typically wears grey skater shoes, black skinny jeans, grey studded belt, black short sleeve shirt with large neck hole (in pic), and wears a black hoodie. (just like the coat but no zipper and stops at the waist.) His appearance is the same in his spirit form for sealed and shikai. as to hide he was a shinigami and such. H uses the squad 2 lieutenant badge as a belt buckle as well but it looks a bit smaller and is usually hidden by his cloths.

Personality:
Is calm most of the time and observant. But im his mind he is always thinking of goofy crap and tends to do them and mess with people sometimes just for the entertainment. he can also seem to act careless in a fight but its just for show and to mess with his enemy. so in the simplest terms today he mind ******** people. He is also quit smart having hid for so long and is friendly if people want to be and a protector of his friends. can be stubborn at times to.

Biography:
Izaya was just an average Soul reaper. Nothing really happened with his life that was really interesting. Which is why he always seemed so glum and focused on his training. He figured if he did something would happen to change his life but it didn't seem that way, Probably why he developed his habit of messing with people for fun. But then the war broke out in the soul society and Aizen. Many centuries had passed as he trained his way up in squad 2 gaining more respect and power. he managed to work his way to the 5th seat after the Aizen Incident. But it wasn't long after that he gained what he desired, a more entertaining life.
One day he had a strange encounter with a more humanoid hollow, but it wasn't an arrancar. He defeated it and classified it in his report as a grand fisher and left out the wound to his chest he took during the fight. But ever since he felt like there was a darker being surrounding him more and more each day. But he learned to shrug it off and focus on his training. Soon he worked his way up to lieutenant with his new shikai and from then on was known in the soul society as someone with some importance, being a lieutenant.
But after a few centuries since his strange hollow encounter, His wound acted up one last time while on a mission with the 3rd, 4th, and 5th seat. but during the mission he began hollowfication and turned on his own men, but not by choice. only the 3rd seat member ran away alive but wounded badly. But before a captain could be sent he was abducted by a man wearing all white and a mask, Not once did he ever see his face, but he did help him control the hollow and start to train with it and dominate it. but during his training they where found by soul reapers. His mentor and savior was killed but in the confusion Izaya escaped and was presumed dead.
Since then he stayed back in the shadows of the next wars training till his hollow and him became one. Now with his hollow powers in control and his shikai mastered he has begun to spy around seeing he is not the only one who poses hollow powers. He hopes to gather such people and lead a small resistance of them to protect themselves from soul reapers and hollows. but mostly to return to a life they knew of protecting humans like they once did, in hopes the soul society will let them live in existence. But only time will tell. And after being in hiding so long who knows how the soul society is today or how hueco mundo is ether. so now he must tread softly back into the world.

Lastly another thing the wires can do is set off a small explosion which only hurts a tiny bit and leave a large smoke screen. He can be quit creative with it to.

This ability makes the temperature drop around the area of the battle. But only if his Tanto is stabbed into the surface of something like a wall or the ground. it is not noticeable at first but as the fight progresses they will notice the temperature dropping slowly till he gathers his Tanto again or returns to his zanpakuto to its sealed stat. The cold does not affect Izaya but his opponent will feel it and over time the cold will make there stamina go down and can lead to hypothermia or death. Plus with the stamina loss they will begin to slow down in battle. of course if his opponent has an ice elemental zanpakuto it has no use and might even help his enemy.

Limb Regeneration is much faster and his Speed is Doubled as well as his energy attacks have slightly more force behind them.

His Cero is simple and is basic red and fired from his index finger. and is rarely used.
Inner Hollow:
Looks just like him but wears the soul reaper uniform in white with the squad 2 lieutenant badge on his left arm still and his skin is more grey white. also his hair is white and his eyes are hollow eyes with the yellow/gold and black.
Inner Hollow Personality:
Generally calm and hard to read but underneath he is full of thoughts of ripping foes limb from limb and as he calls is "Paint a Crimson portrait." He and Izaya have finally come to an understanding of them and both co exist with the agreement that when Izaya dons the mask to fight he will let the hollow have limited control in the fight so long as he listens to who izaya says he can attack or kill.

Knows just a little bit because he never really relies on it.

Being part of squad 2 meant not always using your zanpakuto or kido in combat situations. Which lead to him learning and training heavily in his Hoho and Hakuda skills and techniques. This Training has helped him stay mostly below the radar using his Hoho to flew some situations and his Hakuda to take down some opponent without using his zanpakuto. But just because of this does not mean he is poor at sword combat. In fact his Swordsmanship is about the same as his hakuda skill.
