from someplace normal. The Nurse is French, her family lives in Italy. Her mother is French, her father is French. Her parents met in a museum, and had a child. They both were Sirens. The Headmaster, I think he's Scottish. We've got people here that are from Planet 51. There's something wrong here.
Okay. This next one is the actual important one.
Half of you can't read, or write. For those of you who can't read, this just means you totally looked at the rules and thought 'Wtf is this? What's it say? i can't understand Japanese characters man." You just, oh, i don't know, looked at the first character (a number) and thought the rest would be in Japanese? No, read the rules or Iswear to god I will gladly PM you with a rant before kicking your lazy a** out of the guild. Read the rules. At least 2 paragraphs. 5 sentences. I don't want any run-off sentences or retarded a** paragraphs.
For those of you who can't write:
Put a ******** SPACE after each period and each comma. OR ELSE IT LOOKS WRONG AND OUT EYES GET CONFUSED. Hence, we just don't want to read you posts.
Also, for that one girl who failed to put "Out of Character" into acronyms, it's "OOC" and not "Occ". Jesus christ.
Also, to the same girl, spell correctly. OH AND ALSO TO THE SAME GIRL: Why is post of your post things we don't even look at? Weapons and s**t. Your picture is too big. And it isn't even anime. It's some retarded playstation game picture.
Speaking of pictures, a lot of you really don't know what to do with them. For one, when making a character skeleton, the picture must be in the form of a link and not a picture. There shouldn't be any pictures in your character skeleton. It's a waste of space. Also a waste of space is how big some of your pictures are when you roleplay. I would gladly point you guys out. It is really so hard to use photobucket to make it smaller? Maybe add a little border as well, like in Takao's posts? Something like that. Also: pictures must be anime. ******** anime, are you listening? ANIME. Look at Zerochan.net. Look at some character pictures: Elizabeth Ailes, Solstice or Lucian Steele, Takao. All those pictures were taken off of Zerochan.net. Look how pretty they are. If you need help using Zerochan.net, then ask for it. Don't get in trouble because you are too lazy or want to use some crap engine like Google Images. I'm serious, they are total and utter crap.
Use races that are common. We've got so many different things. Also, make sure they are humaniod. There was this one girl (Hazel, Haley, something like that) that was half a snake and huge breasts. She wasn't even anime. No. Your character must have human appendages. Or else, she wouldn't have been accepted into the school. The school is for those who want to live in the human world. The school teaches to use your powers to blend in with humans, and perhaps use your powers without the humans realizing it. Peace, you know? And here we are with half of you wanting to kill everyone in sight and hating humans and school and s**t. What the ******** is wrong with you? Listen it's okay if they have a 'Demon" form or can shapeshift. But one form must be human. Sirens are ******** fish, but they look human, right? Werewolves are hairy as s**t, but they can look human, right? Vampires, Lycanthropes, Sirens, Warlocks, Kistunes. They can all appear human. But please. Have some common sense. Also: Skin colors. We can't have magical races walking in public with gray skin. Ha, ******** no. Your sorry a** would be shot in the middle of the street just because of how retarded you look. ******** queer.
I've not done yet.
People, use a past tense third person point of view. It's annoying to my brain when i am used to everyone being in third person and then you pop up out of nowhere like "I sit down at the table, pulling out my notebook. I look across the room and my eyes meet another ******** NO.

Yeah there are rule breakers here and there but,when you single people out b***h you have a problem.  *raises hand, as if in a class* I'm guessing there are several idiots here giving you a hard time. *wipes sweat* I've never seen anyone that angry in a gaia guild. Ouch. Its a good thing I have posted yet otherwise id be guilty as hell. People should be writing in third person, and past tense but I swear no one follows that. Some people write in first person, as a habit, others don't.
As for the out of character...I suppose its a habit thing. When I started rping sometime last May, I saw people putting occ, or oh chaotic cat...stuff like that. I personally use oh crappity crap and at this point its not because we don't know what it means, but because we made a mistake and we're too lazy to correct. Not to be disrepectful, but in those terms, just ignore it. I do it and its not cause I can't spell (because I am an idiot) but its out of habit and because oh crappity crap makes me happy. If you know what it means then don't blow a blood vessel over it. I'm sure if you check barton town rps, you'll see it still. Habit; not intending to murder you over it.
As for those not posting links, you need to check the accepted profiles. I personally saw full images, not links posted there. Naturally, after checking profiles, people assume that what is accepted will always be accepted. n** the buds of wrong profiles and no one will have an excuse. I personally follow rules (unless I forget). But others will look at how things are done, and how they are responded to, then follow it, thinking its not a problem. Trust me, I was a rp leader/mod several times and I've noticed this, even with the ooc. If people can mimic, they'll do that over reading rules.
My suggestion is to do what you're doing and reenforce the rules. What you should do is fix the errors in stuff that's been passed over until now. I doubt you'll have any problem with me, minus the ooc thing, because I know what its like to lead these rps, but to ensure that the bakas in here get the message, just delete the mistakes you've seen. Including the acepted profiles/list of chars with the images...if there's anything I've done wrong (which I doubt, as I've only made suggestions thus far) let me know and ill see to it that its fixxed...so not to let you burst an artery. That can be fatal.

I don't understand this girl. Look here, Matrix. She is not whack. She is speaking out common sense. I, myself, have been upset and stressed with almost half of the guild members with their role playing skills. If you're upset then go ahead and confront them but if they think that way about you, you got to think for a minute why they're upset. The main core of what sucks about your role playing. It is simply how you work it. Now, you can s**t talk all you want but that isn't going to change anything. Just accept it and try to improve yourself. Now stop sucking on your pacifier and man/woman it up. I ain't your momma or your daddy. I'm just your guild master or aka the BOSS, who helps people improve with role playing and continues to have role players enjoy role playing. Do you understand?

Pharaoh Misa, but most people stick with Misa. I understood, was creeped out by it, but I went on and obeyed. Thing is, a lot of people have only been members; not leaders. I've been both, more member than leader. The member me was furious, with your PM and the recent annoucement. Like really? The F-bomb was only use twleve hundred times? And what about those of us listening? emotion_donotwant
The leader me understood where you guys were coming from. You're annoyed and perhaps you're trying to make this better than the last time so you don't shut down or have to restart. So instead of losing my head and ranting back as a member, but also not ranting about bakas like a leader I use them both. I understand our faults as members and your faults as leaders. s**t happens. Then you have a choice: yell about it, leave it, or, and this is my favorite, clean it up. Its your guild and I'm not a mod, but if you guys want to keep members as well as getting this up the way you want it compromise is the best route. Do what you feel is best, but seriously...reenforcing and getting rid of past mistakes are the best routes.
In addition, now that my char is accepted, I've been waiting further plotting acceptance and I've been following your last annoucement. Unfortunately that thread regects me. So I've made my own thread. Ill be posting my attendance thhere.

Ha ha ha, um so about the attendance thread, topic, thing. Well, I locked it during the week and forgot to open it up mid Saturday last week. I am terribly sorry and I didn't mean to do that. Simple mistake of forgetting. You can either post your attendance in your own thread or back in the original if you wish. As long as I know that you're still participating in the guild, I'm happy.

Judging from the Pandemonium, I think maybe there should be something like a Disciplinary Committee in the school, to regulate the chaos that you guys are always talking about. Though, In my perspective, role-play's about doing things that you wouldn't normally be able to do in reality so, I guess you got to give them an outlet for there blood-lust.
