A brown haired woman opens her brand new restaurant/bar and enters it, her belongings in a suitcase in her hand. After a few years of barkeeping training and business management, her dreams have finally been realized.
The lady, Wendy Reman, sets her suitcase in her office before cleaning up the area.
"I wonder how many people will show up tonight," she mutters to herself, "We'll see, won't we?"

Not long after the restaurant opens a blue haired elf walks in. He stands six feet in height and looks like an average twenty-one year old except for the red and black hilted longsword at his left side.

Wendy looks up with her blue eyes and smiles, "Good evening, sir. What can I do for you tonight?"

The elf comes out of a sort of trance, he had obviously been distracted by his thoughts until now. "Some fish fillets if you have any," he says, his mind still not entirly focused on the world around him.

The brunette nods as she says, "Take a seat and I'll get that for you."
She turns to a side room and brings out some fish fillets. Turning on the stove top, she pulls out a pan and begins to cook them. Once they are done, she puts them on a plate and hands them to the elf across the counter from her.
"Here ya're, sir. Would you like anything else presently?"

"No, thank you," the elf replies, trying to hide what he was thinking about. It had been three years since he had last seen the red haired Mystic and it was killing him, almost litterally. He wished she was here with him now but knew that she was still where he had been forced to leave her, still working at the resort.

Wendy cleans up the stove before checking the restaurant. Everything's in place, to her satisfaction.
Turning to her customer, she says, "So, who is she, this woman you miss?"
The brunette smiles and says, "I'm no psychic in-the-brain kind of person. However, it's kinda obvious that you miss a woman. If you don't want to talk about it, it's all cool."

"She is a traveller like myself," the elf replies sadly, "The last of her people. I had to leave her three years ago because she had found a job and I was still uncovering the mysteries of my past." He feels tears coming to his eyes and does nothign to fight them, "I had fallen in love with her even though we only met occassionally, entirely by coincidence each time. I miss her so much. I wish I had decided to stay with her for a little while longer."

Reman finds some kleenexs behind the counter and hands them to him.
She shrugs saying, "You know, if it's true love, which by the sound of it is, you'll meet again. That's how all true love stories go, don't ya know."
Picking up a towel to wipe the counter down, she says, "I bet she misses you too. She'll be faithful, though. I bet you that."

The elf wipes his tears away. "Thank you," he says, sounding like he has a renewed sense of purpose, "I never did catch your name."

"You didn't catch my name because I never said it," the brunette smiles and extends her hand, "My name's Wendy Reman. I just opened up this restaurant - one of my dreams. And you are, sir?"

The elf shakes her hand. "My name is Darian Moonleaf." he says, glad to have a real name to introduce himself using. It had been a little over three years and he still had not gotten used to knowing his real name.

"Good to meet you, Mr. Moonleaf," Wendy says as they shake hands.
Once the handshake is done, she starts cleaning the counter with the towel.
"So, how's the fillets?" she asks, pointing back to his food.

"Excellent," Darian replies, saddened at the memory that the red haired Mystic he loved so much liked seafood. Why had he tortured himself be ordering fish? He decided that his stomach had briefly overruled his mind.
