NPCs
These are your general, run of the mill, Non-Player Characters. They act as the shopkeepers, teachers, and any staff that are vital to keep the operation running. Should a player be foolish enough to attack an NPC, do anything harmful to one, or accost them in any manner besides the way they were meant to function, the user will be deleted from the simulation immediately. All NPCs have specific parameters of conversation, and will adapt to the serve the person speaking to it.
Players
Your general Player has: One special ability, and a weapon. Everything else must be acquired through shops and events for these players, and they have the potential to become admins. Players who do not abide by the rules may be moved down in the ranks, deleted, or stripped of their powers for an undisclosed period of time. Players have the most potential to rise, and as such, the power struggle between Players and Admins is a very real threat.
Admins
Here is the cream of the crop, the Almighty Six, the Six Generals, whatever derivative of their real name you want to call them. Each Admin has a special skill that only they can possess, while many Players have the same power, Admin abilities are truly unique and often change the physiology of the person wielding such immense power. Admins, those who were ordained at the start begin with: Their unique ability, and the weapon to personify that ability. They must also purchase further upgrades and weapons at shops, but most only use their unique abilities in combat.
